Commonwealth American Financial Announces the Formation of a Wholly Owned Emergency Services Subsidiary
Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CWFG) today announced that the Board of Directors has established its Emergency Services Subsidiary. The name of the wholly owned subsidiary is Gulfcoast Emergency Inc.

The Subsidiary's mission is to negotiate contracts with Municipal, City and State Government departments before the 2006 Hurricane season. The corporation is based in Miami, Florida and will bid on emergency type contracts such as, disaster relief, debris removal and logistical services. Contracts will be pre-arranged prior to the disaster so that the execution of contracts will be immediate rather than bidding with several other contractors after severe damage has occurred. A recent quote from the Miami Herald: "`Planning for hurricanes has to be incorporated into South Florida business models,' Nero said. Local economist Tony Villami said so far hurricanes have been a 'hidden cost' of doing business."

The company is also working towards closing on the 56 acres it is in the process of purchasing. Commonwealth expects and projects profits to be approximately $500,000 based on the acquisition price of $19,000 per acre and sales prices expected to be above $30,000 per acre.

Ms. Ryals President and CEO said, "We are experiencing a lot of competition in the current bidding that we have been undertaking. It is therefore imperative that we pre negotiate these type of service contracts months prior to needing such services. It is in the best interest for the company that we secure pre arranged contracts so that our risk in such ventures is minimized. This will give us time to properly complete our due diligence prior to bidding on these contracts."

The Company has established a website http://www.cwfgroup.net and trades under the symbol (Pink Sheets:CWFG).

I THINK IM GONNA TAKE MY LAST $100 IN MY SCOTTRADE ACCOUNT AND BUY 1 MORE MILLION AT .0001. WHO KNOWS IT MIGHT MOVE TO .0002 AFTER 2PM. I ALSO THINK WE SHOULD BE GETTING SOME PR TODAY OR TOMMORROW....JUST FOLLOWING THE PATTERN. IM DIFFENTLY TAKIN ADVANTAGE.

Posted by WarpedMind on :

Why do you think that the price will move after 2 PM? Also, why do you think we're getting a PR today or tomorrow? Do you know something that we don't? Thanks.

Posted by HossTrader on :

Come on, I gambled $2K into this and my 20 mil shares wants this to move as much as anyone does, but follow the pattern? It has been stuck at no bid for weeks!! So far today a whopping $900 worth of stock has changed hands.

It is going to take real news about actual results, and then real volume to make it go. I hope it happens, but blind pumping on day old news aint gonna do it.

Also, we already have a thread.

I'VE BEEN DOING A LOT OF HOMEWORK ON A LOT OF COMPANIES AND THIS IS MY OPINON I COULD BE WRONG BUT AT AN ASK PRICE OF .0001 WITH A CHANCE OF A NICE RUN YOU CAN'T BEAT IT. LET'S SAY YOU TAKE THE SAME MONEY YOU WERE GOING TO INVEST IN CWFG AND......OPEN UP AN CD ACCOUNT..... LET IT SIT FOR A YEAR. HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU THINK YOU CAN MAKE OF IT??? NOW WITH JUST A MILLION SHARE OF CWFG AND LETS SAY IT GETS TO .0005...NOW WITH A $100 YOU JUST FLIPPED IT 5 TIMES. THATZ WHAT IM WAITING FOR BUT GOT JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE SHARE TO CASH IN THOUGH

Posted by HossTrader on :

No argument on that point. But I think it is going to take some time.

You wanna pump something - Take a look at SBJX
Now thats one worth a pumping a little bit

Holy Cow - I had given up hope of seeing another post on this thing......Hey Brooklyn - I have one question for you - are you like related to Ms. Ryals or what?

This thing has taken more peoples money, than Carter ever did with his liver pills....

Give it a rest......

Like OhioMike57 said, pump a real winner SBJX is gonna hit a grand slam by EOW!!!!!!

Looks like Hayder & Astrom are getting it together in ICAN and VWKM -- hopefully this is a push to become legit !!!!! If that is the case I am extremely hopefull that we will see this rise as well ---- Maybe Ryals can get CWFG together as well ----- we will see

They'll move alright..... But probably just not right now. I hope I'm wrong though. You never know!

Can we stick with news about CWFG here. Afterall that's what this thread is supposed to cover.

And PS: Good luck with SBJX and it's new blockbuster acquisition farsuperior.com. Between the two of them with their 10 customers they must be taking in at least a grand a month. Check out their websites for yourself and view their current client lists. Nowhere companies going nowhere but out of business IMHO. Go pump your BS picks on another thread.

Outstanding news, but this only confirms that they have completed part of the buyback program. We need to see the additional 350,000 shares retired. What is needed now is some positive financial news to come out, generate some high volume interest and move this baby up.

Let's get er done so we can see some increase in the pps. It's been so long since the pps fluctuated that I think it's permanently burn into my screen. Now with some more real estate deals and some govn contracts, and it's lookout 0.0002, here we come. Whaaa-Hooo!

Well, obviously, you all have done zero DD on this company. The float is over 9 BILLION shares. I held this thing through the split, and at one point in time had over 35 million shares. This is one of the first stocks I ever bought, and lost over 3k in it. Ms. Ryals has been in the same circles, close to Mr. Damian Guthrie for a long time.If you know anything at all about this company, then I don't need to explain anything about Mr. Guthrie. Do yourselves a huge favor, and verify this information.

