ha, hey mad, you might want to inform your buddy Paul if he goes on M N 1 his stock will tumble. That station welcomes penny stocks to come and speak, get some exposure and it sounds good. But, they allow bashers to come on after the interview is complete and bash away. It is w/out a doubt a complete basher site. Ask anyone who has been in a stock that had an interview on M N 1, and they will confirm this. I really hope for shareholders sake he cancels the interview...

Reply from Paul Strickland to an email I sent to Spooz.

My question:

In recent weeks you have provided a lot of information about goals and plans which sound very interesting and exciting. You sound as if your hopes are very high.

There is a big difference between setting a goal and achieving it. Can you give us any sense of realistically where Spooz is in relation to the goals that have been outlined? From your perspective, without giving any inside information, can you provide any indication of the progress that has been made so far?

I won't post any reply on public boards without your express consent.

Thanks so much.

Sincerely,

Paul Strickland's Reply:

During the fourth quarter this year we will be engaged to accomplish a number of significant milestones:

We will launch Fractalz on October 16 so we are very busy with final testing implementation of marketing and sales for this product. We are focused on exceeding projected sales of 350 subscriptions before the end of 2006.

We are also in the process of developing a trading plan for Fractalz to be implemented soon. All of the registrations and financing are in place to begin trading operations within 30 days of product launch.

*We are in negotiations with Ameritrade and optionsXpress regarding joint marketing (and the funding participation) for SpoozToolz v 2.0 to be launched in January.*

We are in the process of ramping up an IR campaign designed at increasing institutional investor awareness.

The Adler Group is preparing our books for a certified audit in January to be followed by filing with the SEC to become a fully reporting OTC:BB company as quickly as the process can be completed.

In short, the milestones for Q4 are critical to the long-term prospects for Spooz. We have a handle on all of the Q4 milestones and in some cases are well ahead of schedule.

I believe that our shareholders should look out 18 months for a public exit. In 2007 our emphasis will center on revenue growth and the development of complementary products to the SpoozToolz platform. Since we have already experienced overtures from significant organizations, we believe we will be a bonefide acquisition target by this time next year.

I hope this answers most of your questions. I have no objection to your publishing this communication, but I would ask that you submit your questions to our bl0g at www.SpoozNewz.bl0gspot.com in the future.

Have a great weekend.

LOL, are you crazy or somethin'!? This is great news! This means more exposure, which we need.

The stock is already on the ground floor, SPZI is a pinksheet stock, can't get any worse from here. Only way to go is UP. The company is in the process of becoming fully reporting and will be uplisting to the OTC:BB. Big news coming boys.

The Everyman Argument

A few years ago, when the predecessor to Spooz was engaged in the commercial brokerage business, we chose to pursue the cattle market initially. A logical decision given that we were located in Austin, Texas and had access to that market. That was not our reasoning, we also had access to the energy markets of Houston, the grain markets west Texas and down around the border, and the financial markets in three of the 10 largest cities in the US, all located within 200 miles of Austin. Our reasoning reasoning behind the pursuit of cattle futures transactions was that it was the smallest segment of the commodities business and therefore; initial mistakes would be far easier to recover from than in, say, the energies.

Spooz has used that same strategy throughout its development stage with respect to market segments and asset classes. When SpoozToolz version was launched earlier this year, there was a decided emphasis on the commodities business. As a result, we learned a great deal about our customers and about marketing to other markets without having to make the mistakes that all new companies make when approaching their initial targets. Last week, a post appeared on the SpoozNewz **** that I found insightful and intriguing. In short, I don’t think I could have presented the case for Everyman any better, however, the Everyman argument barely scratches the surface.

From a product standpoint, the last six months have been a process of translating customer needs and wants into the most flexible and user friendly system architecture imaginable. This architecture (SpoozToolz v. 2.0) applies very nicely to Everyman, but it also addresses the market horizontally to include institutional trading. Why? Because in order to satisfy our Everyman's demands, we were not only faced with the daunting task of engineering and building an Excel trading decision platform (quotes, charts, indicators, etc.) and execution platform, but we had to create a super Excel.

