XcelPlus Asia Pacific Ready for Launch
SALUDA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 2006--XcelPlus International Inc (Pink Sheets: XLPI), XcelPlus International (http://XcelPlus.com) is happy to announce that the XcelPlus Asia Pacific operation is finally ready for their sales launch.

According to Mr. Francis Jeow, managing director of Xcelplus Asia Pacific headquartered in Singapore, we have finalized some major negotiations for distribution and we are ready to start shipping product in April.

We are anticipating sales of $420,000, in the first three months and $1,000,000 within six months.

We have also landed some pretty significant distributors in Asia such as Italthai Engineering (www.italthaiengineering.com) of Thailand, for the car markets, Uawithya Machinery Co for industrial equipment, Cockpit, a leading lube center operation in Thailand as well as the Response TV program that is now ready for launch.

In Sri Lanka and India we have American Best Brands the former distributor for Duralube in that region, who has finalized the governmental approvals necessary for distribution in India.

In China, First Auto Corporation, one of the biggest auto manufacturers is specifying that all new cars they manufacture be treated with our Engine Protection product. They will also extend the new car warranty from one year to three years using our products. In southern China, XcelPlus Shenzhen Co has been approved by the Chinese government for the auto and motorcycle markets with their launch starting in May.

XcelPlus Asia Pacific is also working with a MLM company in Taiwan for distribution of our products into Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Korea, Japan and Dubai.

All in all this should be a wonderful year for our Asian rollout as it has taken quite some time to get all of the players and pieces in place for this Asian launch.

Pink sheet , could be dangerous , how long has this business been going on ?

- great news
- approaching dividend date
- involved in bird flu (all co. will have big movements when bird flu arrive in US)
- flat chart ready for breakout

Dangerous, aren't all these things risky? Sounds like a nice opportunity to me.

crazy premarket volume. I'm hoping in at the open and will try for more if it covers the gap.

I know many of you like stocks that are trading for a penny or two. I try not to cover them because they are very risky and speculative but I found one that looks really good.

Keep in mind that this is not one of my big picks. It is a gamble but I believe there is significant upside potential for those willing to take the risk.

The symbol is XLPI.

I like the company right now because they are launching two products to prevent the spread of the bird flu.

The first one is called Eliminator 200. It is a spray that kills the bird flu. It will be sprayed on the ground and cages where the birds feed and live. It will also be used to spray truck and car tires that are leaving poultry farms as well as possibly vehicles entering into various countries to stop the spread of the virus across borders

The second one is called Xcelplus FAM-415. It will be marketed in two forms as a wash for the birds and as a drink that the birds can ingest. These two products used in tandem should help control the spread of the virus by killing the virus at its source. The FAM-415 should also stop the spread to humans. The virus is usually spread by direct contact with infected birds.

We have seen so many bird flu stocks take off during the recent weeks but no one has discovered XLPI.

My firm Lebed Biz, LLC, has been compensated by XLPI $20,000 cash for a one-month XLPI investor relations contract. Never invest into a stock we discuss unless you can afford to lose your entire investment. For our full disclaimer goto: www.lebed.biz/disclaimer.htm

This is going to be a giant! So much going for this stock. GO XLPI!! A giant in the making.

From a couple months back...
Due to some confusion regarding our previous company newsletter, Xcelplus wanted to clarify some points made so that our shareholders will better understand the direction of the company going forward.

First and foremost, all shareholders in XLPI will receive shares in Xcelplus global in addition to the shares they own in Xcelplus International Inc. Our intention is to take Xcelplus Global public sometime in the future to create value for investors in both companies. Xcelplus Global shares should trade at a higher price when public than XLPI shares because of certain revenue streams acquired thru acquisitions as well as other assets we will be acquiring.

For Xcelplus to acquire the companies needed to move forward, the company stock would become fully diluted at current XLPI stock prices if we chose to pay for these acquisitions with stock. Considering this option would not be in the best interest of the shareholders of XLPI, we have chosen not to go down this path. We need to raise capital in the amount of several million dollars to buy several companies needed for our business model. All of these companies are profitable at this point with significant revenue streams.

Using the Global Company’s IPO shares as leverage should allow us to make these acquisitions and give these inventors a reason to do business with us. Xcelplus Global would then license to XLPI the exclusive rights to manufacture and distribute all of these products. These are valuable rights and won’t make us “just a bottling company”. The ultimate wisdom here is the separation of the formulas from the manufacturer in the way of liabilities. With the various products we currently handle as well as the ones we are looking to handle, there is risk involved because of the ability of a consumer to foul things up. With the formulas separate from the manufacturer / distributor they are always protected. So we are looking to protect your investment both short and long term.

