this came on my radar right at the end of the day, so i couldnt get in. But tommorow morning i am going to buy a ton right as the market opens.

check out the chart on this one...its so ready to go, had a good day today but i think tommorow will be a huge winner, the only thing is i think the gap will be huge
volume was about 5 times average today so some intrest is coming in, i hope i can get in under .06 tommorow (as i think this will gap big) i am looking to buy about 75000 shares to start and then if we get a dip i will buy more

there was a ton of intrest late in the day as u can see alot of buy came in and that makes me think something was up...its a bottom play and gold...i think the only problem is will be that it will gap up hard but i will buy anything under .06..hopefully i can buy some more too on the gap...i am going to buy 75k right at the open 0.045 would be great...i will even take .05

Savoy said it would use the proceeds to complete its annual and first-quarter reports. The company decided to sell its interest in the China joint venture because of the additional money it would have required prior to any returns, according to a news release.
Savoy is concentrating on a Canadian gold prospect, a copper and cobalt leaching prospect in South Africa, and other potential gold and mineral prospects in China.
The company said it expects to complete the purchase of a property with proven gold reserves in the Yukon Territory in northwestern Canada by July 31.

The chart does look great. The company states it is attempting a transition to a gold company and seems to have no production. The China deal seems to be questionable if it ever will produce gold. So selling the 40% may benefit the company. But why do they need that cash to be able to file with the SEC. Are the finances that bad ?

I'm not sure how much it costs to do the filings but I do know they need lawyers and stuff to look over it which costs money. This is the reason why many companies stay on the pinksheets. They dont make a whole lot of money and dont want to spend the money they do make on those fees. Sometimes the CEOs do the filings themselves and make mistakes, if you catch them you can exploit them.

Yup. With few exceptions most pink sheet companies are POS... PGPM is one exception.

well the reason i think this will run is because it is getting momo, and it is a bottom player and has alot of room to run....buytex said it perfectly all pennies are pos and its all about the momo, and i think this will get it tommorow
i cant stress the fact enough that all well fine 99.99999% of the pennies are bs companies that lie and dilute, and 1 out of every maybe 100000 will make u rich if u hold for a year or more.
what i am trying to say is find the momo play the momo and take your profits dont fall in love with any penny stock. I learned this the hard way many times in the 8 years that i have been investing for and i dont this to happen to others

GFM 50, a piece of advice dont chase to high!! i am going to buy in the morning uptill .06 i wont pay higher in the morning even though i think we can even hit .15 tommorow...i think this will be hard a fill with a big gap and i just am saying dont chase to high cause if it does open up like 50% it will dip a bit and thats when u get in

Just looking at the L2's now, there is no real resistance until we hit .20....now I dont know how things will shape up in the morning, but if you can get in around .05, you could easily double your money.

(OTC Bulletin Board: SVYRE - News), a precious metals and mineral exploration and mining company, announced today that it has agreed to sell its 40% interest in Heilongjiang Savoy Minerals Co., Ltd., the joint venture with the First Institute of Geological Exploration of Heilongjiang Province, China, organized in June 2004, to Black Dragon Resources Ltd., an unrelated Mauritius GBC2 company. To date, Savoy Resources has contributed to the joint venture US$1 million of a total of US$3.5 million in capital contributions required through December 31, 2006, under the joint venture agreement with the First Institute. Savoy Resources has received the initial US$50,000 payment under the agreement with Black Dragon Resources and will receive an additional US$200,000 at closing. Savoy Resources is using the funds received to date from the sale of its interest in the joint venture to complete and file with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission its annual report on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005, and its quarterly report on Form 10-QSB for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. When the annual report is filed, assuming that the quarterly report is filed by the prescribed due date or within five days thereafter, the "e" will be removed from Savoy Resources' trading symbol. Mr. Arthur Johnson, President/CEO of Savoy Resources, stated that "Savoy Resources has finally received the funding needed to complete the reports required to be filed with the SEC in order to satisfy its reporting obligations. Management is working closely with its professionals and advisors to complete these reports and file them with the SEC as expeditiously as possible."
Management made the strategic decision to sell Savoy Resources' interest in the China joint venture primarily because of the significant amount of additional investment capital required prior to the realization of any return from the joint venture. Mr. Johnson stated, "We ultimately determined that, as a result of a visit to the site, it would not be possible to sink a decline shaft to extract the gold at the Sishan Forest Farm site, our initial target prospect in Heilongjiang Province. Since negotiating the agreement to sell its interest in the China joint venture to Black Dragon Resources, management has focused its efforts upon other mineral prospects, including a Canadian gold prospect, the copper and cobalt leaching prospect in South Africa reported earlier and other potential gold and other mineral prospects in China. Management is in advanced negotiations with a closely-held, Canadian company for the acquisition of a property with proven gold reserves located in the Yukon Territory in northwestern Canada. Savoy Resources expects to consummate the purchase, which would not involve any cash outlay, prior to July 31, 2006. With regard to this proposed acquisition, Mr. Johnson stated, "We are excited by the prospect of owning a gold property with proven placer reserves on which it would be possible to commence production of gold as early as this fall because of the existence of a certain amount of infrastructure. With the acquisition of the Yukon gold property, Savoy Resources could finally accomplish its transition to a gold mining company. We expect this proposed acquisition to jumpstart our program for acquisitions of mining properties in Canada, the United States, South Africa and China and to enable us to obtain the financing necessary to commence production of gold or other minerals on these properties. guys, i am going to buy only one more stock today i will find something by eod maybe with about 5-10 min left in the trading day, and i am not going to start my thread on it as i dont want to be a pump and dumper but this is one stock that i think can do well(i havent found anything yet, but hopefully by EOD i am sure i will) i am going to be putting only about $1500 in as i really dont like to put more then that in any penny stock. I am going to post it on this thread and some of my other threads but i will not start a new thread for it as like i said before i dont want to be no pumper and dumper this is a stock i think can perform well and thats why i am buying...hopefully i can find something i am seriously watching 2000 stocks right now and dont like nothing yet lol

