Anybody have any thoughts on IVOC?

I've been in this stock for a few years. They have been good about acquiring other companies and then spinning them off. The stock price varies between .0003 and as high as .0018 lately in about six month cycles.

About a month ago, I was planning to purchase 20 million shares of IVOC at 0.0004 but never did. Hopefully it'll drop again soon. I think IVOC has been doing nicely the last few weeks.
