Look at the flow of natural resources through commerce today. We basically take stuff out of the ground and then we refine, process, distribute, consume and dispose. Each stage is wasteful and the entire flow horribly inefficient.

We see these inefficiencies as opportunities.

Take your light switch for example. We take coal out of the ground, distribute it to a utility who then burns it to boil steam which then turns a turbine that produces electric current that is then channeled to your light switch. A great deal of our electricity today comes from burning coal. More than 70% of the energy value of that coal is lost at the power plant and another 20% is lost due to various upstream inefficiencies in the way power is distributed to your light switch. Increasing efficiency, even incrementally, at any point in this flow will reduce costs, reduce the need for virgin coal, and reduce pollution. Our goal is to surgically target and reduce these types of inefficiencies.

At INSEQ, our view is that everything is about efficiency – if we can help you consume natural resources even slightly more efficiently, then we will help you save money, increase productivity, reduce your need for virgin natural resources and decrease your impact on the environment.

I don't usually chase either, but I bought on dip for NSOL and did very well because of company and trader sentiment. This look liked same deal so I chased..... in at .0044. Might have been a lame choice, but I have a feeling it's not done. Charts and traders look good.

not done at all IMO. maybe for today, but in the weeks to come this is a winner.

I dont think this is a "high" price yet, alot of sub penny stocks like this will run for 2-3 solid days First day is a big run second day is usually a gap up and run day and then the third days is usually the gap and crap day, alot of talk about big news upcomming for this company if they are true or not i dont know but most stocks will run and just hype anywayz. I think if you can get in early tommorow you will be glden with it just keep an eye on the volume. but IMO its still looks strong

INSEQ to Manufacture SunSource Systems for Oil Extraction from Ethanol Process
INSEQ Corporation has signed on to manufacture the systems that will be used by SunSource BioEnergy to extract corn oil for use in biodiesel production from the process used to prepare corn for ethanol production (earlier post).

INSEQ expects that SunSource BioEnergy will need in excess of 30 systems for ethanol producers over the next 24 months at an approximate cost of $1 million per system. SunSource BioEnergy is a partnership consisting of partnership consists of ethanol producers VeraSun Energy, Glacial Lakes Energy, KAAPA Ethanol and Golden Grain Energy; and technology company Ethanol Oil Recovery Systems—the inventor of the extraction process.

By extracting the oil, ethanol producers have the opportunity to increase plant income and improve handling characteristics of distillers dry grains (one of the standard byproducts of the dry mill process).

The process redirects an internal waste stream in dry mill ethanol facilities through a proprietary centrifuge technology that extracts corn oil from the evaporation area of the dry mill plant. The extraction systems are the essential element of the EORS technology.

One additional benefit is that by removing the corn oil from the drying process, the potential emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the DDGS (Dried Distiller’s Grain Solids) dryers will be reduced.

Controlling VOCs from the DDGS dryers and the cost and energy consumption of thermal oxidizers (TO) used as one solution for that are important issues for the ethanol industry. A variety of control solutions are being explored, including the use of Combined Heating and Power (CHP) systems.

Under the terms of INSEQ’s manufacturing agreement with EORS, EORS has granted INSEQ right of first refusal rights relating to the manufacture of the extraction systems and any other manufacturing needs relating to the extraction systems.

EORS and INSEQ are respectively 15% and 70% owned by GreenShift Corporation.

Good post Rock, ethanol producers will do good as price of gas forcing us to turn to ethanol.

I remember just last week Gov of WI promoting 100% ethanol cars and stations with 100% ethanol pumps... ethanol is better then Gold right now!

I'm thinking we will be back around .006-.008 next week or two if not higher.

I'm holding...

This company has to much going for it, .01 and higher is very very possible, right now resistance is .006 but we should break that today and when we do that will be a HUGE break and set us up for an insane run for next week.

your right firefighter, I can't believe the small dips. I was expecting larger ones. Tomorrow should be a sell off day, but with the interest in this stock I wonder how big it will be. I can't take profit and then buy back in, ameritrade will keep my money for a couple of days or day because I just bought it, so looks like I'll be riding it out.

i say we break .007 minimum today, there should be a gap up the next day so i think there will be a run EOD on this stock for sure just alot of accumilating now witch is a good thing.

I swear, everytime I see you post, you're begging for an answer.

I don't mean to be mean, but c'mon. At some point, you have to develop your own strategy for yourself so that you don't get stuck in something.

You're not being very careful, it seems.
What if someone told you that "anything below .0060 is awesome for this one" and then it tanks the next day and you quickly realize that the person that told you to buy at .0058 was the same person that sold all of his shares at that same price.

