Royalty income will amount to approximately USD30,000 and Trust expenditures will be approximately USD49,000, thus reducing the Trust's reserve for Trust expenses.
As of 31 January 2006 the reserve for Trust expenses, excluding interest receivable, was approximately USD1.627m.

it means that previous holders of the shares wouldn't get dividends. some of them got mad and sold, leading us to the bottom where stocks bounce.