Version 1.0 of SpoozToolz, although adequate for some customers, could not meet the needs of high throughput traders due to some technical short comings and design flaws. One problem is that Excel is a single threaded application, meaning that CPU power was required to recalculate and repaint the Excel screen every time the contents of one cell changed. This meant that large spreadsheets had the effect of degrading the performance of Excel significantly, especially if options models and technical indicators were recalculated on every tick.

Version 2.0 of SpoozToolz renders Excel a multi-threaded application because the Spooz middleware takes the computing requirements from Excel and updates individual cells independently of one another. Spooz has created a super Excel that can update more than 100,000 cells in one second, every second. This technology applies to Everyman, and this is the core of our marketing strategy, but SpoozToolz will now appeal to the institutional market as an enterprise product to drive their internal Excel initiatives at the trader level, saving millions in development dollars. Here is where this gets interesting, the product Everyman is using to trade stocks, or any asset class for that matter, will be the same product, with the same performance characteristics as will be employed in the institutional trading environment. These are the elements from which standards are conceived.

CMC

The chief architect of the SpoozToolz Version 2.0 has been accomplished by Capital Markets Consulting (CMC). This same firm is currently the chief development contractor for SpoozToolz, but behind the scenes our two companies are talking about relationships that will ensure the role of everyman in our company’s success, but take Spooz products well outside the scope of the retail market. I can not tell you of any details at this time, but I can assure you that the discussions with CMC are more than simply exciting, they are revolutionary.

CMC is a private company, but they did post a press release this morning to announce their ten years of successful business developing solutions for the world’s financial markets. It is a pleasure for me to introduce you to CMC, http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/061003/cgtu091.html?.v=1.

The information we are getting from Paul via SpoozNewz is definitely giving investors a more in depth look at the inner workings of Spooz Inc. What Paul shared with us today is certainly intriguing.

Not only will SpoozToolz2 be applicable to Everyman, but there is a broader institutional application, as well. Talk about a huge customer/revenue base. Spooz and CMC have actually "created a super excel that can update more than 100,000 cells in one second, every second." Revolutionary indeed.

It's perfectly understandable that SpoozToolz version 1 would require upgrading...it's seems to be standard practice and necessary for all computer programs, at some point.

"Here is where this gets interesting, the product Everyman is using to trade stocks, or any asset class for that matter, will be the same product, with the same performance characteristics as will be employed in the institutional trading environment. These are the elements from which standards are conceived."

I can't wait to see what Fractalz3 EOD and then intraday will have to offer!

The details of Spooz past, present and future potential are just beginning to unfold, IMO. And as some have pointed out...we are in on the ground floor of an impressive company.

It's not just me who is excited, many people on other boards (IHUB), as well, are extremely excited and optimistic about Spooz Inc.. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company with ground breaking trading solutions. Everyone is going to be jumping on the SPZI bandwagon, just watch, you don't have to take my word for it.

SPZI is a relatively unknown stock, but that will all change and sooner rather than later. The best time to get in on a stock is before the stock gets exposure, not after when it's too late.

We are definitely going to see a MAJOR rally, trust me, it's coming. Lot's of haters on here, but that's life, it's just like anything else, always gonna be some haters lurking. I'm sure many people were hating on RSHN at 0.0003, then all of a sudden, BOOM, all the way up to 0.01, now recently chillin' at 0.002! Stop hatin' and more buyin'.

SPZI is gonna be the talk of this board and many boards, just watch buddy. All you have to do is your homework on the company and you will understand my enthusiasm. There's lot's of info on the company, just check these websites out:

The CUBE is the Fractalz³ Proprietary Metanet Fractal Analysis Engine http://www.fractalz3.com/THE%20CUBE.htm
The application of multidimensional fractal algorithms to the analysis of market data is cutting edge high order math at the PhD Physics level. High level research scientists use these methods to find usable patterns in non-linier chaotic scientific data. Only in the last few years have Physicists begun to apply fractal mathematics to stocks and futures market data.

