I received a ton of PM's asking about the next ones I'm in. Here they are.

UCOI.ob
FGFC.ob
RXPC.ob

3 major caveats to these three.

1)EXTREMLY low shares out
2)management is not only buying back shares, but buying for there personal accounts as well.
3)All have astounding plans in motion. I spoke to all of the CEO's.

Do some DD as I have, you will see.

Sorry, FGFC and RXPC are .PK Also, SLJB, waiting on fins.

Why did FGFC not pop after the killer P.R.

I have smaller positions in XLPI, and PDSC as well. As for ones well over .10, I have 50k of XSNX, and 50k of ACTC. Those two are amazing longer term stocks. As fo larger cap, I took a major position in HAL and VLO today. [Smile]

Sorry Wit. I absolutly think NVMG has HUGE legs, Rosanne Bar legs if you will. This might be the play of the year. Go read through the PR's. I am speechless here. "No cracks" Here is just one thing I found that blows me away.

In addition to acquiring previously shut-in and abandoned wells, our company has aggressively acquired a significant amount of acreage over the Bakken Formation in the Williston Basin which the Oil & Gas industry is now calling the largest oil find in the continential U.S in the last 50 years. For more information on this formation, kindly visit the Wall Street Journal article at the following link:

I do get passionate Wit, but NVMG is not waiting on fins. They are working with the department of Energy. Not to mention Shell oil. There a pretty big out fit to say the least. Not to mention I just read that the top two geologists in the world differ in opinion. One thinks 413 billion barrels, and one is taking a more conservative approach of 200 billion barrels in the area. That’s a disagreement I can live with. I think I'll be holding that one for a while. Do some DD on it tonight and PM me if you find something. I truly can't find any holes here. Good luck.

MM manipulation. You have to ride through that though. Find them, do the DD, then trust your DD. That’s the key to investing. Well, that and patience. Its human nature to want instant gratification, but life doesn’t always work that way. Case and point, XSNX/RSHN/SMTR/PGPM/WWEN/NDOL/AMD/Q/ ETC.. I could go on, and on. It’s about patience in this game. [Smile]

We were all excited, even you IMAKEMONEY, the pinksheets quoted a much lower number pertaining to the Outstanding shares. I found out they were inaccurate, and sold as everyone else did. I still think it is a GREAT company. You would be a fool to disagree, but there share count is just to high. I'm not in that camp. [Smile]

Also, depending on the number of barrels they are providing, 1.3 billion may not be allot. Look at Lucent Tech to name one. It all depends on the earnings. I think NVMG is friggen outstanding. I will be buying again, just waiting for more info on barrels of oil. [Smile]

What happened to RXPC, my account says "no longer valid symbol"?

Posted by NEL on :

Now it just showed back up with a 135% gain?

Posted by BlindMellonChitlin on :

Reverse Split?

Posted by NEL on :

With a RS it would be a negative 135% more likely?

Posted by invester on :

RXPC is buying back, and canceling shares, there is no Reverse Split. The management knows what there doing.

when you spoke to the CEO of RX, Peter Fiorillo, did he have anything to say about this?

The IPO was supposed to be in Sept. 2006, right?
Please see the following excerpts from the IPO PR:

Correction Notice: Press Release Dated June 30th, 2006

First Correction: "...actively being incorporated that will IPO with our established business model...", replace with "...actively being incorporated that will DPO with our established business model...".

Second Correction: "...current capitol structure, an IPO for 1 million shares at $48 per share price will be initiated in September of 2006...", replace with "...current capitol structure, and a DPO at $48 per share will be initiated in September of 2006...".

Why was there no word as to the status of the IPO?
