they recently sold a seafood processing facility which eliminated all of their debt. Which, in effect, made them a shell. Global Diamonds reverse merged into the WWCD shell, then ticker change, and voila, a great RM/shell play...

how can you tell they are sells? somebody has to buy for someone to sell, no? I have L2's and they don't tell you if it is a buy or sell. Some hit the bid and might show a down tick, some hit the ask and may tick up, but they are all trades, right?

I have it from a reliable source that Monday is when the company is preparing to release the hounds! That is when the SEC usually gives the ok to symbol changes and after that comes the BIG PR so it would make sense that Monday it is.

who knows. hard to give date predictions much creedance. but, the reverse merger company is wholesale diamond company that has been in business for 17 years, rumors are that revs are huge, hence the .25, could go way beyond that. but again, who knows, all rumor right now, but some of the prior rumors have come true, ie, symbol change, same share structure, etc...

as far as room to go, I think it has it based on rumors, the speculation and semi-low float is moving this, and it moves easy. There might be a possibility for a fill in the .02-.03 area this week, but it is also possible for this to make an even bigger move depending on what they announce this week.

some say this could be massive, like $1 land... I don't know though, I try not to buy the hype, but something has been going on here for weeks, and seems like it might continue...who knows though? Russia is a pretty untapped diamond market due to gov't constraints, until recently. GBDX now has deals to export, interesting...

I doubt this one will gain 300% in a day without some awesome news, although, it did it before.
I assume that some news is coming soon. They get their first shipment of diamonds in the beginning of November, so I think we should see some news around then at the latest.
In the meantime, I would like to see some past financials for Global Diamond Exchange, or at least some projections on future earnings, just to get an idea of what we are dealing with...

I was in since .0065, so I flipped last week, may enter again later. With no news, traders get bored. No one really knows what is going to happen with this. So, people sell because they don't like the unknown. My chart now shows a downward trend. I could see this hitting the .017 range before it takes off again.
That is simply my opinion. This could really take off someday. I will be watching, especially in the beginning of november.

GBDX seems like a pretty sweet deal here. They are located in the Rockefellar building in Manhattan. Pretty hard to BS that one.

last week I said that this would hit the .015-.019 range before bouncing. It hit .019 today.
I still believe this could be a great play very soon. But I do think it will touch the 50 DMA at around .016ish before really bouncing northward. I'm not the best at charts, but that's what I see. penny_ta (ihub) said I needed to go back to school last time I posted a chart when the SAR flipped, but it is telling the story...
That said, you can toss all the charts and TA out with great news...

If you are seriously considering vesting in this company you may want to look more into the history of Alex Livak. And even though Gordon Forgey is reportedly not a part of GBDX his history with Livak is relevant. Livak is also with http://www.safepaysolutions.com/index.php which I am still looking into.

Back to Lavek - Individuals Barred Pursuant to NASD Rule 9552(d) Alex Livak Astoria, New York (August 29, 2005) - needs to pay the $25k by 17 Jan 07. If this has been dealt with I haven't found it.
There is much more with other stock symbols Levek has been with through the years that should be reviewed. but one interesting item is their new web site offers no contacts, no names to faces. http://www.globaldiamondex.com offers no names of personnel owners or operators. IMO 2 things will happen...

This could all be thrown out the window with good news, or revs, or some sort of inclination as to what this company is worth and what the A/S and O/S are...
since they are silent, all we have is the chart. which, admittedly, is a bit skewed due to the 2 days after the symbol change and that run due to mostly, IMO, a shortage of converted shares on those days. It's pretty much been on a down trend since it hit .07. I think it may have hit that because there were very little converted shares on the market that day. and the price rose with little buying pressure...
so, watch it monday.
IMO, if it bounces up toward .20, it may have a run... If it hits <.015, don't touch it until .01 ish...
this is my 3/4 bottle of wine opinion, take it for what it's worth...

verifying relevance between gbdx and alrosa is what I was looking for. I didn't know who alrosa was until I read it on their site. then I found their web site. These guys have changed venues so many times I am finding it hard to believe anything they say. That's why I am doing a little DD here.
