IMO this stock has no reason to go back up unless news comes out in the next few days withci s doubtful as of right now its a good stock if yoyu get in when people are buying for a quick buck to to just jump in blindly seems stupid... look at time and sales today ... This is part of the MMs' game plan. They collect cheap shares by lowering the pps which triggers the stop-sale orders between 0.0185 to 0.0199, as shown by the huge volume. After this is done, they immediately raise the bid/ask prices. They also expect to have a monthly pr from GLIF. The MMs have done this to many stocks -- lowering the pps to scare the investors and force them to sell their shares cheap. Just wait and see.

Today also GLIF HIT 0.0185. I had predicted 0.018 in my initial comment. I was unable to get my 50,000 shares * 0.0185 and had to get them at 0.0195. I am tracking this for so many times and have made a lot out of it.
Initially I came to know after it hit 0.17 from 0.01. I made a mistake and bought this at 0.09 and it started retracing back to 0.02 - 0.03 range. I kept on buying more and finally reduced my average price to 0.03. I got out at 0.045 after they gave the news and made a hefty profit. I again purchased the Stock at 0.018 and sold at 0.027. Today also it hit 0.0185 but this time I got at 0.0195. I plan to hold these for some long term as they have started earning from their India sales. This company hs good potential and PPS should increase with time. I plan to hold until this hits 0.05 now.

This has some real potential as I started beleiving in this company after they sent their shipment to India. La Jolla Pharma has a big name in India and I am happy to see that they are doing business with them for their India Shipments.

GLIF has hit 0.018 range 3 times and I have seen this bounce back from that range. I beleive that this may be the Bottom. I got in Today at 0.0195 as it was hard to get the Stocks at 0.018 range. With news it may go very high but, you can put the limit order at 0.020 or 0.0195. Lets assume that you want to buy 100.000 stocks. You can buy 50.000 now and if by any chance it goes lower, you can buy remaining.

Just looked at the chart and i like what i see BUT. I am going to hold out untill i see it break 10 DMA and i see the MACD and FULL STO cross or get extremely close. The parabolic SAR is indicating a buy right now but i am going to keep an extremely close eye on this. I can see a there being some decent resistance around the 20 DMA but if it breaks .03-.036 it we should have a nice breakout! JMHO

FireFighter, I have played GLIF multiple times and this stock is very unpredictable. My intution says that there will be a major PR soon and it will move fast. I am not trying to Pump the Stock but actually want to buy the Stock cheap. Please see my earlier comment from yesterday where I had predicted that it may hit 0.018 and it did. But the problem is that it is very difficult to get the Stocks at these prices. GLIF has hit 0.018 3 times now and I beleive that it is a Major Support level. I have seen it bounce back very fast and I had to buy at 0.0195 so as not to miss the Year end run.

Be easy on me, new member but this is my take. GLIF announced the patent on the peptide sequences Sept 22nd. They actually received approval on August 23rd 05, and waited over 4 weeks before announcing, To give the stock a boost when it was low. This company have clinical trials results, perhaps further patent application results and regulatory approvals to release, not to mention more revenue as orders are coming in for the HIV etc tests. When they start releasing this type of info on a $30 test appliable to 120 million people my guess is the discussions on 0.02 versus 0.04 may be a little misguided.
In the spirit of disclosure I am A PHD microfluidic scientist and I own about 1% of the company at 0.034 and will keep buying as cash allows. I do not think penny traders will be driving the price on this come February and wish the best of luck to you all. If I am wrong oh well, no harm done to anyone but me! If I am right I can pay my mortgage off next summer.

Hi, DWE. Everything is ready, except the monthly PR. Just be patient and wait for two weeks. You can also simply set a sale price and forget about it -- this is the way I do it. You know a lot of investors are willing to pay 0.04 for it; the pps was held down by the MMs in order to collect the cheap shares for next rally. their cost is 0.0185 to 0.024. So you got a good deal here. Just follow the MMs: When the MMs buy it, you buy it; when they sell it, you sell it, too. JimSc.