One of the leaders in achieving successful results with fractal based analysis of market data is Russian Scientist Boris Zinchenko PhD. Physics, Russian Academy of Science. Although Dr. Zinchenko’s study of fractal algorithms began in astrophysical and geophysical applications of turbulent fluid dynamics, his theoretical research was further combined with economic and market analysis studies.

In the last ten years Dr. Zinchenko has headed the Institute of Control Sciences research team at the Russian Academy of Science as well as leading the development of numerous enterprise software applications for financial forecasting and economical modeling. Recently, Dr. Zinchenko has acted as the Chief Technology Officer for Tetrahex, Inc. and has joined the Spooz, Inc. Board of Advisors. Dr. Zinchenko will be involved in the future development of unique predictive and financial forecasting tools to be used in combination with SpoozToolz.

The CUBE analysis engine is based on metanet architecture designed by Dr. Zinchenko and his research team. More powerful than neural net systems the architecture enables complex scientific analysis systems to run on normal PC's. The CUBE also provides automated multidimensional data analysis with multiple fractal algorithms.

Fractalz³ with the CUBED analysis engine has been further refined into a Gray Box Trading System for market data analysis by Erik Long and the Strategic Technology Department at Spooz, Inc. As opposed to a Black Box system where the trader has no knowledge of any of the algorithms or formulas used, the Fractalz³ Gray Box system allows the user to adjust their risk management and strategy parameters and only the functions of the CUBE are concealed. The final product is leading-edge scientific data forecasting analysis that can be used by the average trader.

Spooz Completes Acquisition of Tetrahex, Inc.
Tuesday October 10, 11:47 am ET

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Spooz, Inc. (OTCBB: SPZI - News), announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Tetrahex, Inc. an advanced technology and software development company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Per the terms of the agreement, Tetrahex has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Spooz, Inc., and its revolutionary adaptive forecasting software product known as Fractalz(3), will be integrated into the SpoozToolz trading platform. Ample additional information on Fractalz(3) can be found by visiting www.fractalz3.com.
Fractalz(3), which in non-HTML reads as Fractalz "cubed", is a price-predictive software based upon chaos theory models as they apply to the financial markets. This ground breaking "fractal analysis" application, which was designed by the extremely talented programming team of Tetrahex, can be utilized for trading equities, futures, ETFs, Forex and spreads. The Fractalz(3) software engine identifies correlations in multiple data layers, enabling traders to find recurring patterns in market data that traditional systems cannot.

"We have test marketed Fractalz(3) as a stand-alone trading analysis system for several months now and have experienced tremendous results," stated Paul Strickland, Chairman and CEO of Spooz. "In my 25 years of trading I have never seen another price forecasting model that has as much promise as Fractalz(3). In one case study an active trader utilizing Fractalz(3) for the first time did not realize a single loss over a span of six weeks."

In addition to the highly advanced Fractalz(3) proprietary fractal metanet analysis engine, Spooz also gains strategic management personnel and a proprietary customer list through the consolidation of Tetrahex into Spooz.

Eric Long, CEO of Tetrahex has joined Spooz as the Company's new Director of Strategic Technologies, and Boris Zinchenko PhD, Tetrahex's Chief Technology Officer and head of the Institute of Control Sciences research team at the Russian Academy of Science, now leads the talented technology and software development team of Spooz, Inc.

The customer list acquired via the consolidation holds tremendous value for Spooz and its marketing efforts, as those that comprise the list will likely become subscribers of the SpooozToolz analysis and execution platform, especially when version 2.0 is released early next year featuring the Fractalz system.

Fractalz(3) EOD (end of day) version will be available October 16 to consumers at www.fractalz3.com for $89 per month, after a two week free trial. This monthly rate currently also includes access to the Spooz "end of day" database for stocks, futures, indices and Forex. Look for additional analytical and execution features to be available when SpoozToolz 2.0 is released early next year.

