eFoodSafety.com, Inc. Completes Bird Flu Formulation; EFSF Believes It Has Formulated the 'Total Solution' to the Potential Bird Flu Pandemic
Business Editors / Healthcare Editors

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 27, 2006-- Patricia Gruden, President/CEO of eFoodSafety.com, Inc. (OTCBB:EFSF), announced today that eFoodSafety.com, Inc. has completed its product formulations on what it calls the "Total Solution" to the potential Bird Flu pandemic. eFoodSafety's Citroxin formulation has definitively proven in independent laboratory testing to eliminate the H9N2 virus, which is the surrogate organism used in all laboratory testing for the Bird Flu, on both hard and porous surfaces.

eFoodSafety's Citroxin formulation can be sprayed on bird cages and hen houses without it being harmful to animals or humans in surrounding areas if ingested.

Humans who have contracted the H5N1 virus, commonly known as Bird Flu, can rely on eFoodSafety's Citroxin O2 formulation, an ingestible product that the company believes will prove to have dramatic effects on the Bird Flu virus. The Citroxin O2 formulation is currently undergoing human clinical trials on the Influenza Viruses A and B, however testimonials from humans who have taken the product with influenza-like symptoms indicate very promising results.

The company further reports that interest in the Citroxin formulations from large multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical corporations has been very encouraging and anticipates pursuing all opportunities presented.

"It is eFoodSafety's contention that these two products can prevent the spread and effectively treat the potential pandemic Bird Flu virus. We anticipate the product will soon be ready for mass production and distribution," stated Mrs. Gruden.

Posted by Leritu on :

A nice group of shorters that need to cover you mean... I think we'll see lots and lots of green today!

Posted by JohnnyRotten on :

They have also tried it on humans which means they are months ahead of some other companies who have announced plans for clinical trials.

It also effects other flu viruses, which means it has a broader application.

Now when you get the flu you just wait it out. Nothing really helps much.

This relieves symptoms. Just has a broader application.

Looking at the market cap this could be a lot more than a dollar someday.

Also, instead of tracking and killing specific chickens as with sttk, you may be able to treat them through innoculation or feed products.

I am in at .395, waiting for everyone to find out about it.

I feel it will go higher:
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jan 23, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Patricia Ross-Gruden, President and CEO of eFoodSafety.com, Inc. (EFSF), announced today that eFoodSafety.com, Inc. has been selected by The KonLin Letter as the #1 Stock Pick for 2006. The KonLin Letter reiterates its "Strong Buy" recommendation of EFSF stock.

According to The KonLin Letter, eFoodSafety.com, Inc. has reorganized itself into a dynamo in less than a quarter, unlike any other low-priced stock followed in all of The KonLin Letter's history.

The KonLin Letter, a 25-year-old investment advisory newsletter noted for its fundamental and technical analysis of individual stocks and market movements, does not accept compensation for its analyses of selected companies. The report includes a review of the latest developments of the Company, the Company's market position and potential advantages, along with fundamentals and statistics.

Konrad Kuhn, publisher of The KonLin Letter, cited the following reasons for his 2006 recommendation on EFSF:

-- Avian Influenza formulation for hard and porous surfaces has completed testing with 100% efficacy, while the Avian Influenza ingestible formula will soon undergo human clinical trials on Influenza Virus strains A & B - the Bush Administration in November 2005 proposed a $7.1 Billion budget to combat Avian Influenza in 2006

-- Anthrax Sporicidal is 100% effective on eradicating Anthrax's surrogate organisms, Bacillus Subtilis and Clostridium Sporogenes, on hard and porous surfaces and is expected to receive EPA approval in 2006

-- Cinnergen(TM)'s Direct Response Marketing Campaign is performing well with a National TV campaign underway within a $132 billion diabetes market

-- Citroxin Cleaner was sold to aid and assist the clean-up in Louisiana, specifically to eradicate "black mold" in the Lake Charles, Louisiana area - EPA Registration on this product is anticipated shortly

-- Talsyn(TM) CI/bid Scar Cream's sales are at pace with the Company's initial expectations capturing a share of the $4 billion scar cream market

The KonLin Letter concurs with management that revenue growth should continue through the 3rd quarter ending January 31, 2006, while the 4th quarter ending April 30, 2006 should be when revenue growth begins to hit its stride

Chart showing higher higher and higher lows.

