Based in real estate...that's another plus...not to mention the market created for them by the recent hurricane season.

Don't invest in it unless you want to take a risk. It could be a long wait as well.

redelmo ... I wouldn't count on this "kicking off" anytime really ... I bought in at .0001 and have a sell order in at .0002 GTC. -just waiting for the buying pressure to tick the bid up to my sell point and I'm out.
I wouldn't count on this doing anything unless they come out with some blockbuster news and it gets plenty of hype.

Maybe my March it will take off. Then again, maybe it won't. I don't look for it happening tomorrow. March is about the beginning of Spring, when the real estate market takes off.

I suspect a lot of hype was generated by the reference to "Monster.com" to which I'm not holding my breath (of course, it could happen, but...well I already said I'm not holding my breath).

When they start posting about profits (or switch to another market) we might see something happen.

PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 2005--Union Equity Inc. (Pink Sheets:UNQT - News) CEO Michael Anthony has purchased 50 million shares of the company's common stock in a private transaction from an unaffiliated third party.

Due to Anthony's affiliate status the free-trading shares he purchased are now restricted under Rule 144. Anthony is in the process of taking delivery of the stock in certificate format.

"The shares were purchased with personal funds," said CEO Michael Anthony. "I like the stock at these levels."

On May 10, 2005 Anthony executed a lock-up agreement that will prohibit him from selling any of his personal company stock on the open market until November, 2006. Without the agreement in place, Anthony would have been allowed to begin selling his stock on the open market this coming November, 2005, in accordance with Rule 144.

The completed lock-up agreement is currently posted on the company's web site on the Shareholder Center page.

"I'm going to have an amendment drafted to the existing lock-up agreement to include these additional shares," Anthony said.

Union Equity CEO Michael Anthony met late last week with a representative from the company's accounting firm Bagell, Josephs & Company, LLC to begin preliminary work on audited financials for the company.

Due to its "non-reporting" status, Union Equity is not required to complete audited financials but has elected to do so anyway. The company's upcoming financial statements will reflect activity for the year of 2004. The company plans to continue to complete audited financial statements from this point forward in order to eventually achieve reporting status.

Bagell, Josephs & Company is registered by the PCAOB (Public Company Accounting and Oversight Board) and is part of the BDO Seidman alliance of accounting firms. BDO Seidman is the fifth largest international accounting firm. Bagell, Josephs & Company was recently rated as one of the top 100 auditing and accounting firms nationwide.

On April 18, 2005 Union Equity approved a 600% dividend in the form of a six-for-one forward split of its common stock. Shareholders who purchase stock in the company by May 16, 2005 will receive six additional shares of common stock for every single share owned. It didn't hit "zero" but was rounded off to zero. It hit something below .00005, because the MMs can trade at one significant digit more than we can. This has happened in the past several times, and yet it hit .0002 with that recent PR. That should be worth something to comfort you.

Also, they now have seven homes on their kingoffer listing. Not many but it keeps going up -- which at this early point in time is still a good sign.

Whoa there! I don't know what will happen to this stock in March, if anything. I just said that the real estate season begins in March.

I think a lot of it depends on the kingoffer website, and the recent hurricanes could help as well, imo.

I was hoping to see a lot of activity from the hurricane damaged homes, but not sure how much they are doing behind the scenes -- the kingoffer site is a self-serve site, so I'd guess that Union Equity is doing their own business behind the scenes.

I've have CWFG longer than I've had UNQT. After reading some literature on both companies, both to me are dead-on similar. Guess they would be each other's biggest competitors? They're so similar that it's scary, like they're cousins.

20 million shares of CWFG and 10 million shares of UNQT. For those prices at $0.0001, little or no risk whatsoever providing they're both free from any reverse splits.

IVHG just ran 77% (now back at 66%) as an undervalued stock with exposure. [Wink]

Actually, looks like it was over 100% at one point there. Of course, it has a lot higher stock price too.