I got 150.000 more today and Plan to hold until next year unless this explodes this month. GLIF is poised for a explosive growth and this categorises it as a explosive stock. This is also a mystery stock as I have seen it rise 1700% in 1 day from 0.01 to 0.17 earlier. Now with the revenues and more contracts coming , this will head northwards. Next week will be more interesting as the probality of getting a PR increases.

This company has really started earning money with Sales to India already initiated. In the third world countries, most of people suffer from Malaria and Dengue is the nasty nightmare. Even if you have Temperature , to find out whether the person is suffering from Dengue was very difficult until GLIF shipped their Test Strips. Think of the sales to other Third World countries. This company seems to be in a very good shape poised for explosive growth. Also, getting the Patent for Cervical Cancer test is a good bonus for the Shareholders. When they start earning money from Cervical Cancer tests and also the Royalties regarding that, this Stock MAY be trading in Dollers. We will see what happens in the coming weeks.

With this volume, you can set your price. Some investors or MMs will give you a special deal, such as 0.0195 based on the cost of 0.0185. One thing you shold consider is to spread the risks by investing in many stocks. You should also wait and see how this company persorms before putting more of your eggs on them. CLBE is a Good buy at 0.033 - 0.034 range. I have played CLBE many times . Bought at 0.034 and sold at 0.04s.
DIAAF -- Retracing back to its initial levels. May head lower.
Another Good one is LBTN. It is very near to its bottom. I am waiting for it to go 0.006-0.007 range and then buy in Bulk.
VMHVF may come down next week and is also worth DD.
ITGJ -- Worth throwing in 300 $ and take 1M. See this explode this month.
EOGI - If they annouce the production Start, it will explode. CSCE is their patner.

Thanks jimmer. We all know that this company has potential and is a possible Buyout candidate by some good Pharma company. With Revenues coming we might see it heading Northwards shortly. I do not own as much as you own but was flipping it numerous times. But I plan to keep at least 100,000 stocks locked just in case this heads to Dollar Land. Of Course Cervical Cancer patent is a added Bonus for the Shareholders. If they give the news for additional revenues from Cervical Cancer test, then that is it. There is no stop to it. But I still beleive that in Short term it will head to atleast 0.05-0.07 range even if we do not account Cervical Cancer revenues.

i like the prie right now ... Great entry point ...call the Ceo of the company Phone: 801-261-8736. I told them i was an invester in the company and asked them about the stock price and if there was anything they could tel me about the company and its latest products. They said that in there opinion the stock is way under vaulued. They then commented that there products where begginingto make money i asked how much, they said they where unable to give me that information. They then reensured me that by being an invest in the company i will be greatly rewarded. I asked when we can exspect a PR about any of there products , Though they could not give me an exact date they said an update on everything going on in the last month will be comming out shorty !!

Don't worry, the MMs will raise the pps nicely. Just give them 3 weeks. They need more shares to make a rally. So the chart will look scary at times, this will shake out the losers. I am very confident about glif, so just set a price to sell and go to play golf or bowling and let the MMs handle it. wow. I dont see anything about the financing this company has gotten itself into. Did see someone mention the big sells and thats about it. This stock is under dilution and wont go up much until thats over. About 100-150 million shares will be hitting the bid/market. Which sucks because those shares are being soaked up at these levels and will be inventory to be sold on any rise or increase from here by MMs/Firms taking in the shares the Financiers are selling that they got at .0055 which is well below current price so I dont blame them for selling. So you got 2 way battle here...Financers selling and then on any upside you got MM's armed with super cheap shares. Were probably goin to wait to see .01-.012. Good luck to those that jumped in here at this .02 level.

I'm going to forget about today. Today's an extremely boring, unactive day not only for GLIF but for all the rest of my holdings. Monday's right around the corner. I just need to get today, Saturday and Sunday over with and Monday will be with us again in no time. I plan to sell Half at Double and keep remaning. Who knows that this company may be trading in Dollers in the coming years. See the SPRX.OB ( same play as GLIF). If it can trade in 0.25, why can't GLIF. GLIF is way undervalued. At 0.02, if I had more money I would be buying more GLIF. If it starts rising, it will explode in a single day.
DWE -- If you really want to sell sell 25% of your investment in 0.03, another 25% in 0.04 and keep remaining for long term. JMHO

I use the following criteria to select a stock that will likely run in 3 weeks: 1. The O/S is under 300mm shares; 2. The pps has recently been pulled down at least 50% by the MMs to collect cheap shares; 3. The stock has a history of runs and jumped at least 50% during the runs; If you find such a stock and the pps stays at bottom for a week or longer, get in at bottom and set a targer of 35%, I am 80% confident you will get hit and win the game in 3 weeks.
GLIF has met all the requirents, try it.