I don't know if it will be a steady climb or big jump as this morning and hopefully the next couple of days, but it definitely looks like a trend higher.

profit taking and last of shorts, I believe redgurl. Level II: Bid Inside 3 size 150 at .40 Ask Inside 1 Size 50 at .40 thru .42 It's going to do well EOD, IMO

Posted by JohnnyRotten on :

it was 20X normal volume this morning. I would imagine many of those are still holding. About 5 mil volume between .39 and .42 is what I figure.

It might rest so the mm's can collect some shares. Volume is still pretty good.

Posted by redgurl19 on :

WATCH THE EOD RUN ! 0.45 +

Posted by 10of13 on :

It's good for it to take dips...like a breather...I'm holding to see what the am brings...

Posted by JohnDoe on :

is this good to hold for another day or two? or get rid of at then end of the day?

thanks

Posted by JohnnyRotten on :

The last 400K were sold at the bid so mm's definitely collecting shares. May be day traders getting out when bid dropped.

Posted by Leritu on :

DO NOT GET RID of it until AT LEAST the A.M. tomorrow. You cannot afford to miss a gap up in the morning from people finding out about the stock tonight and in the morning. It would be absolutely foolish to sell before the A.M. tomorrow. You gotta give the stock as least a chance to make you money and the A.M. tomorrow will do just that IMO

Good time to get in when this happens also. But I like it for long term. Not sure if I"ll take profit tomorrow, might just hang on, when this baby moves, it's going to move!

Posted by blou on :

I'm in and holding! Bought more at .40.

Posted by Leritu on :

Yea, I think it's just plainly obvious to me that the MMs are collecting shares. I have been doing this for a while, and it's just readily apparent. ARCA and NITE trade shares forever at .415, run it up, sell down to create a dip, then trade shares, run it up, rinse repeat. That is how they collect. Once they have enough, they move it on up and secure a profit for themselves and you too if you hang in there.

Posted by JohnnyRotten on :

The trend has been up about a nickle per day, up .09 today. If the trend balances itself may be three days before .5. May run past that sooner but should see .5 as a stable price this week. Maybe today with a god run. Wednesday at the latest.

Its a good short hold and long hold.

I don't see it going below the .039.

Posted by Leritu on :

I think it is very expected we have a gap up tomorrow. I could absolutely see .65 tomorrow, heck, we could see .65 into the EOD run.

Posted by 10of13 on :

Bid over Ask? MM's are trying to take control and bring it down!!!

Posted by JohnnyRotten on :

Bid just jumped the ask.

Pretty cool. They went to selling at ask at .44 then jumped back on the bid at .435, now bid at .45.

This may take off.

MM's are going to make her run...watch it!!!

Posted by Leritu on :

ABSOLUTELY hold till tomorrow. I have done this a long time and I can tell you, there is no overnight risk. You will see a gap up in the morning. At that gap up, I would def. sell some to cover your initial investment

Posted by Leritu on :

This EOD run happening right now, running into the closing bell, makes the gap in the morning that much more gaurenteed (as close as you can get in penny land). But you know for 100% sure it's not going to gap DOWN after a run like this. All this momentum is taking this train UP

No problem! Glad to have you aboard. Don't worry about any last few penny dip right in the last 2 or 3 minutes, daytraders exitting, MM's grabbing cheap shares... the gap for tomorrow is ensured with this kind of last 10-minute run up.

Good day here...Looking for the am gapper!!!!

Posted by JohnnyRotten on :

I was comparing this to STTK a while ago. They started the day with the same market cap.

All they do is track the stuff. This company has so much more potential imo. Of course tracking can be useful no matter who makes drugs, but this has a lot of real potential.

GLTA

After hours of DD I couldn't really find anything that made me believe that this was a bonafide "killer" of the bird flu virus until I found this link, http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20060306/hl_nm/birdflu_baxter_dc;_ylt=A86.I2ujDB5ELKQAPA8R.3QA;_ylu=X3oDMTBidHQxYjh2BHNlYwN5bnN0b3J5
in which case it basically says that a "powerfull" (my quotations) detergent will kill the virus!!! Therefore, the claim they have about Citroxin's viability in destroying bird flu IS greatly supported! Now all they have to do is mass produce this stuff and every house-wife in America will be storing it on their cleaning shelves along with everything anti-bacterial. (Now we have anti-viral cleaners, as well...)

Hey read my other topic. The virus they are working on , isnt the main virus killin the birds and humans , its a small small minority. READ THE PR AGAIN , I got out at 0.49 [Smile]

The swan was found near the southern town of Hluboka nad Vltavou, on the Vltava river, head of the State Veterinary Authority Milan Malena told reporters.

Malena said veterinarians had established the swan had the H5 version of the virus and tests would show by Wednesday if it was the deadly H5N1 strain.

