Guys,

IDWD is going to a dollar now. Get in and ride.

The div is a firm $1.10.

There is no need to hold it to the div date.

Fact: This stock was massively shorted about 2-3 month ago. The shorts are going to be squeezed now bcs. they betted against the div and lost.

Besides the div, IDWD still has some value.

I've been in and enjoying the gains for sure.
Now the dividend will be 1.1 and I'm still buying.

I've got 10k and going for 20 to get that 21 thousand dollar divvy.

Gl to all.

I'm still buying all the way up to .50 a share. Prob could go higher but this is MY cutoff.

Posted by Teknical_D on :

So does that mean that for every share I own today.. at dividend i get aprox 1.00/share cash for me?

Noob I am. help please [Smile]

Posted by MoneyMoneyMoney on :

Tek,

For every share you own you will get "1.10" dollars per share.

That is from market wire. We are still waiting on the date so if you buy today there is a good chance that you will be included.

Personally I am still accumulating shares today and will tomorrow to fill my 20k shares.

I was in the NGRU divvy where the stock was a dollar and we got .85cents per share. I made 4,250 off of that.

BUY BUY BUY, if not for the divvy then for the stock which is on the rise now as we speak.

Posted by 7 of 9 on :

buy now. its setting up for the 2nd surge.

Posted by JimSC on :

IDWD: up 87%; the MMs finallly let
her go. See how much the MMs will
charge for their cheap shares which they
collected just a few days ago. Since the MMs own
the majority of the shares, they
get to determine the pps now. So be
smart, buy when the MMs are buying.

Posted by MoneyMoneyMoney on :

Thanks Jim for the info.

Should I hold for the divvy or just play the stock?

Posted by 7 of 9 on :

Jim is right.

Always buy from the mms at the bottom.

Buy the last shares the shorts sell.

This is what they dont want.

Posted by SincereX13 on :

who's making a play at it now while at .28 or so?

Posted by JimSC on :

Hold your shares tight. Don't play it
until the pr after the board meeting.

Posted by 7 of 9 on :

hold up to .75.

shorts have millions of shares to buy.

they are doomed.

when u c huge 50k blocks being traded, thats the short squeeze.

squeeze em hard.

Well the last time this stock was talked up on this board, nothing ever happened with this dividend. Not to mention the CEO I believe a long time ago was convicted on stock securities fraud, and they didnt follow through with the divvy back some months ago either (they stated "divvy announcement within 10 days!")..I'd say they have some credibility issues. Not to mention, like Keithsan says, it aint a done deal til it's filed.

Play the rise all you want, but protect your profits too. Who knows, maybe it'll work out -- maybe it wont. All things considered, with a rise in PPS, it's always wise to at least take some profit off the table...wish I had, the last time I bought this stock and didnt wake up in time to sell at a profit.

You know the saying...a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush..

That's just my 2 cents.

"Not to mention the CEO a long time ago was convicted on stock securities fraud,"

That was never proven. Maybe it was him - maybe not. How about some proof?

shrugs...the webpage I saw re: it seemed pretty convincing. Maybe it wasnt him. Btw, I already edited my post before you posted [Smile]

Very true pheonix, but putting out prs stating a divy goes beyond simply talking about it like they did before. There would be BIG trouble if they didnt go through with it now.

come on baby close with some strength!

Maybe..

But the point I was trying to make is...if you dont take at least a little profit off the table, isnt that bein a bit foolish? [Smile]

ofcourse its foolish not to take profit, im sittin on 3000 shares at avg .40, I even owned some from when FOT mentioned it a while back. Im willing to let the shares ride to see what happens with the divy. Might sell a few tomorrow if shes spikes. Def. wasnt disagreeing with you Pheonix

Check out the second link's description of the crime:

SCHEME TO DEFRAUD/GRAND THEFT/SALE OF UNREGISTERED SECURITIES

Looks pretty damning to me. How many Patrick Downs are there in Florida, that deal with securities?

<shrugs>

Like I've already stated: Just be careful. If you take some profit off the table and ride free shares and the dividend actually happens, you win.

If you sell all at profit, you win.

If you sell enough to more than make your profit, and it doesnt happen at all, you still won.

But if you baghold it, and it *does* happen to collapse, you lost.

I hope it works out for you all! [Smile]

Well there's still a chance it isnt him. Get this for irony though:

The above Patrick Downs is Patrick Christopher Downs...

I also happened to find a Patrick *J* Downs, who was sued in a class action suit for violating the securities act of 1934...

Phoenix,

I appreciate the fact that you are attempting to help us all and you are absolutely correct about taking profits.

One thing doesn't add up about Patrick Downs. It is the fact that he was convicted and is on probation until 2012. I think it would be difficult for him to be the CEO of this company under these conditions. How would this stock be able to trade if the CEO was a convicted felon?