Don't chase stocks up, and don't determine your entry point solely by other people's advice, cuz I hate to break it to ya, but you might not always get the most direct and honest responses.
Deceit can kill you quick in this game.

Just trying to help.

Kevin Kreisler, chairman and chief executive officer of GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF - News), Veridium's majority shareholder, said that "the Veridium technology is very timely. We expect that demand for ethanol is going to increase markedly in the immediate future as the fuel additive MTBE is phased out and replaced with ethanol. Our belief is that this is going to result in increased demand for technologies that enhance ethanol production efficiencies and Veridium holds the rights to a number of technologies that we believe achieve this."

MTBE, or methyl tertiary butyl ether, is blended with gasoline to enhance its oxygen content and it accounts for about 10 percent of the volume of every gallon of gasoline with which it is blended. This is equal to about 1.4 percent of the nationwide supply. Many gasoline marketers are planning to eliminate their use of MTBE once the oxygenate requirement lapses on May 5 due to the fact that the Energy Policy Act of 2005 didn't protect MTBE producers from past or future groundwater contamination lawsuits. Additionally, the new Renewable Fuel Standard holds refiners to a baseline use of renewable fuels such as ethanol of 4 billion gallons in 2006 and increasing to 7.5 billion gallons by 2012. The Energy Department estimates that 130,000 barrels per day of extra ethanol will be needed beginning May 5, an amount equal to almost 50 percent of current output

This is the reason for the buying right now - If you read this, come MAY 5th big change and VRDM will be there to make the difference. Since VRDM needs INSQ's technology - INSQ will take off USXP is nothing compared to this engine. Look at the charts on stockcharts.com and stockscores. The volume is coming in stronger and harder. I began looking at this and today bought in because it came back down to .005 twice and bounced. That shows me that there is good support there. Give this a few months and you should see good returns. Not only that but in the immediate future as well. Do your DD and I hope you all the best in your investing!!!

I am in this stock but to be realistic i think it needs a dip witch it may get mid day or so on monday and i think that will be healthy befour the next leg up for this stock. Thats just being realistic though, i do think this will be over .01 within the next week or 2!!!

Posted by tmanfromtexas on :

And according to their last financial statement posted on yahoo on March7, they actually had a net profit. It was small but better than a loss. Also, they went from a 728 thousand loss to that profit and reduced their sga. This may surprise a lot of folks next week. TMAN...

Posted by Golf57 on :

Trader- I don't know if it will hit .01 on Mon before retracing a bit but, I do know that it will be in the pennies in a few months.

The ethanol stocks are the hottest stocks in the market due to the high gas prices.

I see INSQ catching up to the likes of GSHF, IEVX and VRDM in the very near future.

Posted by GVMOORE on :

Should see at least a .05 to .10 by yr end IMO. If I could be right more that wrong I would add
shares. Lots of buys at the top. .02-.03 Mon
would put smile on my face. GLTA

Posted by Golf57 on :

I defenately see .05 to 10 by years end.

Posted by trader121 on :

INSQ will trad with good volume all next week and imo possibly hit 0.01 and then retrace. After the retrace it should be ready for next weeks run. This is in a hot sector right now, ethanol, and we all know that INSQ is a suplier of ethanol, which means its right there in the middle of the action.

GL and have a successful week.

Well, after it hits 0.01 or around that price, it will then retrace (your rsi effect) and after than it will shoot up again.

Last time april 10 you are referring to it came down and since then it went up more than 100%. So i think the uptrend will continue nevertheless.

New York, NY, Apr 17, 2006 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
Amelot Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMHD); Nova Energy Holding, Inc. (OTC: NVAO); Veridium Corporation (OTCBB: VRDM); INSEQ Corporation (OTCBB: INSQ) - Two years ago, it looked like the alternative-fuels business was going to atrophy," says Fred Mayes, who tracks renewable-fuel data for the Energy Information Administration, a quasi-independent arm of the Department of Energy. "There was no interest, no direction, no incentives, or major breakthroughs. It was stuck in low gear." Barriers still exist, including not enough filling stations and a projected shortfall of ethanol production that will contribute to higher gas prices this summer, many experts say.

Still, energy remains in an evolutionary mode. Mr. Mayes says government analysts trying to make projections can barely keep up with all the emerging options. As gas-electric hybrids fill a gap, and hydrogen fuel cells remain a holy grail, old-school combustion engines show signs of hanging on - and leaving fewer smudges - because of what they can burn.

That has alternative-fuel vehicles merging out of the slow lane for the near term - and consumers facing more signposts than they can easily read.

