Zero outstanding shares is a plus And moving towards several new contracts, that's always a plus... This may not be an overnight success but for a future runner, looks good.
I try to buy prior to a stock running; something about waiting for it to run and then buy just doesn't work out well for me.. This stock my not look so great right now but how many do prior to making you money.

Rock Fish, I'll just stick my head out the window and give you my take on BUGS... I keep BUGS longterm. This one is good for rolling (buy near .01, sell after 3 white soldiers, reinvest profits near .01). Did I mention the 3 white soldiers can be kinda small? Brehm holds a patent for carbon recycling that would change the industry - so what's the holdup? Or is that also the problem? Someone should hold the business end of a cattle prod to his tail before that patent expires. He appreciates loyal shareholders, though. SSWM is a better trade, BUGS is still investment-worthy.
KublaKhan, works for me, screen stocks on 'catchy symbol' rating.