Ms. Ryals talks the same kind of crap that Guthrie did. Give it some thought - serious thought - DO NOT take my word forit, it is all a matter of public record.

I cut my losses, and have more than made up for them elsewhere. I' really not bashing - just dont want to see anyone, especially newbies get hurt with this stock.

Everything I have stated here is in the public domain, so those of you who want to bash me, feel free, the rest of you who are willing to check out real facts, do some DD and verify that what I have stated here is fact not fiction or bashing....

9 BILLION shares, do you honestly think that the company buying back 650 million is going t ohave ANY REAL IMPACT on this? GET REALITY SOON...

The float increased by 33% after the split - Can anyone with an ounce of thought truly believe that 650 Million shares REALLY have an impact here.

Look its ok to feel bad about an investment that wasn't the best. We all make mistakes. If you go back through the history of this forum, you will find several old threads about this stock. Look at the names of those who posted on them. Do you see anyone from then here now? I think not.

Anyway, like I said, do your own DD on this thing, don't be a leming.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!

Micro,
Speak for yourself, there are a number of us who have done our DD and shared it with others. And IMO any company that executes a plan to reduce the OS by 11% is making a move in the right direction. And for everyones information look back at some of the DD we have done on Mrs Ryals. She has a very successful business background and Guthrie is not even in the same league. He "chose" not to move to Miami and remain in his position.

Good post Mini. I'm just hoping for a jump to 2 so I can at least get half my money back on this dog. I bought into some of the pump before the FS, "free shares" and all that, just to see it drop to rock bottom afterwards, and you're right, most of those posters (probably Guthrie himself) are no longer here. I'll probably cut my losses soon and take my meager remains and look for greener pasteurs elsewhere as well. For now, GLTA who remain.

Yep, I am in with this news and it does look like we are going to move up! For those who sold and are very unhappy.........sorry to hear that! I am still holding my millions just like others here from way back before the split. Needless to say, good news is better than no news!

Yeah, buying a bunch CWFG before the split was probably the worst investment I've ever made (my purchase was based purely on the hype found here on the AllStocks message board; I didn't do enough of my own DD and didn't pay enough attention to the "bashers," who were right).

I've spent months buying more CWFG because the company is always about to "turn things around" and "announce big news" and, oh, yeah, remember all those FEMA/Hurricane rebuilding contracts they were gonna score? However, at least the release some PR on a regular basis now and the new executive seems much more put together than the last one in terms of doing sometihng (anything) with the company. And at least they never did a reverse split, as I feared (at least, not yet).

So I'm still holding. I need to sell at at least 3 to see any green, though.... I don't see that as being too likely right now, since every time this gets to 2 everyone and their mother tries to sell off their shares before it gets a chance to run... But on the other hand, this thing has been ready to run or implode for a long time -- a slow and steady boil of rumors -- and eventually I think something is going to happen sooner or later, one way or the other....

Go CWFG.... make us some money before winter ends... ! [Big Grin]

Or, at least let us break even... [Wink]

Madge-

Point of fact - Guthrie WAS in Florida. He and Ms. Ryals boyfriend have been involved in many shell scam in the past. Point of fact - Mr. Guthrie is currently under investigation by the SEC for ....wait for it......Securities Fraud.

It is public record that his ring of friends have all been in trouble in the past. I dont knnow for fact- but Mr. Guthrie is rumored to have fled back to Australia once the facts came out about the FEMA contracts not being true.

Look it's all public record. I dont know where or how or who provided you DD, but wherever, however or whoever, led you down the wrong path.

He used Katrina as a stall tactic to keep people invested. In fact, Ms. Ryals even commentd on the ongoing FEMA negotiations when she was first "appointed" to CEO of the company. The required FEMA paperwork was never completed, and, there has been no mention of it since. These new "wholy owned subsidiaries" are the same kind of crap that Guthrie tried months ago - Hawkesbury River was one of them, supposedly located in Hawkesbury Texas.... Not one person was ever able to locate the supposed office there.

If you're going to state fact, make sure it is fact not fiction. Guthrie was in fact in Florida. In fact, Guthrie is under investigation. In fact, Ms. Ryals and her boyfriend have been involved with Guthrie in the past, and no matter how hard they try to cover their tracks, they always get found out.

Public record is a wonderful thing. Next time, take advantage of it, before you try and pump garbage. I wish I had before I got suckered in on this one.

By the way - one more thing Madge - 11% of 9 BILLION is going to do what for the PPS - raise it 11%? Even on a good day thats .00022 - and how many days can you SELL CWFG at 0002?

Besides, I dont know any brokers that you can sell with 5 behind the decimal point....

Just thought I'd give you and some other newbies some real DD to chew on.

Sometimes you just gotta laugh..

Okay for those newbies to the CWFG thread here are some true facts.

1) Damian Guthrie desired to stay in Tampa when the company HQ moved to Miami and CWFG placed him in charge of the new Emergency Services Division/Subsidiary. (Ref: Tampa Bay Business Journal 11 Nov 05)
2) Mrs. Ryals worked as a consultant at Best Practices LLC from 2000 to 2003. As such, she worked with very well established businesses to improve. (Ref: Best Practices archives)
3) The PRs released have been less fluff and more routine then ever. (ref: CWFG archives)
4) Mrs. Ryals has made statements to perform in press releases and backed them up with follow through action. Unlike Guthrie who promised nothing and gave nothing.

If anyone has something other than opinion to refute these facts, please feel free to present your argument.