The interviewer said he is going to buy shares on Monday. Next week we will begin to see a significant increase in volume, IMO. Let's look at what we know from the interview. We currently have 2,000 customers at $89 dollars a month, which is $180,000 per month and $2.1 million per year. That means money is rolling in to keep the wheels in motion. In addition, the customer base is going to continue to grow and they haven't even released the real bread and butter with version 2.0.

In '07.

Remember when a certain search algorythm went sky high? That was for searching, not analyzing markets which is a MUCH larger market.. Trillions of dollars here folks.. GOOG is small chickens

Just recently has the average joe's computer became strong enough to support chaos theory with fractals... You may wonder why we haven't had something like this come out yet? Or why you haven't heard about it on CNN or CNBC? Well spzi hasn't really made any effort to get its word out other than by proving itself with revenues... When the software gets released on monday, and people realize wtf this really is... CHAOS just isn't going to be a theory anymore, it will be the reality of traders trying to get there hands on SUCH CHEAP SHARES AT .01 of this revolutionary algorythm.

Expect large trades comming in soon, GREEN-LAND HO!

I've been monitoring this for about six months. You seem to be on top of this as far as what's going on. Do you have the updated & accurate O/S, A/S and float on this?

Thanks [Roll Eyes]

The Spooz Global Trading Community

The goal of my initial interview at M N 1 last Thursday was to put a face on Spooz and to introduce the company to a new audience; in both efforts we succeeded. The objective of my post interview discussion was to explore the basis for important strategic relationships; in that, too, Spooz was successful. One of my personal goals was to catch a flight back to Chicago to arrive at a reasonable hour Thursday evening. Timing failed me but I survived.

For those who might be curious, the topic of the discussion with M N 1.COM immediately following the show was, “How Spooz can create a global trading community worth billions.” I had fun at M N 1 and the occasion to share ideas with some developed business minds.

Spooz managers and employees, advisors, developers, associates, loyal shareholders, prospective strategic partners, friends, PeaceOnEarth123, sick puppies have all shared the vision of creating and exploiting large communities. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vr3x_RRJdd4&NR

I believe we all share some insights into the “group think” that establishes and evolves communities. Because of this understanding, we are able to form strong relationships to collaborate on the strategies and tactics needed to financially profit from organizing, enabling, and promoting the global Spooz trading community. If the current Spooz related collaborations continue to gain momentum, this activity is strong validation and support of our vision.

Although Spooz community does not yet offer “Free Hugs,” it does offer time-sensitive “Free Trading Ideas” to assist Spooz community Members in search of profit. http://www.spooztoolz.com/ already incorporates the infrastructure to enable Members (brokers and traders) to publish time-sensitive templates for trading stocks, futures, Forex, ETFs, options, mutual funds, bonds, etc. In Q1 2007 Spooz will introduce the platform that will facilitate accelerated growth of the Spooz community. SpoozToolz V 2.0 will be packaged and priced modularly as an add-in to a product currently resident on 440 million computers world-wide.

Spooz trading community Members will enjoy:

*Downloadable SpoozToolz enabled Templates
**Short-term strategies on hot symbols
**Position building strategies for intermediate plays
**New technical/fundamental indicators to spot trends
**Manual and Automated Trading Systems
**Industry Specific Hedging

*Thumbnails with Brief text descriptions of templates written by contributing Members
*Contributor commentary relevant template subject matter (streaming quotes, charts, audio/video)
*Member rating system for templates
*Real-time performance statistics for trading system templates
*Education
*Market News
*SpoozTunz Radio…Music, Newz, Commentary and Trader Interviews

It is entirely possible that we are entering an explosive bull market cycle that will far eclipse the market cap expansion of the late 1990s. I believe last Monday provides a clue that the Dow is not rallying as a result of flight-to-quality issues, but that a period of significant investment and financial prosperity is at hand. We have further confirmation (as opposed to divergence) that the index spreads may trade within expansion ranges and eventually narrow, leading to divergence tests on attempts to attain new highs. There exists Fractalz3 evidence as well.