"There are so many balls up in the air," says Mayes. Consider: Biodiesel made from soy or other forms of biomass; cellulosic ethanol, derived from corn husks and other organic waste rather than corn; E85 ethanol that's only 15 percent gasoline; even "petro" diesel that burns cleaner than the diesel used in the smoke-belching cars many Americans recall.

Mayes has just returned from a conference at which he heard of a new "biomass gasification" technology that "can produce ethanol cheaply in huge quantities from trash, coal, wood, switchgrass - anything you name that has carbon in it," he says.

Don't expect a federal decree favoring sales of one fuel, like the legislation of unleaded in the 1970s, experts say. GM, which has pushed ahead with hybrids, has also ramped up marketing for flexible-fuel vehicles that can run on either straight gasoline or E85. It sold 270,000 E85-ready vehicles in 2005, says Sherrie Childers Arb, director of environment and energy communications at GM, and estimates it will sell 400,000 this year.

The main gains: fewer pollutants and a tilt toward a domestic, renewable resource. But note: Experts say costs associated with ethanol remain, for now, too high to provide workable margins for anyone in the sales chain.

"We're not suggesting that you'll replace all gasoline with E85 ethanol," says Ms. Childers Arb. "We continue to believe that a lot of technologies and alternative fuels will coexist in the marketplace of the future." Certain to push progress: rising stakes. The global market for biofuels hit $15.7 billion last year, says Clean Edge, a Portland, Ore., research firm. In a decade, it could be $52.5 billion.

Amelot Holdings traded 19,733,215 shares on Thursday, jumping up to close at .0120 cents per share.

Nova Energy closed at $4.90 a share Thursday, trading 90,185 shares.

Veridium Corporation traded 93,460,233 shares Thursday to close at .1320 cents per share.

INSEQ Corporation closed at $.0054 cents a share Thursday, trading 1,106,791,013 shares.

Veridium Receives Sixth Order for New Ethanol By-Product Recovery Technology
Monday April 17, 9:24 am ET
System to Bring Company to $8.4 Million In Annualized Revenues From New Clean Technology

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 2006--Veridium Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VRDM - News) today announced its receipt of an order from an Iowa based ethanol producer for the use of Veridium's patent-pending Corn Oil Extraction System(TM).

Veridium's proprietary new Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) extract high grade corn oil from an ethanol by-product called distillers dried grain ("DDG"). The new system is scheduled for installation later this year at the Iowa ethanol production facility, where it is expected to extract corn oil at a rate of about 1.2 to 1.5 million gallons per year.

Veridium's pricing model for its Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) is not based on licensing or outright equipment sales, but rather on the provision of its turn-key systems for no up-front cost in return for long-term corn oil purchase agreements based on a fixed discount to prevailing market prices. Veridium will purchase and sell the extracted corn oil and generate an estimated $1.4 million to $1.8 million in annualized revenues from this one system once it has been installed.

The new order brings Veridium's expected total annualized ethanol oil recovery sales to between $8.4 million and $10.8 million per year.

David Winsness, chief executive officer of Veridium's industrial design division, stated that "ethanol is a basic commodity and we need more of it. While the industry builds out increased production infrastructure with new facilities, our patent-pending Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) and other proprietary technologies have been specifically engineered to help ethanol producers enhance production out of their existing plants in cost-effective and rapid ways. We are grateful and excited to have the opportunity to provide our ethanol clients with innovative and cost-effective options as they meet the increased demand for this valuable commodity."

About Veridium's Corn Oil Extraction System(TM)

Currently, the majority of ethanol production is based on a dry milling technique that utilizes more than 1 billion bushels of corn to produce 3 billion gallons per year of ethanol (Fuel #1). The dry mill process converts the starch from the kernel of corn into sugar and then the sugar into ethanol. The balance of the corn (non-starch components) then goes through a dewatering and dehydration process where the byproduct is sold as a commercial feed ingredient called distillers dried grain ("DDG"). DDG contains the majority of the corn oil that was present in the kernel. Today, the 1 billion bushels of corn currently used in the dry mill ethanol process contain roughly 300 million gallons of corn oil that is currently sold for about $0.03 per pound as commercial feed. The new Veridium technology presents another option - cost effective conversion into Biodiesel (Fuel #2).