I'm not knocking you, I appreciate your efforts. I just think this isn't the same person.

I hope you all realize this will be a restricted stock dividend, not cash. And the information about him being a felon is correct. I hate to see people get burned on these pumps, make sure you take your initial investment off the table if you're up big

The poster called "yes" is Phoenixx, or rather, myself. My old account got corrupted because I changed my password and put ASCII characters in it and corrupted it. Like my signature says..dont do it [Razz] I spose I should get Bob Frey to fix it, if he can.

If it *is* him, it sounds like a pretty damned stupid thing to do, if you're on probation. Still doesnt explain the award though [Smile]

Btw, I still have 8680 restricted shares of FNRP. I called the transfer agent. No one can get ahold of the company.....like they've cut and run....yet the stock symbol still trades....

Anyway, I have work to do...cheers guys [Smile]

I love it when my plan comes together.
Now to answer your question. No one knows. In the last PR that talked about how it would be given it said: That it could be partly cash or stock or a combination of both. I will go get the PR and post it.

Posted by Jmoove on :

Just read ALOT of posts on IHub, yeah the guy is a crook, whether that is him in the photos or not. Thought id take a gamble on this one, will mostlikely dump most of my shares tomorrow. Not much DD to be had on this that proves anything that the co does is real; then again already pretty much knew that. Then again this is pennyland, hardly anything is what it seems. Like I said im riding the pump, this isnt "investing" we'll see what happens. Still gonna hold a few shares hoping for that divy lol. This is exactly the reason why I stopped doing penny's on a daily basis no matter how much DD you do, it all boils down to numbers and transparency.

Posted by Dreadfire on :

Wow, .51 a share. What do you guys think this baby will get up to tomorrow?

Posted by Tape worm on :

I have not been posting lately. Due to the fact that people throw out crap without any proof to back it up. It gets old after awhile. I got the divy of SNYY now AMSN and now I will get this divy no matter what it may be. Plus a real nice profit on the side.

Here is the PR:

November 8, 2005 - 10:00 AM EST

IDS Worldwide, Inc. Updates HLS Buyout and New Data Center
IDS Announces 995ad.com Pricing and Marketing Campaign
IDS Worldwide, Inc. (OTC BB: IDWD) today announced that all new equipment has been installed and tested successfully at the new high speed data center to run IDS internet portal 995ad.com (http://www.995ad.com). The transfer of the portal code is 75% completed and should conclude tomorrow. Then the databases containing the 500,000+ car ads and other databases will be loaded at the new data center. This procedure will take approximately 48 hours due to the size of the databases. During this transition period IDS will run simultaneously the previous data center located in the Northern United States that was previously purchased by IDS CEO and transferred to IDS at a no-cost basis.

IDS will launch a major public awareness campaign after the launch of 995ad.com at the new high speed data center. IDS has already incorporated some of the live feeds under its agreement with auto vendors to add more functionality to the site. IDS will announce its pricing structure for ads on 995ad.com, "All ads only $9.95, Good till Sold!!" This pricing structure and the high-speed data center will give 995ad.com significant market advantages over current competitors in the online market sales of cars, boats, and houses. This online market, already a Multi-Billion Dollar market, has shown double-digit growth for the past years and forecasts show this trend to continue. IDS will launch a nationwide multi-media campaign to auto, boat, cycle and truck dealers as well as the general public to introduce the significant cost advantages of advertising their products for sale online.

IDS CEO Patrick Downs stated, "There has been numerous instances of misleading information posted on the internet regarding the purchase of the data center located at http://www.battcave.com and the transfer of this asset to IDS. The data center hardware, software and customer accounts and have transferred this asset on a no-cost basis to IDS by the company CEO increases shareholder value with no dilution. Further, as a family favor to the former owners, IDS CEO Downs allowed the former family owners to retain ownership of the domain battcave.com. The real value in the purchase of this asset was in the software to run the data center, hardware and the customer accounts and not the domain name." Even though the purchase was completely closed on the financial terms involved in the deal, the physical transfer of the hardware could not occur until the new data center in Florida was fully online this month. Some misleading information posted on internet stock message boards have falsely claimed this asset purchase did not occur. Upon completion of the launch of the new data center this week IDS will add an investor relations section to the IDS corporate site located at http://www.ids-worldwide.com so that investors will have a reference source of actual company events and updates that would correct the problems of misinformation posted by anonymous sources on internet stock message boards.