I made back my losses on this one alread.. I was stupid and bought into the hype.. 100,000 shares of this at .109, I lost a little over 3 grand on this but I've pretty much made it all back on NDOL already

There is no volume, 500K in total volume or something like that? I sold my 100K shares and the price fell from .082 to .07... it doesn't take much to move this stock, if you buy in early and create a little hype on the forums you can do quite well.

Aftermarket trades? OTC/BB don't trade aftermarket, that was a late fill that you saw. I hope that article written yesterday coupled with the above average volume that we all made bidding this up yesterday is enough to bring some new money to the table for you guys, most savy investors will see that there was only a total of $500,000.00 in this yesterday which ran the price up from .03 to .129, and will stay away due to the high probability of this being a pump and dump. Do you guys realize how light that volume is? I alone put in $11,000.00, over 2% of the total volume for the day! My advise would be to get out of this while you still can, hopefully new money comes in today if not the only question is, who is going to be left holding the bag? And yes I am calling Mr. Superman a pump and dumper, think about it, you have a guy who "turns everything to gold that he touches" People on the forums follow him, it only takes another 70 guys like me to make this stock run like it did yesterday. Good luck guys, I don't wish this on anyone as I know the feeling, I was in this yesterday telling myself how I could be so stupid, oh well... lesson learned. Byrn me once shame on you, burn me twice shame on me.

Guys call your broker and if there is a bid or ask on the ECN's you can sell or buy pre and after market any otc stock.

Whether it was aftermarket trades or late fills I saw it as a positive thing. Probably other stocks like NDOL will be capturing a lot of people's attention today though...

Adam, superman is not a pump and dumper. He trades off momentum. He puts out alerts when there is unusually high volume to let everyone know where to find it. I have made THOUSANDS following supermans posts and appriciate that he takes the time to post them when he finds them.

Very true Jason!
I also have made money on his picks, and he does pick on momo runs. He doesn't have a crystal ball to see the future though, so everyone plays this at their own risk. Yesterday was not a good trading day for most [except NDOL] I hope for a much brighter day today!

With all that admonishing yesterday for people in this stock to "sell at the ask", here's something pretty funny. I hold GT (Goodyear) over on the big boards and this morning I checked it on Ameritrade and the bid is $14.27 and the ask is $999.00! Sure would like to sell at that ask. Quite a spread, eh?

It makes no difference if you make money or not, I could have made out like a bandit yesterday on this had I bought at the open and sold at .10 or so. What momentum? The only momentum here is the momentum we here created when we all threw our money at this. I hope you're right and I am wrong, I looked at the charts, I sold my block of 100K shares at 1:30, somone else sold another big block around 3:00, and another large sell went through at 3:30. People are getting out of this, pretty soon there will be no bid and then your stuck. Good luck! This stock is downtrending..

I have been watching since yesterday. We have ARCA on the bid with 999. Someone is trying to trap these short sellers. This is going up big-time. Interesting. It can move up real fast.