UNQT was at least at .0008 before it fell. Management mentioned short sellers....

Alright..... One trade of 200,000 shares executed as of now. You'd think after 3 hours from the beginning of the trading session, if this company was going anywhere, we'd be seeing 200 million shares traded by now, but NOPE. You see, I'm not trashing this stock. I have 20 million shares purchased at 0.0001. Even if this company's PPS goes up to 0.0004, with 200,000 shares in volume, you're STUCK and can't sell! PICK UP ON THE VOLUME!!!!! So how can you tell me that you're not really concerned with the volume?

DWE, I have been in this stock since around April last year. The company has been in the market since about February 2005 when they took over an existing symbol and changed it. I am not concerned about low volume. I like this stock.

Besides, the money I put into it is money I'm willing to lose 100% by taking a risk on this one. I think it is a good risk to take. I like what I've seen the CEO do and I like the industry it is in (real estate).

You need to decide whether it is something you want to hold for a year. I don't recommend buying it thinking it will go up tomorrow or the next day. It might not go up at all, but it is a golden opportunity to get in on a stock at the very bottom.

I find it interesting that the only trades have been at .0002 (ask price). Not a single one at .0001, so I wonder if anyone here is trying to buy at .0001 without an AON instruction. I don't currently have any free $ to try it myself.

That's a long time, Thorn... If I had known that no one finds interest in UNQT, I would of bought 10 million more shares of CWFG instead. At least there's much more volume with that company on a daily basis. Don't get me wrong... There are some microcaps I don't mind holding onto for a year or more but when there is absolutely NO volume, people just are NOT interested, for now. I'll just need to wait and see.

This morning it was at 26 and now it is at 29. Nothing great yet but looks like it is finally starting to take off.

I'm actually surprised it has been selling at .0002; I'm not sure what to make of the sub .0001 sales right now, but it doesn't really matter to me. I'm not in this one for the short haul, so a little dip in price is no bigie to me.

38 listings today. www.kingoffer.com It was at 20 just last week (Tues.). It hadn't gone up for quite some time (was at 19 for a few weeks) and now it's been going up quite fast in comparison. I think the number of listings should have some synergy, making the number of new listings grow faster as the total number gets larger. This is good, but let's just see what happens before getting very excited over it. [Smile]

well this stock is a real state and that takes time ...its a long term invetment IMHO ...I own million of shares in her ...but I think one of us should call them and ask them about theri plans if there is a potential in their business or PRs in the way ....or if they are planning for a S/R or something ....someone who lives near them or something ....

alright tell you what i will repost this in 6 mo and we will see where it is at....i was right on femo, tnog, advc, and will be right on this one......icmh is another story...check out the website....i bought in it had 7 houses now 71....this will take some time but will take off....

MAN ... as he said ...its only $$7700 ...maybe it was a MM covers his short position or something ...no big deal .... I still have 8.6 mm in this one ...on a hope that it will run someday ...I think I will let my kids to carry on the shares ...that if they didn't R/S ...

Its a real state company it needs sometime to move ////

but its good to hear about it from time to time

I'm pretty sure that when it trades sub .0001 it has to be MMs. I'm guessing that some MM needed to make quota yesterday or something.

People get tired of holding stocks that dont move. I would have stayed longer myself if I knew one person had atleast doubled their money and sold * .0002. But it's like the company doesnt want to give any ROI right now. It's too long of a holf for me right now, but if somebody sells * .0002 I might be back. I heard this company has given F/S in the past, but I have no idea when that'll happen.

was not slots of seLLing yesterday. The ask came down to .0001 volume came in. Then the bid came up to .0001 and some seLLs went oFF. there was buy far more buying then seLLing. Only time wiLL teLL what is reaLLY going on.

I bought 15m *.0001 back in January & sold all of them for the same yesterday. Just got tired of it doing nothing. I put in a GTC order about three weeks ago and it finally filled yesterday. GLTA in this one.....it's not for me.