Veridium's Corn Oil Extraction System(TM) offers the following compelling benefits for ethanol producers:

Low Operating Costs - the system requires less than $0.05 per gallon of corn oil produced;
High Recovery Rates - the technology is capable of recovering up to 75% of the corn oil within the DDG;
Increased Revenue - the corn oil extracted with Veridium's technology is readily amenable to refining into biodiesel fuel which creates a new revenue stream for participating ethanol facilities;
Reduces Current Operating Costs and Emissions - Veridium's technology improves the drying efficiency of the DDG which in turn reduces overall plant operating costs and emissions; and,
Low Capital Cost - Veridium's oil extraction methods have a capital cost of less than 15% of traditional corn oil extraction methods.
Pictures and video of the new Veridium technology are available online at www.meangreenbiofuels.com - this system is in use today and efficiently recovers corn oil from concentrated thin stillage.

Watch it. It may gap at opening, but it will shake hard in the AM. Look at the MM's filling the gaps between .0090 and .01. They don't want it to hit .01. If it gets there, it will shake hard.

Kitty I am generally in on the RSI and I don't doubt it, but RSI can hold for some time given the right company and this is it. If someone knows a good reason why it wouldn't be a good company to own please let me know. I promise that I am not being sarcastic, but folks this one is for real.

don't worry IVV, it's going much higher after breath. This company is a builder, long term, ya know. You bought very low in future value.

What a day it went up and stayed at the HOD - Tomorrow we should see a good gap up to .0095 or better. We should be in the pennies easily this week!!! Read the charts. This one has just started. They have too much going for them on the ride with VRDM and GSHF. May 1st is going to be big for all of these guys and people don't want to miss out. Read up on them and see. INSQ 10k does not look good, however in reading over Greenshift Corp 10k I found this:

INSEQ Corporation

At December 31, 2005, our investment in INSEQ totaled $1,988,967 at cost and $3,149,671 at value, or 21.4% of our total assets. Total interest and related portfolio income earned from our investment in INSEQ for the nine months ended December 31, 2005, was $151,928 which includes management fees of $150,000 and interest income of $1,928. Net change in unrealized appreciation or depreciation for the nine months ended December 31, 2005, includes $1,160,704 unrealized appreciation related to INSEQ.

INSEQ is a publicly traded corporation whose mission is to directly facilitate the efficient utilization of natural resources including metals, chemicals, fuels and plastics.

Our chairman and chief executive officer, Kevin Kreisler, is also the chairman of INSEQ, and our president and chief financial officer, James Grainer, is also the president and chief financial officer of INSEQ. As the controlling shareholder of the Company, who is in turn the controlling shareholder of INSEQ, Mr. Kreisler and the Company have unconditionally guaranteed certain of INSEQ's debts with its creditors.

It seems they are not going to let this company dwindle and with :

NEW YORK, Mar 13, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- INSEQ Corporation (INSQ) today announced that Veridium Corporation (VRDM) increased its order for the manufacturing of Veridium's Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) to about $5.2 million. INSQ, Must read! Helps explain why todays 10k shows only 367 million shares OS....

"On the issue of INSEQ's capital structure, while we made positive
strides during the third quarter 2005 with the elimination of about
650 million shares of common stock and warrants, our growth plans
require us to seek out new opportunities to achieve similar results.
We have accordingly cancelled certain financing agreements and we
continue to expect that we will restructure GreenShift's stake in
INSEQ in line with the completion of INSEQ's refinancing of its equity
based convertible debentures. The conversion of GreenShift's stake can
be expected to decrease INSEQ's common stock outstanding by about 3
billion shares."

INSEQ Releases Shareholder Letter
Tuesday January 3, 9:19 am ET

MOUNT ARLINGTON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 3, 2006--INSEQ Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: INSQ - News) chairman, Kevin Kreisler, issued the following correspondence to its shareholders today:

Dear Shareholders:

We accomplished much during 2005 and we continue to make significant
strides in INSEQ's growth, but I wanted to take this opportunity to
update you on several of our key initiatives.

First, we have not yet closed on our planned acquisitions of
Independent Metal Sales, Inc. ("IMS") and an Ohio based Specialty
Metal Manufacturer ("SMM"). The primary reason for this is our desire
and need to refinance INSEQ's current equity based convertible
debentures simultaneously with the closing of more conventional
asset-based financing for the IMS acquisition. Absent such a
refinancing, the new consolidated company's capital structure will be
potentially subject to substantial additional dilution and it has been
and remains our plan to minimize this effect as much as possible as we
grow. We are working with qualified financing sources on this front
and we expect resolution of our path forward in the near term. While I
would like to be more specific on the time frame, the refinancing of
INSEQ's current convertible debentures is a complicated undertaking
given their structure and we have already seen prior delays on this
transaction.

Acquisitions nevertheless remain a key element of INSEQ's business
model; we completed four strategic acquisitions and investments during
2005 - Warnecke Design Service, Inc., Separation and Recovery
Technologies, Inc., Electronic Scrap Recycling Corporation ("ESRC"),
and Air Cycle Corporation - and we have several more targeted.

