ACTIS Global Ventures, Inc. , a publicly held Nevada corporation (the "Company"), reported consolidated results for the second quarter of 2006. $3,045,700 for the three months ended June 30, 2006, an increase of 70%, from $1,796,627 for the three months ended June 30, 2005.
