MLON International Ventures, Inc. Announces PayChest Acquisition and Moves Into Payment Processing Business
Wednesday January 4, 12:54 pm ET

MEXICO DF and MEXICO CITY, MEXICO--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 4, 2006 -- MLON International Ventures, Inc. (Other OTC:MLON.PK - News) is acquiring up to 60% stake in PayChest, Inc., a provider of alternative payment processing to PayPal, Inc.™ from Wall Street Securities, Inc. and changing its business focus to provide payment processing to the hundreds of millions of consumers around the world who are unable to process payments with existing providers like PayPal, Inc. Wall Street Securities will become one of the largest shareholders of MLON as a result of this acquisition. And MLON intends to change its name to PayChest, Inc. upon completing the acquisition.

"There is a huge underserved marketing of hundreds of millions of people in countries all over the world that are unable to process credit cards, as PayPal does not provide services for a large number of countries outside the United States," said Alejandro Cerda, CEO of MLON International Ventures, Inc. "PayChest has recently finalized the roll out of its Internet Payment System and intends to publicize these services throughout the global community beginning in quarter one of 2006 -- we think there is a large market of consumers who need a low-cost, effective way to purchase goods traditionally and online (ecommerce) and then have a way to securely process the transaction and/or make payments available to third parties in countries that are again not served by PayPal, Inc. and other providers."

About MLON International Ventures, Inc.

MLON is moving into the $34B financial services and global currency markets through its acquisition of PayChest, Inc. via Wall Street Capital, Inc. The market is large and underserved at present, as PayPal, Inc. is only able to provide payment processing in approximately fifteen countries outside the United States, which means there are significant opportunities for us to become the dominant supplier in several hundred countries scattered throughout South America, Europe, Africa and Asia. www.paychest.com.

We intend to market our financial transaction processing services where PayPal, Inc. is not active by utilizing a powerful viral marketing method -- each user of our services, be it vendor or consumer, will require others to use the service in order to complete a financial transaction. Another tremendous accelerant for our new business model is the growth and acceptance of Ecommerce -- the global Internet community is over 1 Billion in size and projected to hit 2 Billion within the next ten years. PayChest Finalizes Technology Installation

PayChest Inc. has today finalized the installation of its Internet Payment System (IPS) platform.

(PRWEB) December 7, 2005 -- PayChest has today finalized the installation of its Internet Payment System (IPS) platform and will soon interface with banking partners to trial the system with a small number of experimental users.

A spokesperson for the company said that he was excited that PayChest will soon be able to offer an alternative to industry heavyweight PayPal.

“Our advanced technology and persistence will give PayPal a run for their money,” he said.

The mission statement of PayChest is to assist the millions of people around the world that cannot use PayPal because they live in a country not serviced by PayPal.

The company is encouraged with the initial interest shown by the public and anticipates the final rollout of the service in 2006.

With a steady signup of interest at the PayChest website, the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of shares in the company should attract immense interest by sophisticated investors.

To compare, the year 2002 saw competitor Paypal have one of the best initial public offerings.

Paypal stock rose 55 percent on its first day of trading in February and was still well ahead of its $13 opening price.

Online auction giant eBay Inc bought Internet payment provider PayPal Inc. in a $1.3 billion stock deal in 2002.

After beginning with just 24 experimental users in October 1999, PayPal boasted more than 15.4 million accounts after its IPO and said it had transferred about $1.6 billion in just one financial quarter in 2002.

The third quarter of 2005 proved to be a big one for Paypal company as it saw accounts jump to 87 million, a 53% increase in one year.

In Q3 2005, PayPal reached $6.7 billion in payments, a 44% increase from the same quarter the previous year. Consumers worldwide therefore spent around $842 per second during the quarter.

PayChest Inc. is 30% owned by Wall Street Capital Inc. (formerly Wall Street Securities Inc.) (WSSE) (Pink Sheets: WSSE)

This press release contains forward-looking statements within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. These forward-looking statements are based largely on Wall Street Capital Inc. Expectations or forecasts of future events can be affected by inaccurate assumptions and are subject to various business risks and known and unknown uncertainties, a number of which are beyond the company's control. Therefore, actual results could be differing materially from the forward-looking statements contained herein. A wide variety of factors could cause or contribute to such differences and could adversely impact revenues, margins, profitability, cash flows and capital needs.

I know a few smart investors could make some money off this but the problem is the more attention these POS's get the more they come back and burn more investors. Because the sad reality is that many more will get burnt trying to make something on this then those that will. By the way Pino isn't the CEO anymore but he stayed on as a consultant what ever that means.

Promoting scam stocks like this keep them going.

actually, the website looks like it's a rebranding/reseller/affiliate of another website. my gut is they didnt build the whole back-end themselves.

that said, hey, theres a market for it.

then again, Pino is involved.

Mellon ->MLON ->PayChest: From what I've read, both MLON & WSSE have dicey histories, but I have found very little on the new CEO, Alejandro Cerda Uranga. In any event, looking away from Mario and focusing on PayChest, the product seems to have merit. I'm curious to know the method of how MLON will convert themselves(name) and their oustanding stocks to PayChest since they are marketing an IPO at www.paychest.com. If PayChest takes off, I suspect that PayPal, Google or the like might snap them up. They need to avoid the numerous patent lawsuits that eBay/PayPal have faced. Hopefully they know of all the patents and have purchased the appropriate licensing (such as AT&T).
