Definitely diluted! But come on what penny has only 5,000,000 shares outstanding??? I would be happy if it were under a billion. (we will know soon enough) This company does have a lot going for it and updates on projects should be coming soon. New web site should be up any day, contracts to be signed with Balmoral, both Anheuser Bush as well as Car & Driver are testing they marketing software. This could be a good runner, I am expecting at least a cent in the near future. A deal with a major company would boost them over that mark.

If they are anything like the "last" Quantec when they had Dimitel, they will dillute down to .0001.
I have no idea, but I would place a bet that the A/S is in the billions already since the R/S.
Risky play at best.

we will know more when we hear how many shares are really out there. If they are already in the multi billions then we have problems...I reallly don't think that it would be that high
