MSEP Officially Supplies IRL Championship Team; Andretti Green Racing Chooses GS610(TM) Brake Fluid
Business Wire - February 22, 2006 10:00

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb 22, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- MotorSports Emporium Inc. (OTCBB:MSEP) announced today they will supply Indy Racing League(TM) Champions, Andretti Green Racing, with GS610(TM) Maximum Performance Brake Fluid(TM).

"I couldn't be happier. Today's news unquestionably puts GS610(TM) on the motor sports map," exclaimed David Keaveney, President and CEO of MSEP. "We can officially state GS610(TM) Maximum Performance Brake Fluid(TM) is a supplier to one of the most recognizable names in motor sports. Without question the Andretti name commands tremendous respect and integrity. Being a supplier to a 2x Indy Car Series championship team really puts things into perspective. This is huge for our credibility."

Keaveney continued, "NASCAR and the IRL both demonstrate the need for a superior and versatile brake fluid and with a wider acceptance of GS610(TM) throughout the industry we believe the relationship with Bill McAnnally and now Andretti Green Racing opens many doors that were 18-24 months way. The opportunity for GS610(TM) to be in a leading retail chain could become a reality, sooner than later."

Throughout the 2006 racing season MSEP will supply Andretti Green Racing (AGR) with GS610(TM) Maximum Performance Brake Fluid(TM) to be used in all four racing cars. Since 2003 (49 races) AGR collected 21 victories, the 2004 and 2005 IndyCar Series championships (better known as IRL or Indy Racing League) and a win in the 2005 Indianapolis 500. All four AGR cars finished in the top 8 in the final 2005 series standings. New for 2006, 18 year old Marco Andretti (son of Michael and grandson of Mario) will join Tony Kanaan, Dario Franchitti and Bryan Herta at AGR for what is expect to be another successful season.

This means that a company was probably hired to promote the stock.. ledbed is just one of the possible companies.. often they are given free shares to promote and then cash out once the stock gains some ground... just a comment from a single person though so I dont know about validity.. I think this stock has a long way to go!

MotorSports Emporium Inc. Enters NASCAR Busch Series; Curb-Agajanian Motorsports to use GS610(TM) Brake Fluid in 2006
Mar 6, 2006 1:18:00 PM
Copyright Business Wire 2006
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 6, 2006--

MotorSports Emporium Inc. (OTCBB: MSEP) announced today Curb-Agajanian Motorsports will use GS610(TM) Maximum Performance Brake Fluid(TM) throughout the 2006 NASCAR Busch Series with Aaron Fike behind the wheel of Car #43.

David Keaveney, president and CEO of MotorSports Emporium, commented, "Curb-Agajanian Motorsports is a well-known and respected racing organization with ties to success both on and off the track. MSEP is fortunate to be surrounded by a very successful organization and believes these types of relationships help in our efforts moving forward. Moreover, as we continue to gain recognition on the paddock, we position ourselves within the consumer retail marketplace."

Mike Curb, founder and owner of the leading country music record label in the United States, Curb Records, is a longtime motor sports enthusiast and NASCAR car owner. Curb fostered the early careers of Dale Earnhardt and Dale Jarrett, and is one-time car owner and longtime friend of Richard Petty. Curb Records boasts a star-packed lineup that includes A-list superstars like Tim McGraw, LeAnn Rimes, Sawyer Brown, Jo Dee Messina, Hank Williams Jr., and most of the country music stars of tomorrow.

Cary Agajanian is an accomplished attorney, car owner, businessman, president of Motorsports Management International, and principal of Curb Agajanian Performance Group. The Agajanian family has been an auto-racing fixture for more than 50 years. Cary's late father, J.C., was owner and operator of California's famed Ascot Park. The Agajanians have annually fielded a car in the Indianapolis 500, a tradition begun by J.C. in the 1950s and continued to this day by his son Cary. An Agajanian car won the 500 in 1952 with Troy Ruttman and in 1963 with Parnelli Jones.

Fike will drive the Channellock Dodge #43 for Curb-Agajanian in the 2006 NASCAR Busch Series. Fike formerly drove in the USAC and ARCA series. During an outstanding season in 2002, Fike was named the 2002 National Midget Driver of the Year and was chosen to drive in the Infiniti Pro Series where he immediately won races during his rookie year. In 2002, Fike won seven times in the Midget Series en route to the Badger Midget Racing Association Championship. Fike also has the distinction of being the 2001 USAC Silver Crown Rookie of the Year, where he broke Jeff Gordon's record for being the youngest winner in the series, and was also the 2000 USAC National Midget Series Rookie of the Year.

Keaveney concluded, "Being associated with well-known and respected racing organizations, series, drivers and teams will help establish the Quadriga MotorSports(TM) product line and our GS610(TM) brake fluid brand. Our grassroots approach of being aligned with the biggest names in motor sports clearly amplifies what we have been advocating since the inception of MotorSports Emporium -- create a solid foundation so that we may build a solid company. These have become very exciting times for us, and we are pleased with the progress being made and without question shall soon see the fruits from our labor which will reflect in our stock's price."

