Synosphere Announces License Opportunities for Its Satellite Radio Handheld Accessory

PR Newswire via NewsEdge Corporation : PHOENIX, April 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Synosphere, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of iBIZ Technology Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: IBZT), a developer of innovative PDA technologies, announced today that Synosphere is offering to license its patent pending satellite radio handheld accessory technology to qualified partners (Application #10/801,973).

This license opportunity will allow qualified partners the ability to develop, manufacture, and market satellite radio PDA and Smartphone accessories.

"Our patent pending satellite radio technology, once developed, will allow satellite radio subscribers the ability to listen to satellite radio directly on their PDAs or Smartphones anywhere they can receive a satellite radio signal. This accessory will simply attach to a handheld computer through various handheld computer expansion ports and allow subscribers to listen to high quality audio using wired or optional wireless stereo headphones. In addition, our architecture also provides an option for subscribers to listen to satellite radio on any nearby FM audio receiver without using any wires. It also provides subscribers the ability to personalize their satellite radio experience by using a full color graphical user interface," commented Bryan A. Scott, CEO of Synosphere. "We are really excited about this technology and look forward to working with licensees to bring this exciting product to market."

Through strategic partnerships with future licensees Synosphere believes it will provide the satellite radio industry an alternative solution to offer its growing customer base.

I'm retired, this is my hobby, some days I watch every move a stock makes, I think .08 was the recorded high, but it went to .088 briefly.

Down 33% for the day...

Posted by steef on :

Stock price = 7 cents

Why? This is why.

REVENUES:

Let's assume that IBZT only sells 50,000 VKey per quarter . That is
$99.99 x 200,000 = $19,998,000 per year.

COSTS:

1. Manufacturing
According to Ken, the manufacturing cost is only $40 initially and
$20 shortly thereafter. Since pps is based on future profits we will
use the $20 figure. $20 x 50,000 = $1,000,000 per quarter.

$1,000,000 x 4 = $4,000,000 per year

2. Retail Costs
Retail costs in major outlets, like Radio Shack can be as high as 30-
40%. Let's take the 30% figure because IBZT will be selling at
cheaper places and through their own website.

.30 x $19,998,000 = $5999400

3. Overhead
Re overhead costs, lets assume they are 50% of manufacturing costs,
say $10 per unit. That is 10% of retail sales.

.10 x $19,998,000 = $1999800

4. Royalties
Assume royalty cost = 5%
.05 x $19,998,000 = $999900

5. Debt Service
zero no debt

6. Back taxes and legal fees.
This is pretty insignificant on a yearly basis right now; however,
since we do owe back taxes in the neighborhood of $68,000 and there
is an outstanding lawsuit, let us assume a yearly cost of $15,000.

Total costs = $13,082,100

Earnings = Total Revenue - Total costs
Earnings = $19,998,000 - $13,082,100= $6,915,900

Dilution:
Total outstanding shares = 3.883,billion shares.
I will revise my long term O/S estimate to be 4 billions shares,
instead of the current O/S,

Earnings per share = $6,915,900/4,000,000,000 = .0017 cents per
share.

Use a very conservative P/E = 45. This is very, very conservative for
a growth stock.

pps = P/E x Earnings per share
pps = 45 x .0017 = .0765 per share.

CSI-Miami, had a virtual keyboard on the show last night.
A women was using it when her boss wasn't looking, to send insider stock info hidden in a blog to an accomplice.
Theres no question that they exist and I know that there are more than one manufacturer of them.
I haven't messed with ibzt since JAN 2004 when they were going to sell the keyboard. The stock went up to .035 I sold and then it crashed.

Posted by Harry Schwartz on :

Yeah, I saw that too on CSI-Miami! I said, "oh there's THE virtual keyboard"! I had to keep my mouth shut after that 'cause I didn't want my spouse to know how much money I lost on this stock. Oh well... next~!
