Didn't close how I would have liked but still nice. Another positive day with plenty of volume. Its still riding the bollinger band up top. We may see a down day tomorrow based off of the candle as the struggle between bulls and bears was more apparent.
I still haven't confirmed with the transfer agent what the float, A/S, O/S, and how recent those numbers are. I got to the secretary once, but he never returned my call. I called again recently and no one answered. I'll keep trying.
Anyways, the chart still looks good. RSI isn't maxed, MACD is diverging steadily and smoothly. Looks good on both the 3 month and 9 month charts. I'd like the 20 MA to catch up quicker so it has some rising support. Matt

Volume is still big so that would explain the big drop. Thats much better than a big drop on little volume.
I just spoke with investor relations, Mr. Tom Nelson, asking what the A/S, O/S, and float are. He said he has been receiving many calls the past few days asking for those numbers. If you look at the price action over the last two weeks, it appears that .05 was the resistance last week, and the support this week. Weak hands are shaken out, and we'll be on our way to build higher support next week.

Largest volume day yet. Volume kicked in early and knocked it down hard but apparently a strong rally to close. My new strategy is to buy on friday and sell on monday; similar to race on sunday sell on monday.
Stocks seem to take a hit on friday from people possibly selling to not hold over the weekend. Who knows?
Anyways, largest volume day this stock has seen SINCE IT HAS BEEN TRADING. That has to mean something. Lots of interest rolling in to this one.

permanentjaun I think you're right on the money with this one and from what I see on the indicators there could be 1 maybe 2 days of red left in this doll. I'll be watching this very closely monday and tuesday for possible entry. love volume plays just thinking if friday's selling pressure could me the company is selling thinking people are buying into the news rumor? if monday is another record volume day with sellers driving this I'll be waiting.

according to this recent PR, it is not a rumor that more great news is to come...company is resurrecting itself after from taking a hit from when owner died, but rest asure management is turning it around...just check out the cool products, and u can not deny this excellent chart (which is screaming .70 break long term imo). great company and great things going on with it.

ironwill - There are three numbers for a stock. Authorized shares, outstanding shares, and float. Authorized shares are the maximum amount of shares a company can issue. Outstanding shares are the actual number of shares a company has issued. The float is how many of those shares are tradeable.
A company will usually always hold a certain percentage of their shares so they own the company. For example a company could have issued 1000 shares but owns 750 of them that are not tradeable on the market. The float would be 250 shares that are tradeable. Low floats mean its harder to get shares and it can be absorbed quickly causing a rocket in price. This is why the shortsqueeze trigger was issued on this stock.
I encourage you to go to www.investopedia.com or the basics section on this forum and start to read everything. You're not going to get anywhere in the penny market if you can't understand the information being thrown at you. Matt

the daily chart shows the same thing i posted on before and the cci above 100 is a good sign but in dtgp case its showing weakness like the adx/fast sto/macd. also look at the macd last 5 days ago had 2 soft days. thanks to your links i'm now more confident the stock will pull back 1 more day -- maybe close the gap .045 -- before it rockets to the moon imho. glta!

hey, take it with a grain of salt. i won't complain if the company wants to promote its stock, but i just got off the phone with their lead researcher, john brooks. i like to do my dd by calling companies in off peak times because you never know who you'll meet. we talked for over an hour. so far, based on what i heard, this is the most legit company i've encountered in penny stocks. hands down, bar none.
right now it sounds like aquaboost is probably their biggest revenue driver, but he couldn't break out any figures, it's not his dept, nor could he give out that sort of info due to reg FD, but he did give me a very broad overview of the company and then went into some specifics about various divisions.
aquaboost reduces water consumption by a full 1/3..! this is huge when it comes to saving money and resources for farmers located in arid climates, where water rights are so costly. keep in mind whatever they don't use on their land can be sold instead to other farmers who need that water. it increases crop yields (for example in one study it was barley, by $100 per hectare). this is in addition to the water savings. and he said this stuff is selling really well. as he put it, barrels of it are going out the door.
the FAA's interest in the fire suppression technology is also totally legit. i'm not sure of the time line, and he couldn't offer specifics, but it suffices to say what we've read in PRs about their hypoxic air technology will be implemented at some point, retrofitted in at least 3,200 US aircraft, added to all new 787s, C20s, and they will most likely also include it with the F-35 joint strike fighters.
we talked for a long time, and i cannot possibly write it all down here, but he also said the share structure was of concern to management and that they would like to address that. he said the stock should be trading at at least .75 to $1 now and said he felt confident it would soon be moving much closer to that level. after what i heard tonight i can't disagree.
we've found a great stock, folks!