The acquisition of ESRC allows INSEQ to establish a foothold in the
e-waste recycling business - ESRC's business model is based on
building, owning and operating innovative e-waste processing systems
that utilize a number of proprietary technologies to enhance operating
efficiencies. ESRC also plans to build and sell custom e-waste
recycling systems that accomplish this on a distributed basis for
targeted third party clients. E-waste recycling typically yields two
classes of salable secondary commodities, plastics and metals, which
INSEQ plans to sell through its distributor relationships and its new
online portal. Importantly, the e-waste recycling market is highly
fragmented, with a large number of small but asset-rich companies
operating on thin margins that we believe we can improve upon - both
through the use of our various proprietary technologies and through
standard consolidation savings. We have consequently targeted several
additional e-waste recycling companies for potential acquisition.

Not only is ESRC strategic to Warnecke Design - INSEQ's manufacturing
division - given ESRC's specialty equipment manufacturing needs, but
it is also strategic to Air Cycle as well. Air Cycle is a lamp,
ballast, battery and e-waste recycling company with a substantial
client base and strong marketing capabilities, both of which lend
themselves to ready cross-selling opportunities with ESRC. Further,
the lamp and lighting recycling market is also filled with a large
number of small but asset-rich companies operating on thin margins.
INSEQ accordingly plans to help Air Cycle grow through acquisitions,
in addition to increased sales and product development.

Air Cycle's Bulb Eater(R) product line crushes spent fluorescent lamps
into small fragments and compacts them into 55-gallon containers. This
greatly improves storage of the lamps, handling, safety and liability
issues, and recycling costs. The units are complete with filtration
systems to help ensure both OSHA and EPA compliance, even for
facilities disposing of large quantities of lamps. Air Cycle's Bulb
Eater(R) products are in use today at many small and large companies,
schools, hospitals, military bases, and government agencies.
Importantly, this product line is strategic to Warnecke Design given
Air Cycle's current manufacturing expenditures of about $1.5 million
per year - which translate directly to new sales for INSEQ.

INSEQ's business model is to directly facilitate the more efficient
use of natural resources. An essential element of this is building and
selling innovative green products. INSEQ commenced testing last week
on its new online green products marketplace and Air Cycle's Bulb
Eater(R) product line and EasyPak(TM) Recycling Program will be among
the initial array of innovative green products INSEQ plans to sell
through the new online portal.

Other initial products for the INSEQ store include TerraPass and
Sterling Planet renewable energy products, carbon nanotubes and
related specialty chemicals and products, GreenShift Corporation's
Tornado Trash Can and Ovation Purifier, and a yet to be announced Mean
Green BioFuels appliance. Our ambition for the new INSEQ marketplace
is that it becomes the premier source of innovative green products and
that it also evolves to include distribution and trading of key liquid
classes of commodities - such as plastics, metals, chemicals, fuels
and renewable energy. The new INSEQ store commenced testing last month
and is expected to be available to the public this month.

INSEQ's green products manufacturing expertise is itself a commodity
that we intend to fully leverage. During 2005, INSEQ executed several
manufacturing agreements with companies that, like INSEQ, are
portfolio companies of GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board:
GSHF - News), including GreenShift Industrial Design Corporation,
Ethanol Oil Recovery Systems, LLC, BioEnergy Engineering, LLC, and
Mean Green BioFuels Corporation. While these agreements are expected
to bring significant revenues into INSEQ during 2006, INSEQ's newly
developed expertise with biofuels equipment has already translated
into additional outside sales with alternative fuels companies.

On the issue of INSEQ's capital structure, while we made positive
strides during the third quarter 2005 with the elimination of about
650 million shares of common stock and warrants, our growth plans
require us to seek out new opportunities to achieve similar results.
We have accordingly cancelled certain financing agreements and we
continue to expect that we will restructure GreenShift's stake in
INSEQ in line with the completion of INSEQ's refinancing of its equity
based convertible debentures. The conversion of GreenShift's stake can
be expected to decrease INSEQ's common stock outstanding by about 3
billion shares.

I am hopeful that these changes will collectively help to enhance the
impact of our completed and targeted new acquisitions and other growth
initiatives on our overall shareholder wealth. We will however
continue to aggressively seek opportunities to positively impact our
capital structure and we hope to evaluate appropriate share repurchase
programs once our operations are generating sufficient positive cash
flows.

We are pleased with INSEQ's progress and we are very enthusiastic
about our prospects for growth. We are grateful for your continued
support and involvement. I look forward to our next communication.