Simply stated, if the S&P and the Russell follow the Dow to new highs, I might (in a former life) recommend buying the indexes on momentum, or initiating stops. I believe momentum buying mitigates certain risks associated with attempts at picking bottoms/tops. Another idea might be to spread indexes whose price differentials remain the widest. Spread the large cap indexes against broader based, lower cap ones, anticipating the spreads will narrow as the smaller indexes confirm new highs and extends them.

Of course the proper execution of these strategies is more complex than is expressed in these simple examples. My point is that timely distribution of a SpoozToolz enabled index spread trading template distributed to community Members would provide them with a new trading idea, educate them, demonstrate the historical risks/rewards associated with the strategy. As importantly, the template would provide the community Member with the ability to instantly execute the trade via the template providing him/her with the opportunity to profit.

I believe we have confirmation that a new era began on Monday last. The new community building phenomena represents the next tidal wave of technological and media development on the Internet. We believe SpoozToolz, together with its wide-base of potential applications, is destined to become the “killer Application” that enables electronic execution on any device, anytime and from anywhere in the world. This is simply a matter of time, not wherewithal. The Strategy is simple: Generate awareness, awareness, and more awareness. The good news is that the Spooz message is spreading and rapidly gaining acceptance. As Tony Hines, our COO says, “My favorite definition of success is that six years of preparation is about to collide with opportunity!”

Beginning with our first business plan, it has always been the goal of Spooz to build a global trading community. To our advantage, recent events have made the challenges of conveying the rewards associated with an investment in Spooz much easier. Now that http://www.youtube.com/ has achieved phenomenal success by proving again the enormous dollar denominated value of becoming the first to recognize the potential for a unique global online community, Spooz can more easily establish a reality-based framework to communicate the potential for explosive growth of shareholder value.

I would much appreciate responses posted to http://www.spooznewz.bl0gspot.com/. Let’s discuss the similarities/differences between the Spooz community and http://www.youtube.com/. Let’s exchange ideas relative to generating awareness. Let’s play a game called, “How many revenue streams can we identify?” Let’s engage in intellectual intercourse.

No, that is a post from Paul Strickland (CEO of Spooz Inc.) on the SpoozBl0g.

I'm sure a PR in regards to the launch of Fractalz3 will be released, as soon as the website (www.fractalz3.com) is completely updated. We should see more PR's in the coming days and weeks.

Here is why I think SPZI is a good undervalued microcap.

Reasons:

1) They say they already have 2000 customers paying $89/month. The revenues yearly from that are 2000 * $89 * 12 = $2,136,000. I don't know what the rule of thumb in market cap calculations should be, but I'll use a conservative estimate of 5 times yearly revenue.

----- This will be listed in the next quarterly report... this is revenues from Tetrahex.

That puts the market cap at over $10 mil... Currently it is under $5 mil based on the OS of 400 mil. That is only from 2000 customers, they are expecting 3000 short term. Can you imagine if SpoozToolz ends up being the best way to trade because it is integrated into Excel and you pay no exchange fees with it. How many customers would want to start using it? I know I'm
going to be checking out their demo shortly.

2) If you take a look at the people working for the company... seems like they have the creme de la creme of directors... One of the directors (Tony Hines –Chief Operating Officer of Spooz) was an exec at microsoft during the boom days between 92 and 97... Another guy (Darryl Dennis) helped grow a publicly traded company (Centrack International) "to a $900,000,000 online e-marketplace in less than 18 months". Impressive track record, now while that doesn't mean much, it adds to the long term credibility of this stock.

http://www.spooz.com/management.aspx

3) On the ***.com interview that SPZI two days ago, the CEO spoke about potential deals with Ameritrade being a done deal. Basically $89/month allows you to trade using this trade station without paying any exchange fees for the live data feed because it is
routed directly through your broker. They also have a deal in the works with OptionsXpress.

4) Fractalz3 is an analyser that is standalone, and it uses chaos theory to predict market fluctuations pretty accurately. A research was conducted and it showed that using Fractalz3 to help trade showed no loss for the client in 6 weeks of trading. Fractalz3 is coming out Oct 16th and is $89/month as well.