IDS is continuing the necessary work to complete the calculation of the previously announced one-time special dividend. IDS has been working with the company transfer agent to determine the exact amount of outstanding shares to be used in the calculation of this dividend payment. IDS CEO, Downs, stated, "IDS would also like to address misleading and patently false information that IDS has 'gagged' the company's transfer agent, Integrity Stock Transfer, (702) 317-7757. IDS is a non-reporting "pink sheet" company at this time and as such the transfer agent has informed IDS that they cannot legally release this information. Any investor or potential investor may feel free to call the transfer agent and receive this explanation directly from IDS' transfer agent. IDS can report that since IDS has taken over this public company IDS has already reduced the total outstanding shares by over 10,000,000 shares and is still continuing a variety of programs to further reduce the outstanding common shares and in the process greatly increasing long-term share holder value.

IDS hopes to conclude meetings with its advisors by the end of the coming week in order to finalize the closing date of the HLS buyout and the related special dividend payment to IDS common stock holders. As previously announced IDS is diligently working with its advisors to conclude the HLS deal and the company is hopeful that certain closing contingencies such as significant inventories in International transit arriving this weekend to be audited, open contracts for new HLS clients and new country distributor agreements due to close in the coming week can be achieved to bring the transaction to a final closing date. IDS has previously stated this one-time special dividend will have an approximate value between $.87 and $1.01. IDS has not yet determined the exact makeup of the special dividend but wishes to address any misinformation posted on the internet that the dividend was an "all cash dividend." IDS previously stated it would pay out the entire proceeds, minus certain closing costs, in the form of a one-time special dividend. IDS Board has not yet determined if the dividend will be paid in the form of cash or stock dividend or some combination of the two. IDS stated the value, taking into consideration certain tax consequences, regardless of the makeup of the dividend would be in the previously stated value range per common share outstanding at the time of the dividend payment. The ex-dividend date has not yet been set by the company, but the company is hopeful the meetings in the coming week will bring this decision to a close.

I guess I'd have to say that I'm a bit concerned because this PR from Nov sounds exactly like the one that was just put out. I'm not sure what to believe at this point. I guess I'll take some profit and hold the rest.

Good Luck everyone.

well the diff from Nov to now is that they have given and announcment date and they have given an exact price

This is true. I'm not trying to burst anyone's bubble just trying to look at the whole picture and get enough perspective to make the right decisions.

Yeh, that is the tough part about stocks. I too wish this had just stayed all cheery... but with these new revalations it makes it tougher to know what direction the stock will take tomorrow. I'm going to hope it still goes up and helps me make my decision for me.

Posted by Louie_EM1 on :

I'm very skeptical on this just by looking at their trend.
Sure, the MACD never gapped as strong as today in its timeline, however 90% of their green days are also followed by a strong downtrend.
I'm unsure as to if I want to get in tomorrow morning.

Posted by poorkie on :

Does anybody know if the dividend will be in cash or another stock?

Posted by SuperSniper00 on :

Regardless if the guy is a crook or not the point the stock went up is because people bet on the short and lost the gamble due to the divy news. If 7 of 9 is correct and their are still millions of shares the shorts need to cover we can still squeeze the *******s out for another day of great gains. But as far as holding hoping for a divvy I wouldn't try it, not with negative news about the CEO.

The MMs have collected tons of IDWD
shares. They spent a lot of money to
do that. This is a gamble -- but if you
gamble on the dealers (MMs) side,
it's a safe gamble. See FEMO, CLBE,
CIRT, and PMED -- all these stocks
are manipulated and should be considered
dead stocks, but suddenly they come
alive and rebound very high. Just watch
it one more day and reevalute it tomorrow
night.

I was unable to see any L2's today. Can you enlighten me as to what the MM were doing?

I do know they control and manipulate stocks. CYKC was a good example today.

There is no telling where this might go.

Hey, fellas,

quick point: "get in, get out" still applies. It's true that a "mother lode" pops up from time to time. This looks like a good play...but...don't fall in love, lol. Had I been able to trade today, would've defintely played this.

That being said? With the questions re this CEO, serious DD needs to happen. Check the gvrp thread for an example of how much DD can happen in a compressed time period--when *several* good researchers are working togther...

That's what needs to happen, imho--work together.

My 2-cents for da night...

Just an update on my research of Patrick Downs and IDWD. In an odd twist there is a patrick downs who is on the board of directors of IWS, which is also a biometrics identification type company. I emailed them and asked about any relation between the two. Here is the response:

Our Board member, Patrick Downs, is not the same person as the Patrick Downs that is the CEO of IDS Worldwide. There is no relation between the two. No member of ImageWare's board or management has any affiliation with IDS Worldwide.

Thank you for your inquiry and your interest in ImageWare.

Bull.

My posts said "exercise good sense." (I said take *at least some* off the table. If you're in at .16 and the PPS is .48...(a 300% gain!) wouldnt that make sense?)

All these veteran posters are just scheming to get your shares, LOL.