Best Regards,

Kevin Kreisler
Chairman

INSQ. Who does everyone think is buying up INSQ. This is obvious orchestred buying from an outside firm, but the question is, who is it? Reminds me of the USXP run from a month ago.

Wheres everyone think it will go tommorrow. RSI is maxxed to the limit but INSQ has been a monster with the RSI lately. Just for fun, wheres it close at tommorrow?

I think that the statements in the 10k just moved that all of their debt had been reduced by Greenshift. Kreisler and Grainer own Greenshift also. You also have VRDM. If INSQ falls then so does GSHF and VRDM. VRDM is using INSQ's technology. If this did not work all three companies would fall and Kreisler is not about to let that happen. He has too much tied up in it. Also he has too much going for the company. If you read VRDM they are at the head of the gasoline change over coming on MAY 1st. These guys are not about to let that much profit be lost. MHO but do your DD

Show me a basher post of mine. I warned people about INSQ late afternoon yesterday. The RSI was at 89. You can look at a chart on a stock like this and see what is likely to happen. Kitty even responded to my e-mail yesterday. Do you really think people on this thread selling caused this pullback? If so, you need to quit trading.

The only stock I own, that I don't like right now is KLGE.

he meant I responded in thread to his post shome. And Logical is right to point out the facts, don't bash him for posting the facts. We need all opinions and facts to make our own decisions. Nobody should be buying or selling on anyone's ONE opinion on here. The O/S are a relative important factor, but I see that as a longer term problem. According to the charts, if it closes at .0092 or higher today. It will still have steam tomorrow. Remember, subpennies usually run big for three trading days. Unless huge news supports a longer run. Then you just want a slow steady climb.

IMO it should not go lower than .0077 level and must break the .0093 to go to .01 again. Otherwise we will stay in the .0065 to .0085 range. If that happens it will probably go lower tomorrow and a few days or week before it starts climb again. What do you guys think?

Posted by shomethamoney on :

I think that because the shake was so hard this morning and so many people were scared into selling that the MM's have a big hand right now if you look at how many shares have been traded by 12:30 we should easily see 1 bil. If it would have stayed current and went over .01 then the MM's would not have had the hold that they do now. People can say what they want but you need to have an explosion even if it doesn't make sense on the RSI sometimes. The only way you can take the advantage from the MM's is by having them looking for shares. If we do not see .09 plus by today it is going to settle until May. I am not telling people to buy at ridiculous prices when this is going to change over on May 1st, but it will see a RSHN style of trading because of the panic if the .09 is not seen today. IMHO Do your DD.

Posted by E-Z on :

Does the RSI of this bother anyone? It was knocking on 90 this morning before the drop. Sitting at 78~ now. I saw what it did to RSHN. Straight to a penny, the straight back down to high 0070's.

doesn't INSQ almost mirror VRDM? VRDM is green by 10%, so should INSQ be following any time soon?

Posted by kittykash on :

Shome, we really don't have any control over the stock, mm's always do. We migh make a sliver of a dent, lol, but that's all. I wish we had enough money and traders to combat them in here, alas, we dont'. True theory though, very true.

Posted by shomethamoney on :

It's going to take some good news to make this run again. People are too scared right now to put serious money into it. Anytime you have a stock drop .0036 in a matter of 30 mins you are not going to get them sold. They are not going to put thousands of dollars into something like that.
Facts:

AMHD - going to be a big player in the gasoline changeover and INSQ has their technology.

GSHF - owns 80% of INSQ - This is not going to the ground - they want it to help their price, not pull it down.

Gasoline changeover has to happen by May 1st and 133,000 barrels a day of the new style gasoline has to be made. AMHD with the technology of INSQ can do this. Read the news posted from both companies.

this was a natural occurance...no stock goes straight up forever..You had to expect a pull-back after the last few days... hindsight says we should of sold out this morning (like everyone else) instead of holding and hoping that this will be the next miracle stock!! sell this morning and if this is the next big one?...buy in at a lower price with more shares...sounds easy but it aint!...lol

This thing is not setting up anywhere - we could see the .005 level. There is no support right now. People are not going to hold this at the end of the day for fear of losing more movement tomorrow. Telling of a support is unmerited and means nothing. This best thing to do people is to do your own DD and not listen to anyones thoughts of where it will or won't go. Look at the facts and base your opinions off of that and the charts.

You can't be too quick to change your mind in this game. If you change too quickly, you've invested too much money in a position. True wealth is built up slowly!! Once you have accomplished the task of building wealth, your chances of keeping it long term is much greater than someone who was an average joe who won a million dollars in the lotto.

