TCLL - Tricell Announces Record $5 Million Profit and $383 Million Revenue for First Quarter of 2006

STAFFORDSHIRE, England, May 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tricell Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TCLL), announced record quarterly profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Profit for this quarter was $5,007,009, as compared to a net loss of $87,108 for the same quarter last year. This represents an increase of 5848%. Tricell also generated revenue of $383.5 million for the three months ended March 31, 2006 as compared to $56.3 million for the same period in 2005, which is a 582% increase. The increase in revenues is the result of our expanded trading operations, which since June 30, 2005, includes the operations of our wholly owned subsidiary, Ace Telecom. Tricell's increased profit is the result of both our expanded operations, as well as our reduced cost of capital. For all of the first quarter of 2006, Tricell resumed internally financing its trading activities with cash flow from operations, whereas an external line of credit was used to finance operations for most of 2005.

Tricell's income from operations for the first quarter of 2006 was $2,071,393, as compared to $218,043 for the quarter ended March 31, 2005, representing an increase of 850%. Adding significantly to the 2006 net income figure of $5,007,009 is other income of $3,620,523, which Tricell realized in January 2006 when two of its dormant subsidiaries were liquidated.

Andre Salt, Tricell's CEO and Chairman of the Board, stated, "We are very encouraged with our results through the first three months of 2006, and are optimistic we will continue our level of operations through 2006, and we look forward to building on our base of operations in 2007. We are continuing to move forward with our plans to acquire N2J."

FTS Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Scott Gallagher commented, "Even with acquisition-related expenses incurred during the first quarter FTS posted the first operating profit in the nine-year history of the Company. During Q1 we achieved something few OTC (over the counter) Companies ever see, a net profit." Gallagher continued, "Historically, the first quarter is the slowest quarter of the year in both the retail wireless and the satellite television businesses so were very proud to deliver profitable first quarter results to our shareholders." Gallagher went on to say, "We expect sequential increases in both top and bottom line numbers during the second quarter and through out 2006. We've laid out an aggressive growth strategy for 2006 and beyond that, in my opinion, will reward our long-term shareholders."

2006 Outlook

FTS expects revenue growth of 530% to 620% during fiscal 2006 of $7.2 to $8.1 Million from revenue of $1.3 during 2005, without any additional acquisitions. FTS further expects to post full year 2006 net income in the range of $600,000 to $900,000 compared to a loss of ($1,997,000) during 2005. Listing on the American Stock Exchange requires pre tax income of $750,000 in the most recent fiscal year among other factors (see AMEX.com). Our acquisition and deal pipeline remained very strong at the end of Q1. Although no additional letter of intents were signed during Q1 we expect to close additional significant acquisitions during 2006.

Operating Income

As we continue to grow our businesses we'll have three primary usages of cash generated from operations depending on timing and circumstances: Cash will be used for Acquisitions, Debt reduction or Share buy-backs in that order.

WWEN is at bottom and has big news coming. Making an offer to buy an energy plant, have potential revenues in the billions if it goes through. Probably not today, but within the next couple weeks this will be the stock to be in I think.
