DEL MAR, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 15, 2005--Homeland Security Technology, Inc. (a Division of Amnis, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMNI - News)), announced today that HST, Inc., has recently concluded negotiations with Five Alarm Security of Carlsbad, California to partner in offering Honeywell security alarm products to commercial and residential clients nationwide. "We have been working hard to find a company with the talent and contracts that Five Alarm Security brings to the table," commented Mark Wilson, Director of Security Systems Division for Homeland Security Technology, Inc. "Five Alarm is a local company with a sterling track record in the alarm industry. This partnership will allow us to offer Honeywell commercial and residential alarm and video monitoring systems to clients from coast to coast."
Terms of the partnership agreement were not made available but both companies have expressed a strong desire to have contracts signed by Tuesday August 16th.

"HST, Inc. has been keeping us very busy with contracts for security systems in the northern San Diego County area and we agreed that now was the perfect time to partner with this outstanding company."
