(GWGO, Trade) confirms that the Company will now be distributing the Stock Dividends in Bouse Mining Holdings plc, Ambassador Gold Holdings plc, Sentinel Resources plc, Golden Eagle Mining Holdings plc and in Copperstone Mining Holdings plc to eligible shareholders of Great West Gold, Inc. The Company remains committed to obtaining a separate quotation for each of these Companies.
The Company will be advising shareholders as to details of the Transfer Agent to each of these Companies in and during next week and will confirm the date of postage of the various Stock Certificates to Great West Gold, Inc. shareholders in and during next week. The Company can confirm that these Stock Certificates will be posted to shareholders by the Transfer Agent in and during this month.

That's how it reads to me. The accounts are saying that they're leaving because when they get audited, their books are in such disarray that they wouldn't be able to complete the audit successfully.

I made some good money with GWGO, buying at .0006 & .0007 and selling at .0014 & .0018. I'm out now though and will stay out. The company has a hard time doing what they tell you they are going to do. I'm out of GWGO to stay, but good luck to all that are in, you'll probably need it IMHO.

Hate to say it but the accountants letter does look negative. That said, my take is that GWGO has to have money somewhere if they were able to pull off all the recent acquisitions AND make the first round of dividends payments which I did receive.
I'll sit tight for a while.

May GWGO rest in peace. I don't think we will ever get what we were supposed to get. I made some money on them when I sold out a few months ago. I've done it a couple of times. Just have to have the cash or put up with the free ride crap.
I am still thinking long term on GWGO though or at least untill they get themselves straightened out with the next round of dividends/spinoffs. That and a nice PR or 2 and we can be back to .0010 or more quick.

I'd say definately yes. Although until the PR comes out (and we know how that goes) the price could continue to drop. If you buy it at .0005 and tomorrow it's at .0004 that's life.
When the news does come out everyone will be happy again and the price will most likely start going up again.

I own this stock so I may be partial, but the email (posted by kenzone above) sent out by the CEO sounds promising. If they follow through with the 10KSB and 10QSB as stated, this week, and include information on divis as also stated, I dare say it may be due for a healthy run. So all said, you may lose your investment if GWGO doesn't follow through with thier promises, but you could stand to make a whack of cash as well. Did anyone think PAIM would run like it has? The same can happen to GWGO.They have a history of runs.Lets hope for good news this week.

Yes, I got the GWGO divis back in mid February. That was about the time we were also due to get the divis mentioned above. I'm just excited that they even brought them up again. I have already notified my broker with the press release from today. I'm hopeing for the best. Posted by Stockstar69 on :
I know it was a little confusing since you could get the 20% GWGO stock dividend but not the other companies stock dividends all dependent on when you actually had ownership of the shares. That being in the past DON'T FORGET there are 3 more sets of dividends upcoming. Those are what I have been waiting for.

I only concerned about the five dididends mentioned above. I sold all my GWGO stock earlier this year and I will not be getting the three you are waiting on; however, I was the share holder of record on the record dates for the other five. Looks like you will be getting free shares then but I don't know if you sold your GWGO at a profit or loss. As of now I'm holding 1 million shares at a small loss but anticipate the share price rising 25-50% when the release the divy PR's. just have to wait!

Anyone hear from their broker about the divis? I got an e-mail yesterday from Scottrade telling me that they have forwarded the information to the Dividend/Reorganization Department to investigate. As soon as I hear back from them I will post their answer for all to see.