We will not do a reverse split to increase the price of our shares, as this would only hurt the company in the long run. Reverse splits in our opinion, don’t favor the shareholders, and can only hurt them. They’re a no win situation and I’m not interested in killing off a company I have so much invested in. At this time, there only three options for shareholders to consider….you can buy, you can sell, or you can hold. Xcelplus can’t and won’t recommend which option you decide, as that is solely up to each shareholder.

In regards to PR’s, we don’t want to waste money putting out PR’s every week to ten days just to stabilize the stock price or talk about general fluff. Our business model mandates we share vital and important information as warranted by the company.

The lubricants side of our business has many splinters that demand separate operating systems and management to run efficiently. There is a program to purchase, build and franchise lube shops. The premise of our system is that once you enter the program we warrantee all repairs that are drive train related for the entire time you own the car. This program was developed several years ago, however the previous group got a little greedy and the program failed. We have worked out the bugs and have located several lube shops for sale on Google and some sites we subscribe to. They will cost about 100,000-300,000 cash and some stock. Again if we use XLPI stock, we not only dilute shareholders, but we give away the farm for a single purchase or two.

We are not trying to cut anyone out of the promises we have made to ensure the company goes on to success. However in order to do this we need tools to work with that will ensure that Xcelplus Global and all of its subsidiaries will succeed in the long term.

In closing, we are not looking to dilute the stock as many have jumped to conclusion about. This is a business; if you want your investment protected we need to operate as a business not a social club with their own hidden agendas. I am too busy these days working for you and my family to be able to take all of your calls. So please contact investor relations with your questions and concerns. In the event any questions can’t be answered, they will be passed along to me. As a CEO, I’m working hard for all of you, and ask that you let me continue to do my job with an understanding that there may be periods of time when the company is quiet and in a status quo condition, simply meaning …there may be nothing of significance to share. Be patient and take time to smell the roses along the way and spend time with your family and friends. We will do the rest.

Regards,

Bill Smith CEO

XcelPlus Global Holdings Announces Xcelplus Lube Centers, Inc.
BUSINESS WIRE
SALUDA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)----XcelPlus Global Holdings, Inc., a Nevada Corporation the parent company of Xcelplus International Inc. (Pink Sheets: XLPI), (http://XcelPlus.com) has established a new corporation to purchase and convert quick lube centers over to our new E85 program. Xcelplus Lube Centers a Nevada Corporation, as well, was recently established. The name of the new centers is yet to be released as we are still looking for the appropriate name for the centers and will announce it very soon.

The corporation will begin locating and purchasing lube centers in the mid west where E85 fuel is prevalent. The centers will be able to adapt cars to use E85 fuel with our Flextek technology from Brazil. The Brazilians have been using ethanol for more than 20 years and have perfected the adapters for vehicles to run on E85. The technology is also removable in the event that the vehicle is sold in a few minutes. The system has a switch which enables the driver to pick which fuel they are using.

The Flextek system allows the injector to remain open a little longer so that it will get enough fuel into the system to run properly. At the centers we will also treat the engines with our Xcelplus E85 Engine Protectant so that the acids associated with E85 do no harm to the motors. We will also pre clean the fuel system so there are no future problems.

With the expansion of E85 nationally it is believed that we can effectively service vehicles nationally with no detriment to the environment nor the vehicles.

The centers will also offer E85 motor oils for those who already have flex fuel vehicles.

The first centers are to be located in Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan, with rapid expansion plans for the nations.

Alternative Fuel Dictionary
By ERIC PETERS

At the dawn of the automobile age, gasoline was the up-and-coming "alternative fuel" -- vying with electric batteries and steam power. Gas ultimately won out, of course. But now that we're running out of distilled dinosaur juice -- or at the very least, getting sick of being at the mercy of OPEC -- a variety of 21st century alternatives to gasoline are entering the pipeline (so to speak).

These include:

E85/ethanol
Essentially, alcohol created from vegetable matter and mixed with gasoline or used undiluted and "straight up." E85 is the commercial name for the mix that is currently available at a growing number of gas stations around the country. It is 85 percent ethanol and 15 percent gasoline. GM and Ford both offer E85 compatible new cars and trucks designed to safely use this fuel (they can also run on regular gas).

The advantages of ethanol/E85 include lower emissions of unburned hydrocarbons (which form the precursors of smog) and the potential for a significant reduction in U.S. dependence on non-renewable, petroleum-based fuels. Also, most vehicles can be set up to operate on E85/ethanol at relatively low cost and there is no loss of performance or power. Ethanol fuel also degrades quickly in water and therefore presents a much lower risk to the environment than an oil or gasoline spill. (See http://www.e85fuel.com/index.php to learn more about E85 and ethanol fuels.)

