SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., Mar 31, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Advanced Refractive Technologies, Inc. (ART) (OTCBB:ARFR) is pleased to announce that Phase 1 Holdings LLC (PH1), a New York Based Holding Company, has acquired approximately 70% ($4,513,600) of the outstanding convertible debentures issued by ART and currently outstanding. PH1 has agreed to waive all delinquent interest and penalties that ART has incurred to date on the acquired debentures. In addition, all warrants associated with the acquired debentures have been cancelled. PHI has advised ART that it plans to continue to negotiate to purchase the balance of the outstanding debentures. George Haralampoudis, the managing partner of PH1, said, "Phase 1 Holdings stands prepared to assist ART in its future fund raising efforts in order to raise the necessary capital to retire the acquired debentures, as well as to fund future acquisitions of new technology in the ophthalmic field, and raise all necessary working capital."

Looks good. But carefull on Monday. I'm not sure if it's ready for rally on monday. if it closes at 0.028 then it would be strong rally. My concern is that the ADX line is not strong. Because of the it could reverse.

So whats the general feeling on this one - healthy pullback on a large run? IMO .015 needs to hold to push back up again. Holding quite a few here and seemed to have very low volume on the sell-off at the close. Curious as to anyone else's opinion.

Yup its just a pullback, the mms correcting themselves due to the friday run. Shall go up really big in 2 days sometime this week i feel. Plus the 10 sma is about to cross 20 sma. Big gains in my book . hope that helps.

ARFR yesterday had a nice hammer with a long wick which looks to be a good sign for another good day coming . Pullbacks are normal and end of day strength is positive. Looking for more upside here.
