This one has potential, approaching avg daily volume already.
OS is only 350,000, but that is from a year old report.

year high was 1.80

Seems to be resistence at .03 but only 8mm's til .12

RSI does not reach 70 until .12

S-8 filed on July 18 for 10,000,000 shares could be reason for drop.
Sounds like it was to give employee benifits, but I'm not real familiar with S-8 wording.