That is why I want the MA's to catch up. Traders seem to like when MA's are confirmed support rather than filling gaps or previous highs/lows that occured on one day. We either need news or some bounces off those MA's to rally.
See what happened to the stock when the 50 MA was confirmed twice in a row several days ago? Finding support is important right now. Matt

I didn't mean the comparison to say we should expect the same or that it will happen that way.
I actually meant it in the aspect of why we can't be diddle daddling with this side ways stuff. I don't like saying it but, I want confirmed support. This means heading south at the current time.
Otherwise, we need a large increase in price with the MA's following sharply to raise support. ONEI is a close example to this. It had an amazing chart, did the slow rise, and then suddenly dropped 40% one day. It's forming solid hammers at the MA's but it still dropped dramatically. Here's the chart. Matt

I really dig your comparison of charts and indicators for WWEN and DTGP. It seems to me that the two are alarmingly similar.
I interpret it that all systems are a go for takeoff, and DTGP will see a spike in PPS just like WWEN. I also think management at DTGP realizes this as well, and will likely take advantage of the situation any day now by sending out a great PR.
Hell, I'll bet they're drooling over the technicals right now, thinking about how great it's going to be to get back to pre-2006 price levels.

The chart is pretty much what I asked for. Not sure if it was the news but it bounced very nicely off the MA support at .045. Only problem is with little price movement I'm not sure how quickly that support will rise and cause a price increase. Maybe another bounce off of .045 will make the chart look much nicer and get new volume in. Matt

Except for holding the 20/50 MA's, the chart isn't looking so good anymore. Potential for the stock, sure it's still there. I should have been smart and paid for real time charting so I could have played the swings from .05 to .07 and made an easy 30-40%. We'll see what happens next week. A bounce off of the 20/50 would be nice with a PR. Matt

The best pink stock ever imo.
Aquaboost in its self is a huge winner not to mention all thier other products.

I'm hearing lots of talk about the FAA approval in other DTGP forums, and it sounds to me like we're going to strike it rich if we win that race.
But aside from FAA approval, in their second to last PR, I count 7 million in revenue for the 06/07 fiscal year. And with three different market segments, our chances of cleaning up on one of them is pretty damn good

Maybe it deserves a look in greater deatail, a little DD, if you will. Always interested to see picks from other posters, but always happy to help with a closer look too.
Well, for starters it is a pink. Now, contrary to some people's opinions not all pennies are pinks. There is a clear and dramatic difference between pinks and OTCBB. If you will indulge me, pinks have a much lower standard of reporting, (not making some important facts avaiable to the public in the investor's decision making process), while OTCBB's are required to report, making important facts available to the public. So, keeping that in mind, we have a pink here, a nonreporting company.
One might begin investigating this company on pinksheets.com. Some of the important things I always look for are A/S, O/S, Financials. Unfortuantely, this company does not file Form 10's or financials, so we either don't know the current share structure, or we have to look elsewhere. Why don't we take a look at pinksheets.com, and see just what information is avaible.
However, that is standard disclaimer for pinksheets, simply saying they won't endorse a company that does not file a minimum of quarterly financials. Not the end of the world, but it sure would be nice if that information was available. We can discount that as being harmful for now, but it is a bit of a warning.
Anything we can glean from this to help us in our assessment? Maybe. Incorporated in the state of Nevada, Outstanding Shares: 42,000,000 as of 2005-07-12, (hmmm, 7/12/05, almost a year and half old information), Authorized Shares: 100,000,000 as of 2005-07-12, (same as O/S. dated), shares decreased by 1 for 1000 split Record Date: 2005-06-30, (OUCH!). The only useful thing we see there is the R/S, we now know they diluted and R/S 1 for 1,000, so we can assume that that 42,000,000 had 3 more 0's behind it prior to 7/12/05, or 42,000,000,000, a huge number. One might argue that A/S is only 100M as of 7/15/05, but thankfully we have other places to look, maybe the SOS of Nevada can help us out? Well, look at that, the sneaky devils raised the A/S to 250M on 11/3/06. Not the end of the world, still a managable A/S and potential O/S. 36 trading days since the A/S were raised. Average volumes seem to be about 500,000 for that period, not unusually high, so I would suspect that little, if any of the 150% increase in A/S has been issued and sold into the market. I do wonder WHY the 150% increase in A/S, think this company might issue them, and dilute the share value? They raised that A/S count for a reason, hmmmm.
Assuming one could have bought this late Friday afternoon at .015, not knowing the current B/A, I will be very interested in seeing just how this does. "IF" it goes it will encounter first, and probably light resistance at .0157, and "if" it gets by that, it will kill itself getting by .018.