Posted by wallymac on :

I also suggested caution. Selling to insure a profit and then holding the rest. I have done a lot of research and because of that am very leery. Go to the websites 995ad.com and the ids worldwide website. 995ad.com seems like nothing more than a shell. Before retiring I ran auto dealerships. So I looked at the automotive dealers and there ads. What was surprising was that they all signed up on 9/17/2005 and that very few had any content when I clicked on the view ads. Not one dealer I was involved with would ever have paid for a site and then not used it. Try searching for real estate, apartments or roommates and you will find nothing.

There may be good explainations for this but I can't come up with them. The other thing that bothered me was that the only news on this company is self generated PR's. Nothing else other than the change in ticker symbol.

Just be careful. Buy, hold do what you think is right it's up to you. If you don't trust my research look for yourself.

Personally I had to many questions with no answers. I got inat .19 and sold at .51. I'm very happy with my profit and now will look for new opportunities.

I wish you all the best of luck.

Yeh, when I found that 995ad.com was a complete bogus site I had second thoughts. I also couldn't really tell what the home site did either. This one could still run a bit, but at least you guys still holding know that it is most likely a bogus company. Hopefully it all works out and you guys that are still in make some more money on it!

IDWD News:

Feb 6 - IDS Worldwide, Inc. Clarifies Increased Special Dividend Payment

IDS Updates Dividend Payment and Ex-Dividend Date

IDS Worldwide, Inc. (OTC: IDWD) today announced that IDS has determined the final valuation of the Special Dividend, related to the sale of a minority interest in IDS Homeland Security Division (HLS), has been increased to a value of $1.10 per common share of IDS Worldwide, Inc. (IDWD). The exponential growth of the HLS Division and new technology being released this quarter for HLS Biometric Encryption technology has led to this increased valuation.

IDS HLS Division expects the patent filing for this technology to be effective this week. This technology will give IDS HLS Division the highest IT Security Product available in the world combining Biometric Technology and IDS HLS Division proprietary 384 Bit Encryption Algorithm. Identity Theft and IT Security breaches have become rampant in the United States. Estimated currently at a $11 Billion market and experiencing double digit growth each of the last three years. IDS HLS Division Biometric USB Flash Drive with 384 Encryption will provide the world's first plug and play solution that makes both hardware and internet backbone data transmission virtually hack proof. Even if a customer's laptop is stolen, the operating system could not be accessed without the authorized users "live beating fingerprint" and the embedded proprietary 384 Bit Algorithm in the biometric USB flash drive. This new technology will allow banks and brokerage houses to offer the most advance IT Security available for their online banking customers. IDS HLS Division will begin shipping these units in the current quarter.

IDS Board of Directors will meet next week on February 8, 2006 set the record date for the special dividend and file the necessary requirements with the NASD. ORLANDO, FL, Feb 08, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- IDS Worldwide, Inc. (OTC: IDWD) today announced that, following the IDS Worldwide, Inc. Board of Directors Meeting this afternoon, IDS will announce the record date determined for the Special Dividend prior to the stock market opening on February 9, 2006. IDS has determined the final valuation of the Special Dividend, related to the sale of a minority interest in IDS Homeland Security Division (HLS), has been increased to a value of $1.10 per common share of IDS Worldwide, Inc.

Identity Theft and IT Security breaches have become rampant in the United States, estimated currently at an $11 Billion market and experiencing double-digit growth each of the last three years. IDS HLS Division Biometric USB Flash Drive with 384 Bit Encryption will provide the world's first plug-and-play solution that makes both hardware and Internet backbone data transmission virtually hack proof. Even if a customer's laptop is stolen, the operating system could not be accessed without the authorized user's "live beating fingerprint" and the embedded proprietary 384 Bit Algorithm in the biometric USB flash drive. This new technology will allow banks and brokerage houses to offer the most advanced IT Security available for their online banking customers. IDS HLS Division will begin shipping these units in the current quarter.

IDS Board of Directors will meet this afternoon February 8, 2006 to set the record date for the special dividend and file the necessary requirements with the NASD. Shareholders must own the stock BEFORE the ex-dividend date, which will be set by the NASD. The ex-dividend date set by the NASD can be 2 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RECORD DATE.

I am surprised that this stock has such a small following. It has ran in the last few months from .10 to .95. Closed Friday at .77. Low was .695 for the day. It has made me a lot of money and I feel it will continue to Monday.
Bought more at .72 Friday. It looks like right now that they will be paying out a $1.10 divy on the 17th of March. You must be in by COB on Tuesday to get the divy. I think this will run up in front of the divy thru Tuesday. JMO.

Finally, online transactions such as banking and online brokerages will be secure both at the client and banking mainframes and all data transmission in between.
