Any one know whats going on with this. It traded over 300 000 shares today. Any info would be appreciated.

Nothing good that I can see. Their last filing was a 15-12G which means they are terminating their registration. In other words, they are no longer going to file any financial reports with the SEC. Usually this means the company is going to go into dilution mode. According to their last quarterly, they do nothing. No sales, no assets, no anything. I could be wrong but if you're looking for advice, mine would be to get out if you can, asap.

I own some shares from years ago that I purchased at 30 cents. I heard that it was delisted and now a shell company. That's all I know but I don't understand why or how it is trading at higher pps and volume than it did before.