About Busch Series

The Busch Series emerged from NASCAR's old Sportsman division, which was formed in 1950 as NASCAR's short track race division. It became the Late Model Sportsman series in 1968, and soon featured races on larger tracks, such as Daytona International Speedway.

The modern-day Busch Series was formed in 1982, when Anheuser-Busch sponsored a newly reformed late-model sportsman series with its Budweiser brand. It switched sponsorship to the Busch brand in 1984, and in 1986, was renamed from the Sportsman series to the Busch Grand National Series. Grand National was dropped from the series' title in 2003.

Busch Series cars are slightly smaller versions of their Nextel Cup counterparts. In the past, the Busch Series used makes of cars not used in the Cup series, as well as V-6 engines instead of Cup's V-8s, but now the cars used in the series are more similar.

The series has become a minor league series in recent years, but is frequently populated with Cup regulars, especially on the weekends where a Busch race is run on a Saturday prior to a Nextel Cup race being run at the same track on a Sunday, which is common. Seven-time Winston Cup champion Dale Earnhardt was the first winner of a Busch Series race; and the winning-most driver in series history is Mark Martin, who won most of his races while driving in Winston Cup at the same time. Cup regulars who race in the Busch Series (often referred to as "Busch-whackers") are sometimes criticized for racing against inferior competition, but many NASCAR experts contend that without Cup drivers in Busch, and the large amount of fan interest that they attract, the series would cease to exist. However, to counter the "Busch-wackers," there are a few constant drivers in the series including David Green, Randy LaJoie, Jason Keller, and Ashton Lewis.

About NASCAR

The National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) is the largest sanctioning body of motor sports in the United States. The three largest racing series sanctioned by NASCAR are the NEXTEL Cup Series, the Busch Series and the Craftsman Truck Series. It also oversees seven regional series and one local grassroots series. NASCAR sanctions over 1,500 races at over 100 tracks in 38 states, Canada, and Mexico. In 1996, 1997 and 1998, NASCAR also held exhibition races in Japan.

Beginning as regional entertainment in the Southeastern United States, NASCAR has grown to become the second-most popular professional sport in terms of television ratings inside the United States, ranking behind only the National Football League. Internationally, NASCAR races are broadcast in over 150 countries. It holds 17 of the top 20 attended sporting events in the United States and has 75 million fans who purchase over $2 billion in annual licensed product sales. These fans are considered the most brand-loyal in all of sports, and as a result Fortune 500 companies sponsor NASCAR more than any other sport.

I bought in this at .047 and am also hoping for a pop. I have been patient for several weeks and I will continue to hold until .1 . Not sure when this will happen though.. It seems that what we need is for all NAPA stores to pick up the product line not just a single store.

GS610(TM) Enters Australian Market
Wednesday March 22, 11:30 am ET
MSEP Confirms Purchase by Martini Racing

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 22, 2006--MotorSports Emporium Inc. (OTCBB:MSEP - News) announces today GS610(TM) high performance brake fluid has been purchased by Martini Racing, an Australian based racing performance company.

David Keaveney, President and CEO of MotorSports Emporium, Inc. said, "Martini Racing, an Australian based racing performance company has purchased its first order, one pallet (1,680 bottles) of GS610(TM) brake fluid. Additionally, Martini Racing shall receive a Master Distributor License. Under the MDL Martini Racing will hold an exclusive sales/distribution right to GS610(TM) for the entire continent of Australia. In return Martini Racing is committed to purchasing one pallet of GS610(TM) every 45 days. Their first pallet is already in transit to Melbourne."

Australian owned and operated, Martini Racing (known for their liquid horsepower) is based out of Melbourne with an impressive line of ultra high performance products including racing fuels and lubricants. Under their motor sports umbrella Martini Racing caters to nearly 20 different retailers throughout the entire continent of Australia - the sixth largest country in the world, about the size of the continental US.

"We are very excited for both MSEP and Martini Racing. Martini Racing has a large distribution network for their branded performance products and GS610(TM) is a product Martini Racing can easily incorporate into their inventory. In fact with GS610(TM) Martini Racing virtually has a monopoly on high performance racing liquids (fuel, lubricants and fluid). MSEP is very pleased an international presence exists for GS610(TM). With the close proximity to Asia we will look towards Martini Racing to help explore other opportunities internationally. Obviously the Master Distributor License could be very huge for both parties. Today is very important for MSEP; we have broken into a major market and opened many new doors with a variety of opportunities," continued Keaveney.

Keaveney concluded, "Objectively we are creating a very large market for our Quadriga MotorSports(TM) brands, primarily GS610(TM). Ultimately QMS will roll out additional brands and follow the path we are currently creating with GS610(TM). Under the guidance of our national sales manager our brand awareness campaign is well underway and sales are starting to trickle into the pipeline. We are off to a good start with Martini Racing and look forward to other announcements of equal importance."
