This is due to start to move with contract news.

Way overdue, feelings of it coming, anyone else?

Posted by JIF on :

Me too. I've been waiting far too long to watch this.

I was in, and then sold. The next day, it popped into the 2'S. I'm not missing the next run like I did last time!

I'm selling when we hit .0015 and not sooner.

Hell, I think I'll just pick up another 6 million at 0.0002 just to keep me entertained. Fridays are usually very slow and boring for me during the trading session.

Yeah that makes sense. With a 50% difference between them, it would be really hard to get in at that price with a higher volume than normal.

Good morning. L2's looking good: Right now we're at 8x1 .0001x.0002 with 8 MM's at .0003.

Posted by rkh2005 on :

Does this mean it opens at .0002? Cause that's where I'm trying to buy.

Posted by mbmaid on :

It means that there's one MM with shares for sale at .0002. It's a crapshoot as to who gets them, if that MM stays there. My guess is that with all the interest in this now. .0003 will be the bottom...but who knows for sure?

Good luck.

Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc. and Subsidiary to Display Latest Advanced Security Offerings At TMC 2006 Transportation Technology Exhibition

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PrimeZone
3:20 p.m. 02/07/2006

Will Showcase Tamper-Evident NO-REZ Non-Residue, Self-Voiding Seals and TS4A Air Brake Locks
TAMPA, Fla., Feb 7, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:DDSI) -- along with its subsidiary CGM Applied Security Technologies -- will showcase its latest transportation security offerings at the Technology and Maintenance Council's 2006 Transportation Technology Exhibition, which begins February 14, in Tampa, Fla.

"Anyone involved in trucking cargo from one location to another knows security must be a primary consideration," says Tony Shupin, president and CEO of DDSI. "At this Transportation Technology Exhibition, we're showing products that address shipment security from multiple perspectives, in terms of both preventing the theft of rigs and in ensuring that if someone breaks into either the trailer or the cargo containers, it will be easily detected."

Digital Descriptor Systems and CGM Applied Security Technologies will be showcasing a full line of products, including the following:

-- NO-REZ non-residue, tamper-evident, self-voiding seals: Ideally suited for use on trailer doors because they leave behind no residue on items they protect, these hi-tech seals cannot be tampered with without leaving behind the indisputable evidence of a "VOID OPEN VOID" messages appearing across the label itself. For shippers who wish to employ a color-coding system, NO-REZ seals are available in blue, red and a wide range of other colors, even when purchased in small lots.

Evidence provided by NO-REZ can be invaluable in informing inspectors and owners that a break-in has occurred. The seals can also play a vital role in greatly reducing the likelihood of dangerous devices or substances being stowed away inside trailers without being detected by authorities.

Printable and easily adaptable to die cutting, NO REZ seals can be used with most conventional label dispensing devices.

-- TS4A air brake locks: Designed to secure tractors from theft, this device literally locks the air line from the air brakes in the tractor. Once installed, the system turns the airbrake safety system into a security device. When the TS4A system is employed, the rig cannot easily be moved until the lock is released.

TS4A air brake locks can be installed over most air brake systems in U.S.-based tractor models produced since 1985.

Located in the Tampa Convention Center, the TMC 2006 Transportation Technology Exhibition runs through February 17. The CGM Applied Security Technologies exhibit will be located at booth No. 609.

Take some free advice and get out of DDSI with a small profit. They have released the same type of "pr" for the last six months. THEY HAVE NEVER SECURED A CONTRACT!Shouldn't a trader be a little curious and ask how can a stock can lose 35 x it's value in one week as it did late last year?

For all of the newbies you should do some real research and find stocks with a product line and future, not ones controlled by MM's. None of the stocks listed on this board are new, they all are running on cycles based on false PR designed to seprated you from your money and suck you dry.

Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc. and Subsidiary to Display Latest Advanced Security Offerings At TMC 2006 Transportation Technology Exhibition

By PrimeZone
Last Update: 2/7/2006 3:20:37 PM Data provided by

Guys, take a look see... UP 300%

Nevermind. Was a momentary spike...

holding 4m * 3

still 3/4

you can buy this at the bid - what more can you ask?

Posted by Thomas Mick on :

.0016??

Posted by 85yrs till retirement on :

I dunno. I guess they had a momentary lapse of reason. You know, a stuip spell, a brain fart, fat finger...