--- Following posted by Deanotrade on iHub ---
This honestly seems like a no brainer: It's a company on the cusp of a transition from a development stage company to a growth stage company. It's a company that is currently priced for failure - after delayed product launches, and an under-the-radar spooztoolz 1.0 launch. It's a company that is sitting on enormous potential - a potentially disruptive technology in the trading industry - and has the caveat that if it is not successful and only sees limited growth, will still bring *********** returns to investors. 5-10x returns if unsuccesful?

I can think of a few scenarios, based off of this current 1 cent share price / 4.2 million Market cap and all with an estimated 500 million O/S:

a) If Successful

This would mean meeting some of the initial goals and sales predictions outlined in the most recent Executive summary: http://www.spooz.com/pdf/ExSumV4September14,2006.pdf

_2007_
- Gross Revenue: 8 million
(they would likely turn profits at the end of FY07 based off this revenue - and remember, this is thier conservative estimate)
- Estimated Market Cap (based on above and growth outlook): ~ 60 million, PPS 0.12

2+ years
- Gross Revenue: 58 million
(at this point they would likely be valued closer to a standard tech stock, PE of 20 with 60% margins)
- Estimated Market Cap: ~ 696 million, PPS 1.392

b) If Unsuccessful

This would mean meeting some initial fanfare but not improving much beyond the 2000 fractalz customer base (unconfirmed)

_2007_
- Gross Revenue: 6 million
(they would likely turn profits at the end of FY07 based off this revenue - and remember, this is thier conservative estimate)
- Estimated Market Cap (based on above and growth outlook): ~ 30 million, PPS 0.06

2+ years
- Gross Revenue: 10 million (maybe 15 PE on 60% margins)
- Estimated Market Cap: ~ 90 million, PPS .18

c) If WILDLY Successful

If you have faith that the Spooz team has developed the right product at the right time, and will be disruptive technology then you can get in on the ground floor of a future corporation.

_2007_
- Gross Revenue: 30 million
(30,000 screens in FY07, but showing that explosive potential yields high speculation )
- Estimated Market Cap: ~ 300 million, PPS 0.60

2+ years
- Gross Revenue: 1 billion
(the companys goal in the Aug 2006 financial report is 1 million screens.. which can be achived through multiple "Ameritrade" like brokerages and lots of exposure. If this is reached, of course I would expect a PE of higher than 20 with all the hype and much of the OS to be reduced in a buyback... but using a PE of 20 at 60% margins.. )
- Estimated Market Cap: ~ 9 billion, PPS $24

I know a $24 dollar prediction on a $.01 stock sounds like a pipe dream, but if Spooz has done their homework and can reach 1 million screens as their goal states (out of 440 million Excel users worldwide) it's not entirely out of the question.

Thanks for your time.

Good evening boys,

Don't let that "M N 1 means death to stocks" BS scare ya, the drop in price has nothing to do with that, so enough with that horsesh--t already.

Reason for the recent drop in price:

I believe that some restricted shares have now become unrestricted, and the owners of those shares have been on a selling frenzy. These shares could be from the Tetrahex purchase, as you may or may not know, a PR was released on Oct. 10, "Spooz Completes Acquisition of Tetrahex, Inc."

We will be back up soon. Good time to buy shares or average down, a major rally is imminent.

Email reply from Spooz:

Yes SpoozToolz is being connected to OptionsXpress. This will be available with version 2 of SpoozToolz sometime in February of 2007.

We also have a new trading system product that is getting really good results, Fractalz3. It is a “GrayBox” trading system using Chaos Theory and Fractal mathematics to find profitable trades other systems cannot. There is a free trial with subscription at www.fractalz3.com.

*THIS IS HUGE*

From the CEO of Spooz Inc. (SPZI), Paul Strickland:

"We are in negotiations with Ameritrade and optionsXpress regarding joint marketing (and the funding participation) for SpoozToolz v 2.0 to be launched in January."