Biodiesel
Vegetable oil can cook your fries as well as power the vehicle that gets you to the drive-thru. An interesting historical fact is that diesel engines were originally designed to run on vegetable oil, not petroleum-based diesel fuel. Engines can still run on vegetable oil and help keep the air cleaner and reduce our country's dependence on the oil cartels by doing so. Biodiesel is not the same as raw vegetable oil (though that can be run in diesel engines, too). It is, however, made from raw vegetable oil. Its chief advantage over raw vegetable oil is that it can be used in any compression-ignition (diesel) engine with little or no modification necessary. The use of raw vegetable oil in diesels requires pre-heaters and other fuel system upgrades. Biodiesel is also less toxic than table salt -- and degrades as fast as sugar. (See www.biodiesel.org for more information about biodiesel fuels.)

Electricity
Electric cars have been offered to the public as recently as the mid-1990s, when GM's EV-1 went on sale in California and a few other states. The idea of eliminating combustion engines entirely has always had tremendous appeal. However, engineers have not yet overcome the problems of limited range (typically less than 100 miles per charge), lengthy recharge times (several hours/overnight) and relatively poor performance compared with gas-powered (or diesel) vehicles.

There are also environmental concerns, including the storage/recycling of hundreds of pounds of lead-acid battery packs (per car) and the source of the electricity used to charge those battery packs. In the U.S., a large portion of the electrical energy we use is generated by coal-fired utility plants. They produce millions of tons of carbon dioxide, a known greenhouse gas, each and every year. Until the environmental issues are resolved, it's not likely we'll see mass produced electric cars. Solar-powered vehicles are also in their developmental infancy and unlikely to see production anytime soon.

Hydrogen/fuel cells
This technology uses a fuel cell to generate electricity, with liquid hydrogen as the "fuel." The electricity produced by the catalytic reaction in the fuel cell can then be used to run electric motors which propel the car. Unlike current electric cars, which have to be plugged in to recharge their batteries, a fuel cell vehicle creates its own electricity.

Hydrogen is the most abundant element and the energy is produced by a fuel cell free of harmful byproducts (water is the primary "emission"). However, practical problems remain: the economical mass production of pure hydrogen and the infrastructure (pipelines, refueling facilities, etc.) necessary to get the hydrogen to end users safely and efficiently. But several automakers -- including General Motors and Honda -- have prototype fuel cell vehicles under development and we may see a breakthrough sometime during the next five to 10 years. (See http://www.eere.energy.gov/hydrogenandfuelcells/fuelcells/basics.html for more information about fuel cells.)

Compressed Natural Gas
Like hybrid gas-electric vehicles, the use of compressed natural gas (CNG) is seen as a workable intermediate step between conventional gas-burning cars and a future form of propulsion which doesn't use gasoline. The U.S. has large reserves of clean-burning CNG and it is relatively easy to modify a conventional car engine to operate on this fuel. In addition, because CNG has long been used in the home, some of the necessary infrastructure to get CNG to end users is already in place. GM, Ford and Chrysler have been building CNG-capable cars and trucks for several years -- and offering them for sale to both private individuals and municipal fleets. The cost per car is roughly $1,500 to $4,000 more than a gas-only version of the same vehicle.

While development of these future fuels continues, the automakers are also devoting much effort to continuous refinement of the century-old internal combustion engine. Today's gas engines run cleaner and more efficiently than ever before -- with no loss of power or performance. Technologies being used today to maximize each and every drop of gasoline include:

Variable displacement/displacement on demand
This system, which is used in several new GM and Chrysler vehicles, allows for some of the engine's cylinders to be shut down when they're not needed. Chrysler's 5.7 liter Hemi V-8, for example, can operate in four-cylinder mode under light load conditions -- automatically reverting to all eight cylinders when the driver needs the power. This improves fuel economy by 10 percent or more and substantially lowers emissions of both smog-forming compounds and greenhouse gasses.

Variable cam/valve timing
Similar in concept to displacement on demand, this technology gives an engine two distinct personalities. At low speed/light throttle, the engine is quiet, docile and highly efficient. But as the driver demands more power, the cam/valve timing becomes more aggressive -- delivering max power for as long as the driver wants it. Honda pioneered this technology with its VTEC system, which first appeared in the Acura NSX more than 15 years ago. Today, almost every major automaker uses some form of variable valve/cam timing to maximize efficiency and power without compromising either.

