accumulation kicking in slowly and not tripping radars...still under the 10 day average volume..

also like what I have been reading....

gross profits increased 125%, total shareholder equity was slipped only 1% and operating expenses rose as business development efforts continued strong in Mexico.

EOD volume really picking up...maybe get a pre-release of what to expect Wednesday.....who ever played BUGS before knows it can move quick so getting in under .02 is extremely safe now imo.

SSWM Subsidiary Progresses on $14MM Proposal Backlog & ERC Contracts; Specific Contract Terms, Project Logistics and Financial Guarantees Put into Place
Business Wire - August 08, 2006 12:00

CARLSBAD, Calif., Aug 08, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Sub-Surface Waste Management of Delaware, Inc. (OTCBB:SSWM), announced that its Mexico subsidiary company Environmental Tec International, S.A. de C.V. (ETI), continues to negotiate specific contract terms and conditions and project logistics in its previously announced $14 Million in written and submitted proposal backlog of work in Mexico as well as additional contract aspects of the Emergency Response Centers (ERC) project in Veracruz.

Bruce Beattie, CEO of SSWM, stated, "We continue to work on our submitted proposals to negotiate final contract terms and conditions acceptable to the company and its clients for individual projects as well as the Veracruz emergency response centers. Last week for example, the principals of ETI met with officials in the State of Veracruz to address third party financing guarantees for the Deutsche Forfait Bank (http://www.defag.de) emergency response equipment lease commitment which under Mexican law requires a first floor national bank's participation to accept foreign offshore originating funds. Our participation in these meetings was paramount as we are establishing a business model that could be adopted by many other states as they choose to implement emergency centers."

Beattie continued, "ETI staff also worked with representatives from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and resolved contract concerns in principle with the Federal Electricity Commission (C.F.E.) for the generating plant in the south of Mexico, in Merida, Yucatan, at Nachi Cocom. These negotiations will allow the company to mobilize to the site in the near future."

Beattie further elaborated, "At the personal request of the Governor of Puebla, ETI staff reviewed the laboratory sample analysis collected during site visits two weeks ago and crafted our engineering approach and cost to address cleanup at these critical impact release sites. The cost proposal, produced in both English and Spanish, will be presented this week to Puebla officials for approval. We continue to develop, track and negotiate all our project opportunities in Mexico very carefully and will keep our shareholders informed of important developments as they occur as well as specific contract values as they are awarded."

notice the retraces are getting lighter? definitely ready to move on to the next level anytime now, probably after the lunchtime lull period

Posted by QuestSolver on :

it appears they are channeling this between .018 and .0195 to fill the gappage and will probably let it run free after 2 or 2:30 imo.

Posted by QuestSolver on :

looks like the last chance to get in at these levels, should be coming out of this retracement shortly

Posted by QuestSolver on :

watch for an EOD rally in this one.

Posted by therustytrombone on :

agreed... bid is stacked and ask is relatively light.. people will definitely be loading up for the interview

Posted by QuestSolver on :

I still have a gut feeling this closes in the .02's.....buyers will jump in before close due to tomorrows event and what we may hear thats in the works from the CEO!

Posted by QuestSolver on :

if you have loose funds definitely take advantage of this now....its not even 2 o clock yet....we are still near 12% in the positive and the retracement is only a few 1/100ths of a penny....if it doesn't close in the .02's it will be close imo......if I had to guess more then half the shares bought today were over .0165

Posted by QuestSolver on :

looks like their filling that earlier gap on the quick rise this morning now.

Posted by utvolsfan13 on :

I dunno.. I keep almost buying it and then 10 minutes later I'm glad I didn't

turning upward again... thin ask on the L2s

getting back into some action and the volume is great!!

Posted by QuestSolver on :

should start to get more active soon although today has been pretty damn good for this one and trading!with a high near .02 already and still up 12% this is set up for many good days to play with imo.

bid coming up,getting much tighter now

Bid still rising

buys buys buys

Posted by therustytrombone on :

a SERIOUS amount of buying going on... but we arent budging due to MM stubborness

Posted by QuestSolver on :

we now have a new higher support level so if your getting in nows the time....especially before close today

Posted by QuestSolver on :

either/or it don't matter to me if it closes at this level...even though I expected a close at the .02 level we are still looking fantastic today and I expect the same tomorrow

Posted by QuestSolver on :

looks like some DT exits today...hmmmm...and on a Tuesday to.

Posted by stocktrader22 on :

I'm surprised to be down back at this level again

Posted by therustytrombone on :

NITE is a crook... so many buys at .0160 and they just kept sucking them up... ugh

Posted by repastyouth on :

What is DT?

DT=Day Trading.

Anyways, I think this is primed for a run. M N 1 should be interesting, you would think BUGS has something very interesting to say

will we be able to break through NITE's iron curtain at .0160... hopefully

Posted by stocktrader22 on :

Lots of buying this morning! Looking great!