The CEO will be doing an interview with M N 1.com on Oct. 12 and Fractalz3 is set to launch on Oct. 16, so don't sleep or you will miss this train.

Good information. So, I take it because of the enormity of this news, (THIS IS HUGE), that Madvillain recommended buying this on October 5, while it was trading at .012.

The same day 3 posters warn that an interview with M N 1 spells disaster afterwards, RichBy26, myskiis2fast4u, and Doniboy. Only to see Mad's response of : "LOL, are you crazy or somethin'!? This is great news! This means more exposure, which we need."

Then wow ! We have that big run up to .0135, a whole 12.5%, on 10/9. Probably in anticipation of the HUGE INTERVIEW to ocurr on 10/12.

On 10/12 the CEO is interviewed, and the PPS gets walked down from .0135 to as low as .006 on 10/20, a mere loss of 55.5%.

On 10/20 Madvillain posts : "Don't let that "M N 1 means death to stocks" BS scare ya, the drop in price has nothing to do with that, so enough with that horsesh--t already."

Now who am I to believe? Someone that alerted me to stock at .012, and since has lost as much as 50% of its value? OR Someone who warned me against positive expectations being realized as a result of M N 1 interview. and predicted the outcome accurately prior to the event?

"so enough with that horsesh--t already." Is probably the wisest thing Madvillain had to say, but I think he has the context of that remark backwards. Just who horsesh--ted whom here?

.006 may be decent entry now, could travel a bit lower. The A/S according to Nevada SOS is still 1B, so the O/S can not exceed that.

https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/CorpDetails.aspx ?lx8nvq=zQzOVoNHbqLvNhFmqPsPLA%253d%253d

I would assume for investment purposes that the entire A/S is issued and O/S.

Ya Will, I've been following this for a LONG time and almost bought in. Glad I didn't. It's been uncanny how Madvillain has had such an insight into info before it's announced. After this last hype, the surge in volume and drop in price, it makes me wonder if the Co. didn't dilute into the volume, as the PPS really should have gone up, not down, under such a situation. Anyways, SPZI really needs to be more transparent before I care to risk good money after bad. PPS is presently unstable at best. Anyone else out there have any REAL DD on this company and it's prospects??? [Confused]

My $.02 (PUN INTENDED)
Actually Mad brought this stock to everyones attention again in July, I got in * .023 and it did go over .03. I doubt Mad is just pumping...he and many others by the way really believe in this company...and it appears that the company has a legitimate product and is undervalued. As a stockholder he obviously wants the stock to perform well as do we all who own it. The information he provides is also provided by others on other sites. This is not a short term stock and it may tank, but even if it does we make decisions to buy, or sell based on information, intuition, and timing. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose. This stock seemed to have everything going for it. Sometimes you can pick a good stock that performs poorly...hopefully this one turns around after first quarter.

Talking sh!t?

I see it traded at .004 today. You still don't have that sh!t part sorted out properly. Some quick math : .012 -.004 = .008/.012 = -66.6%.

Closed at .007, but I think it goes lower and tests that .004 bottom again. Be a good buy at a 66% discount from your alert price.

Good luck.

Will...

You shouldn't buy a stock on anybody's recommandations and don't blame others for your own mistakes. Ok, Madvillain talks about SPZI, he likes the stock, but most of what he says or stated is true stuff that you can also read on the other boards.

Do your own DD, don't count on others to do it and don't blame others when a stock goes down, they don't control it, otherwise things would really be different. I'm sure that everyone who's in this one is mad, you're not the only one, but don't insult others for decision you've made... nobody forced you to invest in it.

Oh, sorry that you think I purchased this R.A. I don't own any of this. I never buy anyone's recomendations. So, I haven't made any mistake regarding SPZI.

I objected to the way the originator of the thread dismissed those warning from other posters. I guess I was over emphasizing the obvious, pointing out that warnings were accurate. Maybe it was just the reference to the warnings being compared to horsesh!t, even after they were proven correct and accurate. Just wanted to set the record straight.
