Got in at 0.0047.

Not doing so hot today. Thoughts on PLKC for the remainder of the day/week?

"Not doing so hot today."

Sure, but this was before the second news in only two days came out! [Big Grin]

And both are municipal ones...

But anyway, I don't have an idea, where we will go, but I'm happy to be in. [Smile]

Got into this one * .0047 for the life of me, why are we dropping with good PR? MM's buying up on the cheap? Anyone.....

Posted by Black0r on :

Well, okay. The second news (Today) was just to name the city of the contract from the news yesterday...

Anyway, it's good PR. Don't know why we drop.

Posted by buckstalker on :

BlackOr...that is not correct...yesterdays PR stated a contract had been closed with a compant in Michigan (Alto LPG)...todays news was about a contract with a municipality in Florida

Posted by Black0r on :

Sorry, but you're wrong.

Tuesday February 14, 1:39 pm ET
...announced today that we have recently closed on a contract with a Florida municipality to provide GPS-based vehicle tracking products and services to their Public Works department vehicles.

And today they just named this municipality.

You mean "old" news from Jan 26th:
PlanetLink Announces Contract With Alto LP Gas Co., Inc.

Posted by buckstalker on :

My mistake...I was looking at the news from Jan 26th...I humbly apoplogize...

Posted by Black0r on :

No problem. [Smile]

The missing ignition is somewhat more of a problem. lol

Posted by DC Trade on :

IMO, looks to be a momentum problem...
should turn itself around after dropping a couple more nits, i think no lower than .0038...

Posted by DC Trade on :

Well, at this point is a lot of experimentation for me. I always try to enter into these things hoping things jump, but always doubtful it will.

I try to have a sense of humor none-the-less.

Hek, I only bought 150k shares this morning, then when it dropped to the low 40's I went in for another 50k.

Meh, whatever, hopefully when it goes, it goes good enough, that's the way I look at it. [Big Grin] [Confused]

Skip

Uggghh....
Hopefully a sunnier day for PLKC tommorow

Posted by DC Trade on :

hopefully goes up...
i'm pretty new too, and i OBVIOUSLY got in on the wrong side of the hill.
not to say that it's definitely all downhill, it could well turn up in the AM.
and my loss here (if i end up with a loss) is nicely offset by a couple of wins, so i'm even.
[Roll Eyes]
this game is fun!
[Big Grin]
i vow to get myself rich (or at least quit my day job) before i'm through with this game...

If you ask me, they're diluting like hell...

Look here: http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/company_profile.jsp?symbol=PLKC
Authorized Shares: 800,000,000 as of 2005-09-06

And then there: http://biz.yahoo.com/e/060111/plkc.ob8-k.html
...annual meeting held on December 16, 2005. The amendment changed the number of shares authorized to 1.5 billion shares...

And I could bet my ass off that they've used the two PRs to give out masses of new shares, because they're in need of some fresh cash0r.

That would also explain why the PPS felt so fast down again, after the great uptrend.

To know it for sure one would have to call the TA (Transfer agent, Florida Atlantic Stock Transfer, Inc., Tamarac, FL 33321, Phone: (954) 726-4954, Fax: (954) 726-6305), but for me this got too hot and I got out with a little loss yesterday.

What a shame, everything was alright with PLKC, but I didn't thought about the possibility of dilution.

I'm losing my shirt here...cut my losses and run? or hold for a slightly lesser loss?

Posted by Black0r on :

I would suggest hat you call them and ask for the amount of outstanding shares.

If they tell you there're still below 800Mio shares, I think it will not run below .0035, because it was above this level for the last several weeks before the last two news.

But if they tell you 900+ Mio shares... Well, then I would think twice about holding.

Posted by DC Trade on :

hey, it's going up again!

Posted by DC Trade on :

hey ASH, maybe you can buy your shirt back!
(if you're still holding...)
