Anybody know anything about Markland Technology...looks like a real business with real contracts, 200 employees, and is down from 15 cents in August and near a buck in the last year, only to be around .042 with positive news coming out...appears to have somwhere between 90 million and 150 million shares O/S, so not too bad there either. Thinking it's a good entry price and a viable interesting business....

(OTC BB:TCNH.OB - News), defense and homeland security companies transforming advanced laboratory technology into real-world products, announced today that the U.S. Army's Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) has awarded subsidiary EOIR Technologies Inc. new orders for technology products and services totaling $3.3 million.

The Army's NVESD research and development group is one of the U.S. military's most advanced technological leaders. EOIR Technologies Inc. is working on a range of next-generation technology solutions for the NVESD, including night vision and advanced sensor applications, disposable sensors, and other threat-detection systems.

The $3.3 million in new orders come under an NVESD omnibus contract. The omnibus contract Option Year Four was awarded on July 15, 2005. Since that date, EOIR Technologies Inc.'s omnibus contract awards have totaled $13.5 million. As of August 31, 2005, EOIR Technologies Inc. had funded backlog of $50.6 million.

The ongoing Omnibus contract may provide a maximum ceiling amount of up to $80 million in fiscal year revenues. Many of the products and services being delivered on this contract utilize next-generation electro-optic and infrared sensor technologies that are being used in direct support of U.S. military combat operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and elsewhere. The Army's NVESD has been responsible for numerous key innovations in the fields of optical electronics and thermal imaging for weapons targeting, electronic surveillance and other mission-critical military applications.

probably..this dropped a bunch a couple of weeks ago..I really expected it to rebound with that PR...anyway I got back out cause it wasn't moving..cost me $10 for the commissions lol

Nothing but good news coming from the company with another big order, it makes a very small move up for the news (nothing like on Wednesday) and now it's even down to .0311x.032 on 22 million shares....diluting?? Must be, either that of MM games...only time will tell. 108,805,091 shares o/s as of 4/21/05 and 154,822,317 as of 5/19/05 and there was 94,494,159 as of 3/31/05 filing, and with 500,000,000 authorized, perhaps the market is being flooded...but the news sure looks good.