Posted by Thomas Mick on :

Why can't they do that on the ask? Would be nice to cash in on that!

Posted by gatorhistory on :

.0016 - maybe someone knows something? news after the close perhaps? Anyone know when the 10Q is due out?

Posted by hatteras on :

Yeah, maybe somebody knows something and is willing to pay 4 x the current price. Please lets work together to get rid of the pumpers and create a board that helps people.

Posted by gatorhistory on :

I'm not a pumper - just interested in what is going on. that is one heck of a fat finger to hit .0016 dontchoo think?

Posted by hatteras on :

I've tried to call Tony Shupin and ask questions regarding "pr" and "news" and was blown off. At the beginning of this board there's a list of customers, I wonder how may have actually bought something? A company like this could list every business on the planet as a "potential customer". I'm trying to warn all the get rich newbies that chasing these stocks is the best way to lose money.

Posted by gatorhistory on :

well, for the most part, that's true for a lot of these firms. This one, however, actually has significant sales and customers for the price this is currently trading at. Unlike most pennies they have revenue AND a growing customer base with solid products.

Posted by JIF on :

hold on to this. I agree we will pop again - at least into the .002's.

Here is a little hint

(DDSI)
Net sales for DDSI, an industry leader in the development of Homeland Security-related products, rose to $1,118,922 -- a 28 percent increase over results for the previous quarter ($875,513). For the nine-month-period which ended September 30, the company's net sales reached $2,143,310.

DDSI bored today!!!

Posted by gatorhistory on :

personally I think it's a good time to accumulate after selling from the first little pop. 10Q should be out next week sometime. Significant Q over Q growth would do this great.

And who knows? maybe there is some truth to this govt. contract that has been circulating.

Posted by JIF on :

I would put in a buy order at .0002 if I was buying.

No way an order at .0001 will take - even if it's trading at .0001.

Best bet: make your bid at .0002. It will drop to .0001 and your order will take.

Then, if we pop to .0016, you'll be fricken golden.

looks like Bristol Investment Fund Ltd. has made a substantial investment in to DDSI. Just under 5% if I read that filling correctly. An announcement of new round of funding forthcoming?

maybe. That could be quite good.

Any ideas on this for tomorrow?

still waiting for some contract news,,,,

Posted by Rex on :

Does anyone else see the call to block the managment of 6 ports with the Dubai based firm a potential positive for DDSI? It should be an American firm that will purchase security products from an American firm! Lets hope the pressure continues. Also don't forget the transportation tech exhibit was last week. Keeping my fingers crossed for contracts as a result.

http://www.cnn.com/2006/POLITICS/02/20/port.security/index.html

Posted by db on :

rex that is some scary news-everyone here should read that cnn news report about letting arabs be in control of management for all those ports in america.bin laden would love that! anyway, ddsi could be busy in that scenario.

Posted by brackep on :

have you guys seen today's action ?
all buys !!! nice volume !!!

Posted by brackep on :

hopefully some strong volume today and maybe the financials ... or better some contract news !

Posted by gatorhistory on :

Not to cause an uproar here but not all Arab nations are bastions of terrorism. The pending contract could very well be a 'reward' for UAE's help in the war on terror. They are an ally as far as the State Dept. is concerned.

I would rather see a U.S. firm handle domestic port security however...and if they could just use DDSI products to help in that it would be great. :-)

Posted by JIF on :

OK. All I know is that American's are going to want cargo containers sealed and secured.

DDSI is the perfect company to provide those tools.

It's huge for us.

Remember, if you want to sell security - you have to first instil fear. This news is making a lot of us, including me, pretty fearful.

Posted by gatorhistory on :

I guess...I just hate to see Americans or anyone (for that matter) group an entire segment of the world into a specific grouping like terrorists over the actions of a relatively small number of people. There are many Arabs and Arab nations that are appalled by what has and continues to happen in the name of terrorism -- and I think some people tend to forget that or not think of it at all.

Posted by gatorhistory on :

LOTS of volume today...uting.

Posted by DWE on :

DDSI ALL THE WAY BABY!

Posted by JIF on :

Let's go! A little pop to .0003 is always nice.

I'm out of this stock when it hits .0015.

I think it will actually bounce into the .002's. But I'm going to be safe.

Posted by gatorhistory on :

if news of the rumored contract comes it will pop MUCH higher than that IMO.
