ventures, just wanted to tell ya that i didnt bail on this, i was too stubborn to take a loss. ita all good though
im not gonna lose my patience anymore now with this stock doing more DD.
just gonna wait this out, its gona feel all the better when it booms
whoever got in low i hope it works out great for you.
whoever did get in low though you may want to ride free shares if you can get to that point.
this stock showed up on the threshold list for a while, but maybe it was because it is so thinly traded and mm's just cant deliver on time when high volume
IMO.. doubles, that whole pr about .60 or .90 was a scam by someone that ended up shorting the heck out of this stock. that pr was not done by the company in any way. anyone can pay 600 bucks for those pr's
another troubling thing is that HVYW dont ever release pr's...
but now im giving them the benefit of the doubt because a lot of their products are used in the summer months, so im hoping they will have some pr for boating season this summer.
this stock is thinly traded though, and along with that comes big momentum swings, down and up. so it could definately boom, im gussing when they release pr.
they were supposed to have news 90 days ago about goin to a bigger board. no news may have people spooked too. who knows.
anyway, im gonna chill for now with this and wait for that morning when its up %600
i do like the recent up-trend lately in the stock. bottom line..... pray for a powerful PR

I got burned by this too, but have yet to sell myself either. I wasn't in for much so if it goes to .0000 I could really care less, so that in mind I'm not selling unless I see green (of course it would have to break .30 for that to happen... stupid bag holder )

also called Eugene at HVYW --- he sd will be releasing a PR after the 1st quarter ends --
Claims has new products on the market and Revenues are increased over the last quarter ...
Also sd he is VERY PISSED off about the shorting of his stock -- he claims that he has called in a lot favors to his connections with some brokers and people on wallstreet to turn the PPS of the stock around ---- Hence the last couple of days of buying --
Also sd that he did issue 1 MIL into the float ---- FLOAT now is still only 6 MIL and he claims that he still wants to hit the OTC but claims he better serves his shareholders by not incurring that expense untill he is a little stronger --- he is very excited about the company and its infastucture now .......
I think we will see some intresting days ahead and if the shorting has stopped then this PPS will rise

great news, at least he knows what a pr is still. good news that he's pissed about the shorting of the stock too. not sure about the 1 mil into the float. could that of brought down the share price? at least its going up now. as long as they stay off the threshold list im happy

Yeh, I mean I could average down by a huge amount if I bought at these levels... but seeing how fast this thing dropped and how little the company cares about the stock price (even if they say they do care) I'm scared as well.

if you can avg down by a HUGE amount then it may be a really good idea. my avg is like .16-.17 i think IMO

I have also talked with eugene last weeks ago when the price dipped to .05 he sounded exhausted. He was real short with me on the phone said he had thousands of investors calling and emailing and he had no answer for the shorting. He said the share price would correct itself within the next 2 months, but didnt say he added 1 million to the float. I ask about a pr release he just said 1 would be out soon and then he said bye-bye. I guess we will see

everyone on this thread needs to pat themselves on the back for reaching out to the company. i think we all made a major difference by telling HVYW to get their act together, b/c investors were pissed. i know i emailed them many times. finally feeling better about this stock. keep my fingers crossed for next week. cheers

Looks like the 1 MIL issued into the float killed the pps, hence the dramatic drops from .18 to .12 to .035 at one point. Thats my guess?
Now it looks like the pps has recovered and is on a strong trend up IMO. The 200 and 50 agv is around .16 - .18. This thing is bound to go up. And as long as the CEO was for real, we should see a pr soon. It was the last day of the 1st qtr today. Low float still so it can have dramatic swings. Only swing possible now is up IMO.

Im showing MASSIVE volume.. 748 shares traded so far.. LMAO Find it funny that bunk target PR price came out and then a million shares were issued soon after. interesting? I hope they are done issuing those shares? Seems like they are. Or should we expect the rest to be dumped during the next PR.

i am told the big down turn was 1 big fish selling the second problem is the they may do a secondary or somthing dilutive to fund the new products. the new products is kind of a missnomer what i hear they plan on dooing is starting a plant to manifacture the filters and then manfacture them for fram and those types. Also told the have almost $1 in rev per share but i have no proof this is true. so its a fun gamble more fun than the lotto.

I dont know, I wouldnt just because ceo dude cares less about the pps. It could pay off, but there are just way to many stocks out there running. HVYW could easily run to .90 like it did a while back though. thats like an 11 bagger from .08...

Whats up with this turd? I'm convinced the CEO dude is a lying sack of sh*t. Late last year he stated that within 90 days they should be on OTCBB. Time went by... then CEO dude said Oh I don't think the added expense would be wise at this time we should wait til company is stronger etc. The company is what 30 years old? How much longer we got to wait? Board of Trustees: dump CEO dude.