I am very impressed by the upward potential of GLIF. This is the worst time of the year to make a run, and it jumped up 40% twice in a day, without a pr. This is only part of the MMs' game plan -- to shake out year end tax-sellers. The MMs are not selling yet. It's a great gamble to wait for the PR. Now, you know even when to get out is a gamble.

Hi, Mgordy. I believe every trade is a gamble -- like to get in or not to get in, at what level to get in. Now, to get out or not to get out, and at what pps to get out, every step is a gamble. Now I gamble on the assumption that the MMs have enough cheap shares, and we are not going to see anything under 0.02 until the whole cycle is over. This is my gamble. Every body must play their own game. I hate to see people to complain that they get out too early, or too late. Play a good game, and have fun.

It's too risky to catch a rally. A better gamble is BANY: 0.0058; bottom bounce. I played BANY and won several times. See the chart and you will like it.

Jim SC, I have some money availiable after selling GLIF. Can you give me some stocks which are good fundamentaly but have taken a beating and are at bottom. Currently I am thinking CLBE, RSHN, ARSC, EOGI. I would research BANY. Your comments are appreciated.

Your selections look very good already. Try to study the charts and guess the bottoms, then play a bid at bottom for a few hours. In most cases, the MMs will fill them. After you get a position, try to figure out the range of the next run for that stock, in percentage, like 50, 40, or 30%. For example, BANY could run to 0.015, then set your target at 0.0146, always a few points below the top. My current picks are: BANY, GMTH, USXP -- they are all at bottom. You can find their threads on the first 2 pages of allstocks*dot*com. Timing of entry is very important, so do your DD and place your bids soon. For the purpose of practicing, I suggest that you diversify and place a small position in many stocks. Once it works, you can enlarge the positions. Don't compromise, if you miss the bottom, let it go and wait for the next cycle. Try to dance with the MMs, instead of fighting with them. Do your DD and treat each trade as a gamble. Jim, I accumulated 400k of shares at an average of .0298 and saw it down 50% until yesterday's blastoff...when I got into the GREEN I couldn't resist and dump my shares at .031 late yesterday afternoon (actually the MM's had a sense of humor as the last 200k were all executed over a 2 hour period at the ASK)....I see ARCA sitting at .022 and I have an order in at that price...still a GLIF believer, just willing to take any profit I can after being down 50% and not looking back, only forward until the next opportunity. Yesterday was a group play and now I think that's done with and will settle down until we get that next PR, which we haven't seen since Nov 8th.

Congratulations, Bullistic for making a profitable deal. I got in at 0.020 and planned to hold it for a few months. When it hit 0.029, I almost tempted to take a profit. Then I considered what's up to the MMs and other factors: (a) this is not a good time to make a rally -- too many investors wanted to get out for tax purpose; (b) 0.03 is not a profitable level for the MMs to make short sale later -- their av cost is 0.024; (3) the pr is not out yet. My conclusion is that the MMs have changed the strategy to 2-stage rallies: the first one is for those who wanted to get out and the day traders. Yesterday's rally is very healty for GLIF. It allows the investors who got in to build confidence because the pps did not fall as last two Raalies. Most traders who got out yesterday will appreciate the value of GLIF and got back in again. I believe GLIF will have a good support at 0.025 soon. The top of next rally will be much higher. Yesterday's rally happened this way: The first few deals were made among the MMs themselves. These deals triggered some computer programs which alerted the traders and BBS, which in turn spreaded the msgs out. Pretty soon the whole trading community all knew that GLIF was on a run. This demonstrated all stock pps and all rallies are contorlled by the MMs. Yesterday's small rallu is very good for investors, too. Those who got out are winners becasue they took profits and could invest in some thing else. Those who are holding their positions will stand to win bigger profins when the second rally comes in a few weeks. It will need 3 weeks to confirm my view points. Thanks for your patience. JimSc