Posted by therustytrombone on :

wow, 5 MM's on the bid at .0159, they are showing great support -- MM SBSH is on the bid with a 290 size when the other 4 have a 50 size... wow this should be a good day! (p.s. NITE is a whore)

Posted by stocktrader22 on :

3 on the bid

Posted by therustytrombone on :

you gotta be f|_|cking sh1tting me ... tons of buys once again at .0160 and NITE just sits there... obviously holding the price down... what's the deal?

Posted by utvolsfan13 on :

Yeah that is ridiculous.. So much buying at .016 and nothing happens.. then one or two people buy at .0158 and it goes down to .0153

Posted by therustytrombone on :

NITE is a crook, plain and simple... I've heard it before in other threads and never really understood until I purchased L2's and saw for my self...

what an assh0le

Breaking news this month, CEO is very excited, says everyone will be pleased, said will get contract for 5 years operating and the company with 2mill revenues will increase to something like 33million for operating and then another 25million, then they want to get the share price way up from this news, possible reverse split, and uplist exchange. He said hes talking with 5 governors and he said he definitely wants share price up!

This season may leave everyone holding the bag on
hurricane plays.
It's mid-August and we've only had a single
tropical depression approach the south and
then turn out to sea.
All the action seems to be in the Pacific this year and moving AWAY from land.
At this time last year we were nearly halfway
through the alphabet with more storms destined
to slam our shores.
I'm not wishing the catastrophic season we had
last year on anyone -- I just wouldn't bet on it.

Beechwood that is false!!! We are in a typical year right now. You can't compare any season to last. We will see plenty of action, remember 1992 when Andrew hit. It was mid August for the A storm.. do some research before you say something like that.

Bruce Beattie, President of SSWM, stated, "This client sought our early involvement to reduce the expense and delays inherent in pursuing conventional cleanup remedies which were estimated to exceed $6MM and take up to 48 months and included shutting down their production facility, an unacceptable alternative for the client. SSWM was called in and we completed a site investigation and engineered a remedial plan using our proprietary microbial blends to bioremediate the constituents of concern inadvertently released. Our cleanup solution took 24 months at a cost to the client of approximately $1.4MM and with little if any downtime in production. We used both in-situ (underground) and ex-situ (Bio-Raptor(TM)) proprietary technology to quickly remediate the soil turning toxics into harmless carbon dioxide and water. New procedures and staff training were also set up to avoid similar spills in the future."

Beattie continued, "This project was a watershed project for PROFEPA since it was the first project to our understanding, under the new environmental laws, that combined ex-situ and in-situ treatment at the same site and fully demonstrated the cost and time savings of our proprietary technology as well as the competency of our engineering staff for solving tough environmental problems with the help and support of government officials with pro-active environmental agendas. We applaud their confidence in our abilities and look forward to many more successful future projects in Mexico."

Hurricane Katrina was a Category 3 storm when it came ashore in Louisiana last August 29 and devastated the city of New Orleans by breaching its levees. It killed around 1,500 people on the U.S. Gulf Coast.

At 5 p.m. (2100 GMT), Ernesto's maximum sustained winds had risen to 60 mph (95 kph) and it was moving toward the west-northwest at about 13 mph (20 kph).

Well it looks like Hurricane Lane is about to slam into Mexico. I neither root for this Hurricane nor wish ill to the people of Mexico that will be impacted by this disaster, I wish them all well.

With BUGS's presence in Mexico through their SUB's, this could mean even more work for them. Many people do not realize that Hurricanes in Mexico=work for BUGS SUBS.

Will be interesting to see if people catch on or if the Company makes any statements regarding future revenues that are possible from this. Just something to think about.

Mexico Federal Electricity Commission Funds Project for SSWM Subsidiary in Mexico; SSWM Subsidiary to Start Work on First Contract at Electricity Generating Plan

September 20, 2006 09:45:30 (ET)

CARLSBAD, Calif., Sep 20, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Sub-Surface Waste Management of Delaware, Inc. (SSWM, Trade), announced that its Mexico subsidiary company, Environmental Tec International, S.A. de C.V. (ETI), signed its $1.1 million subcontract agreement with the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) under a recently awarded new contract from the Federal Electricity Commission (C.F.E.). ETI will mobilize to one of the largest power generating plants in the south of Mexico, in Merida, Yucatan, at Nachi Cocom.

Bruce Beattie, CEO of SSWM, stated, "We are pleased to be able to start this important project after several delays were incurred in authorizing release of funds due to resolution of specific tasks in our scope of work. This facility was sited three years ago, by the office of Attorney General for the Protection of the Environment, for major violations of hydrocarbon contaminants and our successful completion of this project should substantially enhance ETI environmental presence in the Mexican Republic and lead to additional environmental clean-ups at other generating plants. We expect a second project for remediation at the Merida II plant to be awarded later this year which is anticipated to be twice the magnitude of work as compared to the facility at Nachi Cocom."