Fast-light catalysts
Catalytic converters are chemical exhaust scrubbers which convert harmful exhaust byproducts into harmless compounds such as water vapor. They've been in use since 1975 and have helped to dramatically lower the emissions output of the typical car or truck (the average new car produces a mere fraction of the harmful emissions of a pre-controlled car). However, to work at peak efficiency, a catalytic converter must be heated to very high temperatures, very quickly. During the first few minutes of "cold start" operation a converter isn't especially efficient. The solution has been to place the converter on today's cars as close to the engine as possible. The result is faster "light off" for the converter and lower overall emissions

For thoes who do not know about what Flextex is. The following is from the XLPI Website, under E85.

FLEXTEK FAQ

Does the system work in cold weather?
FLEXTEK works fine in all temperatures using E85 fuels. The gasoline content in E85 fuel allows the car to start easily even in extreme cold weather.

Does the conversion with FLEXTEK increase the fuel consumption?
The consumption of a car that originally uses gasoline will use 20-30% more alcohol because of the fuel characteristics. If you use XcelPlus Conversion Lubrication Kit you should get back an extra 6-17% in fuel economy versus using regular oils.

If I have a gasoline vehicle and convert it to alcohol, am I going to damage the engine?
The conversion of a gasoline engine to bi-fuel, using FLEXTEK technology should not cause any kind of damage to the engine or to its mechanical pieces.

In fact, in many cases it has been shown to increase engine life while using alcohol, especially because there is no contamination with lubricating oil. Moreover, alcohol combustion is smoother and may reduce the friction in the engine. Spark plugs, piston heads and valves are also benefited with the cooler running alcohol.

Will I lose torque from using alcohol in my car?
When using alcohol in your vehicle with FLEXTEK converter, there is no loss of torque and you may notice an increase. The alcohol content gives E85 roughly a 110 octane rating. If you are a regular user of 87 octane you should see a significant boost in horsepower.

Does the FLEXTEK cheat on the signals?
No, it does not. This system runs adapting the injection signals and makes them compatible for both fuels. The system basically allows the injectors to open a little longer for more fuel to enter the system.

Is FLEXTEK the same as a chip?
FLEXTEK is not a chip. It uses an intelligent center to make the system compatible for alcohol and gasoline with no alteration on the components and/or from the original injection center of the car.

Would the vehicle lose its originality?
FLEXTEK installation is made with no mechanical alterations nor cutting any wires. Your vehicle is kept original. Should you decide to sell your vehicle simply remove the system or increase the selling price to compensate for a better and more environmentally friendly vehicle.

Is the system irreversible?
For its installation, connectors are used with no wire cutting, nor any other mechanical changes. As a result, FLEXTEK maintains the originality of your vehicle and it can be replaced anytime.

This product may be adaptable to most vehicles with digital multipoint electronic injection, including imported ones.

Does FLEXTEK work using only alcohol or it can use a mixture?
FLEXTEK is a bi-fuel converter (for vehicles that originally used gasoline) and will allow you to choose while filling up the tank. Just after FLEXTEK converter installation, you will be able to decide between alcohol, gasoline or a mixture of both.

What if I sell my car?
This product is compatible to most vehicles with digital multipoint electronic injection, including imported ones.

There are many different models from FLEXTEK according to the engine types as 4C, 6C, 8C etc… it is important to remind you that when purchasing a FLEXTEK 4C it can be installed again in any other car for the same type of engine.

What if I have a customized product and have my car changed?

The product will be compatible to any kind of vehicle with the same number and configuration of cylinders. E.g. customized 4C will be compatible to any engine with 4 cylinders.

Is the FLEXTEK device EPA certified?

No, FLEXTEK is not EPA certified. Our manufacturer has chosen not to go through the extremely expensive process to get EPA certification. There are many fine aftermarket products which are not EPA certified. There are over 40,000 FLEXTEK units installed on cars in Brazil. The Brazilians care about their environment as much as we do. If this product was harmful, our manufacturer would have been out of business a long time ago.

Will the FLEXTEK unit work with any car?

No, FLEXTEK will only work with multi-port fuel injection systems with either Bosch or Delphi fuel injector connectors. Please refer to our “List of Cars” chart elsewhere on this website.

Should I take any precautions before running my vehicle on alcohol?

Make sure you get your fuel pump tested to make sure it is in excellent running condition. Also check our recommendations elsewhere on this page about changing your fuel filter. We highly recommend that you treat your engine with Xcel Plus engine treatment and then switch to Xcelplus' new E85 Motor Oil before running on alcohol. Alcohol may break down your motor oil.
