M Power Entertainment Inc (OTCBB: MPWE), a company that creates and markets proprietary technology for a new form of Internet-based product marketing and distribution, has signed a letter of intent to acquire Arcade Lithographing Corporation (Arcade).

Under the agreement M Power Entertainment will acquire 100% of the stock of Arcade, a privately-held commercial printing company located in Sarasota, Florida. Other details were not disclosed.