"I expect this to be the H5N1, highly pathogenic form," Malena said. "If the virus is confirmed, veterinary measures will be implemented."

Malena said that if tests in Prague confirm H5N1, samples would be sent to the European Union reference laboratory in Weybridge, Britain.

Neighbours Austria, Slovakia, and Germany have already confirmed cases of the virus.

The H5N1 strain, which has spread from Asia to the Middle East, Africa and Europe, remains essentially an animal disease but can infect people who come into contact with sick poultry.

Opps didn't work here it is:Still more on the death of Ms. Li

Via The Standard, a business periodical in Hong Kong: Illegal stalls linked to Shanghai flu death.

A woman who died last week from bird flu in Shanghai became sick after buying chickens from a street market where stall owners flouted a ban on live poultry sales, according to a magazine.

City officials have so far refused to say how the migrant worker, who was 29, became ill, although they say they have traced those who had contact with her and boosted flu-detection measures.

But the respected financial magazine Caijing said Monday its own investigation showed Li became sick after buying two chickens from a stall outside the downtown Tangjiawan market on March 8.

The market stopped selling live chickens in September after the city imposed a ban. But unlicensed stalls set up on the street outside were still selling live poultry, the magazine said.

Most of those stalls have since been closed and the entire market disinfected. The Health Ministry confirmed Friday that the woman, who died on March 21, had the H5N1 strain of bird flu, making her the first human case in Shanghai. She was the mainland's 16th human case and the 11th to die.

...also, see:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H5N1

H5N1 is an avian influenza virus subtype. The H5N1 flu is what is commonly meant when speaking of "bird flu" or "avian influenza". It is a viral disease that causes illness in many species including humans and is a pandemic threat. Experts believe it might mutate into a form that transmits easily from person to person. If such a mutation occurs, it might remain an H5N1 subtype or could shift subtypes as did H2N2 when it evolved into the Hong Kong Flu strain of H3N2.

Within the bird population, the spread of H5N1 is potentially global in scope, though is extremely rare in humans. It is very easy for birds to catch avian flu from each other. Most humans known to have become infected had a lot of physical contact with infected birds, or, rarely, an infected relative. While H5N1 is mutating into variations which infect species not previously known to carry the virus, not all of these variations can infect humans. Scientists suspect that H5N1 is unable to spread from human to human because the virus primarily infects cells deep within the lung that are difficult to dislodge, thus making transmision difficult.[1]

A highly pathogenic variation of H5N1 is currently spreading across the world from areas where it is endemic. Migrating waterfowl (wild ducks, geese, and swans) carry H5N1, often without themselves becoming sick. [1][2] Avian flu is also spread through domestic poultry, both through movements of infected birds and poultry products, and the use of infected poultry manure as fertiliser or feed. Humans with H5N1 have typically caught it from chickens, which were in turn infected by other poultry or waterfowl.

H5N1 is currently endemic in birds in southeast Asia and is threatening to become endemic in birds everywhere else. Tens of millions of birds have died of H5N1 influenza and hundreds of millions of birds have been slaughtered and disposed of to try to control the spread of the disease [2].

Not all cases of human H5N1 infection are reported and consequently the exact mortality rate is unknown. Earlier historical flu pandemics, which were also believed to be of avian origin, had reportedly an average mortality rate of 2.5-5%. The current projected worst case scenario for a H5N1 pandemic is somewhere around 150 million human deaths directly due to H5N1 infection (or two to three percent of the world's human population). No one knows what the chances are for this worst case scenario.

the shorts have had this company for a very long time and appears to be finially done with them. The financials are bad because they have had a number of items in the works. Two of which are still pending approval of EPA and two which just really hit the shelves. Stock is undervalued.

.55... go go go

See you at .75!

Posted by kittykash on :

here comes another adjustment. I'm not going to take any profits until it hits over .60, I'm thinking .65. I believe the reason the selling off has not really made an impact is because some big money coming in. If it hasn't yet, it's going to.

Posted by stockvaper on :

I'm in until at least .75 too.

I'm in this for the longer haul...from what I've looked into, this is the ONLY solution that works on porous surfaces and is not harmful to animals or humans if ingested...this can be (and will be) used worldwide...patience will make me a fortune IMO.

still headed down. not sure if im going to sell

Posted by kittykash on :

It looks like to me there are short sellers still in this stock. It's not normal profit taking traders selling off. If they come out with another news item, perhaps it'll shake them out, it's a struggle right now.

Posted by llatffej on :
