Bid somewhere between 0 and 10 cents is my guess. My once 11M shares just won't have the kind of pull now that I'll be the proud owner of 1,100.

But what happens after the dip in price or possible panic sell ? What purpose would the r/s split have if price was to dive ...The company wants a higher price . I would think they have some kind of news planed to keep the price from dropping and to infact help drive it up ....Am I missing something ? Why would a company like this simply do a r/s to watch price dive ....? Let's talk about other posibilities of what might be happening .

A compnay usually does a r/s because they have run out of ink on the printing press and are up against the authorized. So, not only will the price plummet for us, the company now gets to start printing all over again (causing the price to go down all over again....i.e. see Pacel in the Hall of Shame for impact) as the authorized is usually left unchanged. Perhaps the new management will reduce the authorized like a number of companies have done recently and the share price might actually stabalize. Of course, we have no idea whehter this will be a communications outfit, a widget maker, or are going to make accessories for Ken and Barbie. That will be the interesting part to hear in the coming days.

At Scottrade mine shows the same number of shares, the symbol hasn't changed, and it shows VWKM#
Probably why no selling this morning because nobody can, unless they call and bark at their broker.

got it, oh well, this was a lost cause when Astrom walked off last month. the fact that they are not on the SECURITY DELETIONS <inactive security> list is a positive to me.
after not being able to sell for months, I though it was here just for show, never thought it would have any resurrection. it costs a few nickels to go through this change.

Duped again by another peeny scam company. Has anyone even received the 15% divies as promised (I didn't). And now this BS RS after numerous promises of no RS. I'm getting out ASAP before this drops from 0.10 back to 0.0001 again. No news, no website, nothing. This is a total BS waste of time scam and someone should investigate this company. I for one am going to file a complaint with the SEC based on mis-information.

Has anyone tried to call and speak with anyone at the company about this? I've tried and just get some nerdy little male voice on the answering machine telling you to leave a message. So much for the major media dynasty that VWKM was supposed to become. Their website is useless so there's no other way to contact them. I'm mad as hell and not going to take it anymore. This company has given us the royal screwing and there's no way to even contact anyone to complain.

Scottrade has it at .20 unchanged for VMDG. Looks like it is tradable. I'm not in though so can't try to sell. Looks like the change is complete bid .20 ask .80 sure go for that eh? The filing is not linked properly or doesn't really exist. It is still a pink.

I noticed in my account the symbol changed to vmdg today... The only thing interesting is my 15% dividend did not change.. .It is still restricted under a different name... Any ideas? Is there any chance the dividends move under the new symbol?

what symbol are you're divi shares under? If it says none then they may turn into VMDG after the restricted time has expired. Your broker can explain what they are and where they came from.