Being realistic....our country is in an energy crisis.... a year ago we were told that crude at 55 dollars a barrel would cripple the economy. Going by GSCO's scandelous prediction of 100 a barrel i think any one of your numbers is attainable.

This company along with it's sister companies (GSHF, and VRDM) actually make products that increase efficiency and help positively impact the environment through green technologies. I don't see this going down, it's the real thing. Moreover, it has strength precisely because it's affiliated with similar green companies. I'm holding on to this, very long.

My question is, if anyone has any input, when will a direct PR be released for Inseq? The positive drive on INSQ in the past week was from VRDM and GHFS. So any idea when we will see a direct PR/statement for INSQ only?

Beam me up Scottie! I think this could clear 0.008 by the end of the day... I just wish they provide a strong forward looking statement. But on the other hand, I don’t think this is the type of company that needs two PRs a week just to keep steady. Cleaner burning requirements are continually imposed everywhere, especially in the US… Green is the way of the future PERIOD. So I’m sticking to the green companies -> Inseq. I might also buy some VRDM and GSHF, but they seem a bit pricey =) Any thoughts if INSQ will reach the heights of GSHF and VRDM?

PR states Ethanol Africa is ordering one system and has plans to build 8 facilities.

Those systems are manufactured by INSQ, so every time VRDM needs one, you can add $1M to INSQ's gross. Cool, huh?

For 2006, I'm looking forward to hearing news about how INSQ's trading platform/website sales are doing, or what plans they have for expansion on that.

The above statement is JMHO.

Read my posts on page 12. IMO too many people on this train for it to rise in an orderly fashion. When the big boys get 90% of the stocks or greater, then I believe it will start to rise big time.

Jordan,
Me wishing the price goes down will not affect the price of the stock. I'm on your side. I want to price to go up too, but I want it to rise to it's highest level possible. My belief is 'too many people trading a stock for a little gain is a recipe for a very slow rising or no rising stock.

and yes I intend to buy more at a lower price.

I want to see some direct news about Inseq; something relating to the crazy increase in demand of ethanol over at Veridium. I mean if Veridium has this huge increase in demand, then they should be purchasing more technology from Inseq. So I want to see some news about it. I want it NOW!! =)

i have a feeling this things is going to explode soon, i dont know why

Posted by gumby17 on :

Are you sure you have it right......the more orders veridium gets the more business for INSQ .....it is INSQ that builds the equipment for Veridium

Posted by HT on :

that’s what im saying, recently Veridium got a whole lot more business, and the only reason INSQ went up is by association (common sense). Meaning we all knew that if VRDM business goes up INSQ will too. But I'd sure like to see a PR actually stating that INSQ has received orders from VRDM...

by "purchasing tech" I meant buying equipment

Maybe this is what you are looking for posted last month....hopefully more to come

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 13, 2006--INSEQ Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: INSQ - News) today announced that Veridium Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VRDM - News) increased its order for the manufacturing of Veridium's Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) to about $5.2 million. The terms of the increased order call for INSEQ's manufacturing and delivery of the systems starting in June 2006.INSEQ and Veridium are respectively 80% and 70% owned by GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF - News), a business development corporation whose mission is to develop and support companies and technologies that facilitate the efficient use of natural resources and catalyze transformational environmental gains.

Kevin Kreisler, GreenShift's chairman and chief executive officer, said that "We expect that INSEQ's biofuels orders will continue to increase as Veridium continues to secure orders from ethanol and other facilities as well as standard equipment financing off of those orders. INSEQ's first priority for the immediate term will be on executing on these orders and investing in the growth of it biofuels equipment manufacturing capabilities."

To the member who give me a one star rating, that's cool. A low rating for being right. [Big Grin]

You must learn to prepare yourself when trading pennies. That's the only way to win in this game.

Bulls make money when they sell at a decent profit.

Bears make money when they exercise the patience to wait until the stock gets to when they consider it to be its lowest point BEFORE buying.

Greedy HOGS get slaughtered because they are implusive buyers and emotional sellers and in the endeavor of becoming rich quick, they buy HIGH and SELL low. The perfect formula for failure.

Never put too much money in any one position if it makes you uncomfortable if things don't go your way.

Fast money is not good money if, while making it, it keeps you from sleeping at night!!!

Another clip for interest..... Bill Gates is investing in ethanol!!!!!

As the demand for gasoline rises, pushing up pump prices and spreading smog, the ancient corn plant is generating a high-octane buzz among investors optimistic about the grain's potential as fuel.