I got out yesterday and made $990. I plan to enter on Friday when my funds become settled. Also, JimSC, I am watching GLIF since several weeks/months. On every Friday there are 3-4 major transactions for millions of Shares below the Bid price. That causes the PPS to drive lower as MMs are grabbing cheap shares for the ongoing dilution. Even if I account dilution, GLIF is cheap at these levels. PPS will rise but before rising it will fall back to 0.016 - 0.017 range. JMHO

Thanks for the information, gemseeker. I will be watching the dilution problem. Do you know the size of new shares last Q. Since it can make a rally about every 6 weeks, the problem is not so serious as USXP>

I beleive that atleast 9-10 M were diluted last Friday alone due to Spiral financing problem. There were 3 transactions below the Bid price. One for approx 4M, one for 3.5M and another for 3M approx. I checked the pinksheets for the O/S count but I beleive that the O/S might be closer to 100M now. GLIF management has to vote to raising the A/S in January as the number of shares which need to be coverted for the financing (Financed for Debt conversion) will be too less. I will go through the Pinksheets website and Copy some sttements. But despite all this dilution, GLIF seems to be a good buy.

Thanks for the information. 55 mm shares were traded during the past 2 trading days. This is very good for the expected PR rally. If they could generate some rev in next few Qs, GLIF will be a good gamble. Right now it's just another Otc stocks.

Give it 3 weeks, and I am 80% confident there will be another run so the MMs get to do the short selling.
My qualification to make the above statement: I have correctly predicted the bouncings of 5 major gainers in the past 3 weeks: BANY: up 148% SYCI: up 420%; USXP: up 50%; GLIF: up 92%; GMTH: up 59%; All based on the MMs' accumulation and level 2 data. Now with Will's vomlume report. Do your DD -- each trade is a gamble.

This week is for year-end tax sales -- it's not a good time to make a run. Remember that the MMs got a lot of inventory to clear, they are under great pressure to make a run. So give them a few days after the new year. You can call GLIF about the pr if that will make you more confortable.

I think we are now moving towards finding out the chances of this company succeeding. Another few weeks and we will see how much money was generated from sales of malaria and dengue fever test strips and if this enough to carry the company through reguaatory approval of the cervical cancer tests. I cant see how this stock will remain stationary, it seems to me it will either fold if the money is not there or move up quickly as they tick the boxes and release subsequent PRs for their product. Nice 16% increase on reasonable volume in the last 45 minutes today. Is there information on the horizon...?

There definately is information on the horizon as GLIF are exhibiting at the WeathExpo forum Jan 12 - 14 in Houston, Texas, which is co-incidentally not even 5 minutes from my office...! I am registered and will attend on Thursday and give you guys feedback Thursday evening. I wanted info and now I get a three day audience with the company. Take em out for beers and get the scoop

I am on GLIF but not on a day to day basis. Live webcast tomorrow for 30 minutes given by GLIF. It is webcast on the following link.
My guess is the activity in the last two days is investors making sure they are invested prior to the company presenting this info tomorrow. Of course co-incidentally the presentation finishes exactly as the market opens at 9:30am....
I went to the exhibition that GLIF were due to present at in Houston on Jan 12th and GLIF were not there nor had the exhibtion organizers ever heard of them.
One thing is for sure, if GLIF pull out of the presentation tomorrow morning, I am getting out of the stock as that would be very suspicious to me after last week.

Did anyone see the webcast? Interesting stuff. I am surprised no-one is talking about it here. The company have moved to california and are hiring people to execute their 06 plan. They have a bunch of PR planned with regulatory submissions in China, India, Mexico and Canada and have 8 patents pending, due to be approved in the next 6 months. Their CEO says earnings will be $500K next year and $10 Million in 24 months. First PR is due out Monday with news on a newly hired director of marketing.
I think this has seen the bottom a few weeks ago and will steadily increase as this company moves forward. I own 600,000 shares so I hope so!
