as for the dilution issue the PR did not say NO dilution. It just said they'd try to minimize it.
"These joint ventures are being structured in order to minimize stock dilution. Further details will be made available in a timely fashion"

Big old gorilla NITE sitting on that ask. My guess is news is coming late today or tomorrow. CEO said late last week that we would have two PR's this week. Only had one so far.