Across the Midwest, farmers are building facilities to turn corn into clean-burning ethanol fuel. Bill Gates recently bought a quarter of California renewable-fuel producer Pacific Ethanol. And two weeks ago, two ethanol companies sparked life into the market for initial stock offerings by filing to go public.

Still, for most investors, participating in the market for crop-based fuels is challenging. Currently, most ethanol firms are private. Those that do offer stock for sale are often unprofitable and their shares are trading at multi-year highs.

Even ethanol boosters consider it reckless to devote a large chunk of one's portfolio to the sector. Nonetheless, given projections for continuing sharp growth in demand for biofuels, ethanol could make sense as a small holding.

If you're itching to invest in a risky but hot and environmentally friendly niche, here's what to look for.

Dang it, I should have bought in on friday....

Posted by R.A. on :

I agree, but it will have an impact IMO. It gives indications... a certain point of reference. On the other side, ethanol started to rise in 2006 (most of all after Bush's State of the Union in which he talked about the US dependency of foreign oil) and now because of the geopolitical situation in the Middle-East.

Posted by R.A. on :

To that, I would add... look at the other side. Of course people will be trhrowing themselves on ethanol and biofuels and they're not sure the companies they invested in will be the big ones. But one think we're sure of, is the huge profit the oil companies will be making with the high prices and that is a sure bet!

Veridium Receives Order for Tornado Generator Technology

via COMTEX

Apr 24, 2006 8:00:00 AM

NEW YORK, Apr 24, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

Veridium Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VRDM) today announced its receipt of an order from a petrochemical company for the use of Veridium's patented Tornado Generator(TM) technology.

While the terms of the order and the specific details are required by Veridium's client to remain confidential, the technology will be generally used to enhance the operating efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of conventional oil extraction and refining operations. Veridium expects that this order is a prelude to more orders from this client for numerous additional Tornado Generator(TM) systems that are designed for this application.

Veridium has granted exclusive right of first refusal manufacturing rights to INSEQ Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: INSQ) for the manufacturing of the equipment required to implement Veridium's technologies. INSEQ is expected to manufacture the current Tornado Generator(TM) system in addition to Veridium's eight previously announced Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) and two DAF Recycling Systems(TM) over the course of this year.

Veridium and INSEQ are respectively 70% and 80% owned by GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF) whose mission is to develop and support clean companies and technologies that facilitate the efficient use of natural resources and catalyze transformational environmental gains.

About Veridium's Tornado Generator(TM)

Veridium's Tornado Generator(TM) accelerates compressed air to supersonic speeds in a closed cyclonic chamber where the air is powerful enough to almost instantly grind, flash desiccate and atomize solid and liquid wastes and other materials into micron sized powders. The Tornado Generator(TM) is a completely contained system with no internal moving parts that is powered by compressed air. It can safely and cost-effectively and rapidly process a very broad array of wastes including agricultural wastes, municipal wastes, industrial wastes, and construction and demolition wastes. In its most basic mode of operation, the Tornado Generator(TM) can be used to dramatically reduce the volume of targeted wastes by about 90%, as well as the associated transportation and disposal costs.

Pictures and video of Veridium's Tornado Generator(TM) are available online at www.veridium.com.

About Veridium Corporation

Veridium Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VRDM) is a publicly traded industrial waste recycling company and holds the rights to more than a dozen proprietary universal processing, water purification, emissions control and waste recycling technologies.

Veridium's business model is based on the engineering and marketing of green innovations and processes that enhance manufacturing efficiencies, improve resource utilization and minimize waste. Veridium's mission is to deliver consumer oriented Natural Solutions(TM) based on an array of green technologies and applied engineering expertise that reduce waste at the source and make it easier for people and businesses to recycle and reuse resources. Veridium plans to focus on the continued acquisition, development and marketing of benchmark green technologies and products that accomplish the following key goals:

-- Reduce the volume of waste generated by residential and commercial consumers;

-- Increase the convenience and decrease the cost of recycling by residential and commercial consumers; and,

-- Increase the cost-efficiency of processing certain types of industrial wastes.

Veridium is about 70% owned by GreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF), a publicly traded company whose mission is to develop and support companies and technologies that facilitate the efficient use of natural resources and catalyze transformational environmental gains.

I'm expecting a surge of ethanol news. The gas prices are only going to increase, and ethanol will get more popularity by the minute... That's where VRDM GSHF and INSQ step in. I hope to be able to pay off my entire student loan by this summer. [Big Grin]

Juice, that's where I see the resistance too. Also, if you pull up a 1 yr and 6 month chart you'll see how this one created a double top on the last runup so I expect at some point in the near future this one will create a double top at .01 pps.
