The Mini van consists of a modern engine and management system. Dual air-condition is one of the special features in the mini van. Micro Trend comes with features such as power steering, central locking, power shutters and power mirrors with excellent interior decoration.
Customers can opt for any colour. That is the unique feature of Micro Trend.
Micro Trend is available for Rs 600,000 less than a Japanese car with similar features. Compared with Indian cars, prices are similar but Micro Trend has got additional features.
They have provided nearly 300 vehicles for the market. The increase in the waiting list shows the demand for the Micro car.
One of the main features of the Micro car is that it is designed and manufactured in Sri Lanka.
Nearly 35 percent of Micro Trend has been manufactured in Sri Lanka. Some main components are imported, Dr Perera said. Dr Perera said that they have the capability to manufacture these components but the company needs to invest heavily on the manufacturing process.
Although Micro cars had several inquiries from Europe, USA and Bangladesh, the company is keen on catering to the local market.
'We need to serve the local market first after that we will consider about the expansion,' he said. When Dr Perera designed his first car, he had the fear of promoting the product, among people who appreciate imported products rather than local ones.
He is confident he can achieve this by offering unique feature for customer with the quality. They provide two years warranty for their latest car which other imported cars will not provide. He stressed the need to be strong enough to compete with the international market.
According to Dr Perera any Government should have consistency in their policies and it should always protect the local entrepreneur.
"Sri Lanka is a good place for investment. Any investor who expects to start a business should have his own vision, confidence and capable of bearing a certain amount of risk", he said. Micro car is a Rs 600 million project and they have already invested Rs 300 million and recruited nearly 300 employees.
They expect to expand and provide more job opportunities.

I am from India and know that till about 2001, MARUTHI 800 small car (Suzuki joint venture) used to capture 90% of Indian market with size, fuel economy, maneuverability and catering to the 'infamous' Indian roads. In fact my dad still drives one.
If this MICROCAR (probably 1/2 the size of the puny Maruthi) can capture even 1/2 of the market cap of Maruthi in India, this is going to be HUGE HUGE in the long term like new concepts car in US e.g HYBT.OB
That was the precise reasoning I jumped into this after spotting it yesterday at 0.0008 !!!!
GTLA for the short term and in my case, long term. I have really cheap shares at 0.001....

Art and other fellow investors-Check out August 7th on the chart. It went from 0.001 to a high of 0.008, and closed at 0.004. I think we have a short term and long term winner.

nice accumulation over the past few days. no one is really selling.
This thing is about to explode!!! We would have already been in the 10-20 cent range had ETIM not had it's news at the same time. That's fine, more time to accumulate, let the weak hands out so we can move that much higher. Don't be surprised if we do an AXGJ move from here. This is an automobile manufacturing company people, we're not selling wiggets. The market cap on this thing is around $500,000, that's nothing!!! Divide that into a 10 multiple and we're talking about $50,000 in profit to justify this PPS. If you use a 20 multiple we're talking about $25,000 in profit to justify this PPS, LOL. And we're talking about royalties here people, that means more money continuously coming in without having to do any more work. And don't forget all the money these plants and dealerships will make in their service areas which will boost their incomes and our royalties. This is the right car at the right time with what is going on with oil in the world. Also I saw a post that they have an electric powered model too. Plus with every car in the U.S. priced at $10,000 or more these days, imagine what will happen if CTXI comes out with a gas effecient Micro for just $6,995!!! They could even beef it up a little and sell it for $12,995 and have it compete with the Mini.LOL. I'm holding for a $1. IMO

to me, the chart really doesn't indicate dilution. OBV and A/D still show a huge spike in accumulation during the big run, a slight drop on the selloff, and a reversal today. IMO there were a lot of folks with a lot of shares from the .000x range. Are they done selling? I think it's close...

I was in this last week and I'm not anymore, but I do want to give you guys a heads up on being careful here. After here I got into AXGJ, the CEO is the same for both companies. And JKRI and SFTV. That's right, this guy is running 4 totally different companies all at the same time, amazing isn't it. Then I looked at all the companies and the only one that is not under a penny is AXGJ, amazing again. So after I got in AXGJ it started acting weird, and MM HILL dumped like there was no tommorrow. So I call the TA and the OS went up from 57 million to 72 million in a day. Then HILL got off the ask and it started moving up again, this time a little slower than before. Then the next day I call the TA and now it's at 81 million, up 24 million in one week, basically 40% more shares. I finally got a hold of Jeff today and he says it's old noteholders and there is nothing he can do about that. Then I find out SFTV announced a reverse split today, which is weird becasue the OS are in the 200 million area, but nothing close to the AS. Then I realized he knew the only way he was going to get the share price up was to reverse split. So that is what I know, do with it what you will. This game is hard enough, we should all be on each others side, combating the MMs, CEOs, and brokerages.

