Appgen Platinum Reseller PowerIntermodal Software Adopts ASP Model
via COMTEX

March 7, 2006

Full-Featured Application Service for Intermodal Transport Market Is
the First of Its Kind

TACOMA, WA, Mar 07, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) --

InsynQ, Inc. (OTC: INSN), a premier provider of online application services and owner of Appgen Business Software, announced today that PowerIntermodal Software, a Platinum-level Appgen developer partner, has recently launched the PowerIntermodal software-as-a-service, adopting the Always-ON technology model.

The Internet-based service called Powerintermodal.net offers access to the PowerIntermodal suite of applications, combined with Appgen's core back-office accounting systems, as an online subscription-based service. This is the first entry of its kind for the intermodal software market. The ASP service has been deployed using Novell's SUSE Linux platform as the foundation operating environment, and with Appgen 4GL-developed applications comprising most of the application infrastructure.

Offering an ASP service in addition to the traditional licensed software gives PowerIntermodal the ability to expand their market reach beyond their current geographic boundaries. "The Appgen database is extremely stable and scalable across a wide variety of customer needs," says Carl Schultz, President of PowerIntermodal. "PowerIntermodal Software has deployed the Appgen product line to service customer needs that range from just a few users to several hundred concurrent users. Its architecture supports seamless remote access which is critical to the intermodal industry."

"InsynQ has significant experience with the ASP business model," said John Gorst, CEO of InsynQ. "By enabling our Appgen business partners and helping them orient their solutions towards a subscription-based model, we increase the reach and market potential of the applications."

QUESTION FOR ANYONE WHO CAN ANSWER THIS...

Great company by the way... Made a "small fortune" awhile ago with this one...

Question is...

When INSN was INSNE for a little while, they company was called "INSILICON" Corp. Now it's back to INSN and the name is back to "INSYNQ" Inc.

Am I missing something here or do I need a new prescription of glasses?

I don't care about the company. I just
want to know when the MMs are going to run
it. The pps is controlled by the MMs, not
the company itself.

March 19-24 could big huge for INSN!

Posted by logical buyer on :

FYI, this stock traded for over $200.00 a share a few years ago. It is at an all time low now. It was up over .0010 to .0040 just back in Nov.

$200 a share!!?? What happened? I've played INSN a few times and I'm currently in at .0006. I had no idea it used to trade that high. Is that really accurate?

Go to quotemedia.com. This stock traded in 2001 for over $200.00 a share. It was still trading over $100.00 in 2002. Used to trade under INSNE ticker.

what caused it to fall from 200.00 a share down to the sub penny stock it is today. Did they go through bankruptsy or somthing.

Posted by logical buyer on :

Still doing DD. It looks like when the tech bubble burst. They were left holding the bag. Just like some other penny stocks like JDSU and CNXT. Both were trading over $100.00, they dropped down in the pennies. Both started to climb out of pennies in summer 2005. Their both trading over $3.00 now. I can't find a bankruptsy on InsynQ yet.

Bankruptsy. [Roll Eyes]

Keping an eye on this stock. may have to jump in for a few hundred thousand shares.

Posted by logical buyer on :

Holdensteele, did they file in 2002?

Posted by holdensteele on :

I don't see any indication of a bankruptcy filing other than a predecessor company filing in the late 90s. I have a PACER account, but my password is at work so I'll have to check tomorrow. One interesting thing is the relatively low number of outstanding shares. I would think that means good news, the PPS skyrockets big time. But bad news such that InsynQ sells more shares out onto the market, PPS straight to .0001. This is definitely a stock to get into if you like to swing for the fences.

This stock goes higher. I do not expect the company to dump shares, especially anytime soon. That is what caught my eye the relatively low float. The event March 19-24 could be huge for them.

Posted by logical buyer on :

Watch out soon!

Up 25% today. Getting closer to the Novell BrainShare Global 2006 (March 19-24), where they will be a sponsor.
