Dear Fellow Shareholders,
With the closing of 2005, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and to update you as to the company's business outlook. In this last quarter of 2005, Global Triad, Inc.'s wireless system was completely destroyed due to hurricane Wilma. Through the course of the last three weeks we have completely restored our system and have satisfied all of our customers 100%, Global WiFi actually came back with a stronger presence than before the hurricane due to the support to our customers and our staff. The company has presently moved the office to a category 5 Hurricane resistant Ter-1 facility structure. We have recently completed the move and are now modifying our infrastructure and preparing to build out a co-location this month. Our intent is to begin our IPTV launch this coming New Year and will be preparing throughout December to close this year with strength. Global Triad and all subsidiaries plan to come out with all Guns Blazing for the New Year. As of Thursday, December 7th, all phones have been restored and we are fully operational.
Our New Facility is fully equipped with generator back up, 200 foot tower, and full fiber networking, soon to be connected as well as air and battery backup.
All companies have made significant progress by way of re-structuring the focus of our company. We will also be appointing a new CEO next year. Additionally, the Fort Lauderdale new wireless broadband network was finally deployed and restored and is fully operational. During the course of Wilma's destruction, we experienced major set backs and difficulties due to the direction by other suppliers and vendors and management has been at their mercy. In spite of these setbacks we continued to move forward with an optimistic and focused approach. We adopted a new outlook and business plan which we have been announcing throughout the prior months and we are implementing these new procedures.