The company has about $500,000 in convertible debt that was accumulated before I came on as CEO. They have the right to convert that debt into stock of the company and if they do there will be dilution. We will just have to work through it.

I would love to see us build a 0.006 base. The market cap of JUST 0.5m for a small car company concept, in places where they need it most, is PLAIN RIDICULOUS.
Good gains for the SHORT TERM (0.01) and long term (0.10/0.15 - about 10m market cap )

Looks like my prediction of a correction to 0.0055 is correct for the morning at least. Lot of retail investors itching to sell at these levels after their gain comort level.... Nothing wrong with that !!!

ever since it dropped to .055 i tried to add my order didn´t get filled all day! and i know several others didn´t get their order filled either i did a test sell at .0059 and it filled instantly... so i don´t know, seems easy to sell but you have a hard time buying even when you hit the ask... additionally watch the mm´s play their game to shake out some shares ....and how aggressive they are at doing so! makes me laugh watching L2 on this one fwiw i think we hit a penny next week

All of us are patiently for this to break the 0.0065 barrier consistently, before it reaches a penny...
There will be lots of selling in between for people who bought a few thousands at higher levels ....

The range today was between 0.0045 and 0.0048.
Looks like all the big holders are still in it and this will go only higher from here. I have seen it happen so many times.
This stock was 0.0009, then shot up to 0.004, then 0.007 and now support at 0.0045, touching 0.0065 a few days back.
Looks great to me for a penny in the near term and 0.10 once the car contracts are in place in various countries....
Reminds me of GLIF from 0.028 to 0.20 with steady support at various levels along the way....

I like the fact that Microcars are ideal for places like Sri Lanka, Nepal and other surrounding small countries. Plus a market of currently of 200-300K is a good bottom floor opportunity.

Not necessarily, but that certainly is a large factor. Penny stocks are very volatile and tend to jump around alot based on volume. You've probably heard the saying, "buy on anticipation, sell on news" or something similar to that. I've found this to be pretty true. Penny stocks tend to be driven by rumor which can make them very risky, but also very profitable. Good luck!

I had great expetations of this stock. But I now think Flannery of a crook and is the only person who really makes money with the 4 stocks he is CEO of! He controls his companys stock runs with the help of a few people. Then they sale and flip it until next time. They get nothings from Sri Lankan sales. Only new business start ups in other countries. And where he is looking in the previous press release, this we be small future volume! I wish I sold when this was at 0.006. It could have at least broker even!!!!

CTXI - OK, talked to Flannery, here's the deal..
Seems CTXI still had $150K in noteholders left over from before he took over. He issued 75MM shares this week to take care of that. Nothing he could do legally about that. Had to do it. Late last week he modified the share structure at the OK SOS to 1.9B authorized (to take care of these notes, and potential future acquisitions) So Right now the structure is as follows.
1.9B authorized 325MM Outstanding
It seems a good deal of this selling started last week, days before he actually issued the 75MM shares to the noteholders, so it seems someome knew they were coming and started shorting like crazy, and have been throughout this dilution period. This mixed with tax-loss selling and general confusion as to why it kept dropping contributed to the ridiculous beating this stock has taken over the last 2 weeks.
It seems we've just about taken care of this 75MM share addition here in this last week, and that should be that. No more dilution on the horizon according to Jeff. He's as frustrated as most (well not ME! lol) that he had to do this, but it was just part of the condition of the shell he took over.
Anyway, He said that he has 2 more BIG PR's (the last one was just a minor one according to him) that he's holding onto. He was waiting for this selling pressure to play out so that the PRs had maximum effect. We should see one next week, then one more either the next week, or probably first week in January.
So as it sits this is the situation.
OS 325MM shares. 75MM dilution done, or about done, Good short postion built up here the last couple weeks, tax loss sellers about all out. - Selling pressure should be drying up pretty much after today.
Next week should see some massive buying as we get a substantive PR, Retail loading for January, and Shorts covering
****CURRENT MARKET CAP only $487,500 - ridiculous for a company working on closing that distribution deal with SUDAN, and these 2 bigger PRS on the way in the next week or two.*****
People loading Millions here are gonna be hugely happy in January.
