again, it might, but that s-8 is ugly. way too many 'ifs ands and buts' in it for me. max value at .02 on the extra 30 mil shares. certainly seems more dilution inevitable in time. the pps isn't gonna touch the max. par anytime soon, thus makes me think (again other than a quickie) you're not gonna get more than 20% net on this play and that assumes you have nearly perfect timing.

Skip, I am not very chart savy. Perhaps, you can help me out, and compare QMMG's chart to USGA's chart right before it made it's monster move from .007, on 10/11/06, to today's HOD of .047, (+571%). See any similarities?

There are several ways to compare these 2 stocks. I will stick with a simple comparison from when the runs started. There are striking similarities in the trading days leading up to the runs (example, look at USGA on 10/15 and QMMG on 11/2), but let's keep it fairly simple and focus on the power days...
Here are the similarities that I see...
Notice USGA on 10/31, nice white candle day, big volume, nice gain in PPS, SAR dot flipped down, RSI went REALLY high to almost 70, overbought...
Notice QMMG today, nice white candle day, big volume, nice gain in PPS, SAR dot flipped down, RSI went just slightly above 30. Now, IMO, this is where QMMG has a lot of potential. We had a nice day today, and it's still oversold! The potential here is really nice. Now, we know there is some dilution, so that might have curbed what could have been an even bigger day today.
But, when the D is done, watch out...The market overreacted to the dilution, now let's see it correct itself in a positive way...

Check out the Slo Stochastics...you see how the red line is getting very close and about to cross over the black...that is a sell point. Too much selling here not enough buying. Price will inevitably trickle down. This stock came from .003 so it has lost the majority of its steam. I went out at .022 tih an 84% profit. I am happy.

Don't forget guys, this started its run at .003 on 1/8 before yesterday's high of .024. That's a gain of 700% !! This is heavy profit taking for those who got in early off the volume alert. Let the sellers shake out. This will run again with another PR/news release .... imho

This company had some really good news about the Pond Creek Mine. This run could be continuous for some time. The Slow Stochastics is curivng downwards signaling another buy point. I think it is going to test the resistance level .025 IMO When it does cross, I will get into it again. A day or two.

Still a lot of good things to come from this company. Mining is expected to start in mid March, only 6 weeks from now.
9,000,000 tons of coal that are proven resources, and possiblly up to 4 million more tons of coal!
A ton of low sulfur coal sells for approximately $45 per ton. If you do the math, thats $400M in proven revenues from this coal and potentially $180M more in revenues!!!

Anyone know the O/S numbers? I'm thinking only 138M or so.
I'm trying to be very conservative with these numbers because they are just my best guess:
Revenues from coal mine: $400 million
Profit margin on coal mining (I have no idea) lets just guess 10% Estimated Profit = $40 million
$40M/138M o/s = .289 --- almost 30 cents per share and we're only at 1 penny right now.
I'm not pretending to be an expert on coal mining or at figuring share price. If these numbers seem wrong to someone let me know. This is all my estimation and IMO.
