From my technical perspective, it doesn't have a lot to offer. The price is nice, but are you looking for something to happen to raise it?

imo, we won't be hearing anything until they have something to report on revenues. That probably means we will have to wait for a quarterly report.

As the CEO said:
"The success of the company is not going to be based on any single project or endeavor, but essentially on a series of many purposeful steps."

"'Silent Periods' will occur when there is simply no news to report."

"...press releases will only be distributed when there is tangible news to report."

In other words, they are working on a plan which will take time. Whether you believe them or not is what will determine your actions concerning UNQT at this point in time.

Personally, I think they are on the level, but that's just an opinion.

I like this because everyone right now is just sitting on their shares and are not going to sell short term.....all the shorts are out and this stock has had small volume as of late.....I look for it to finally start paying off soon in the near future.....

I agree lets wait to hear the "P" word! Everyday I look at my scotrade account and when i look at my total account value I subtract UNQT's value. I do not consider this an "investment", I consider this a winning lottery ticket to be cashed someday in the future. Now what day that is who knows... GLTA =)

there loss and our gain.....they sold to put there money elsewhere......stock I like and pick it to increase over the next couple of months one to put away and cash out later....alot of potential here....

and remember things at .0001 usually belong there.... it should go lower but it can't....

for example even at .0001 a company with 18 billion shares outstanding would be worth 1.8 million dollars, which easily would be too high for some crap company with no revenue or operations etc. and no prospects.... so if they did a reverse split to lower the shares and raise the price, it would probably crash down another 90-100% after the split, and you're at .0001 again with only a few shares.... i.e. if you had 2m shares yourself after a 1000:1 reverse split lets say, you'd only have 2000 shares....

i believe this stock will fare very well because they are entering various markets that make money in realestate.....having lived in some of these areas house values have gone up over 20% year over year and rents have gone up15 % year over year....las vegas, san diago, and miami have very strong markets for growth and this companies strategies are right on the money.....time to buy...

It won't go up until the weak hands sell. This is not a short term stock (and a pink at that!).

Have you ever done a search and found a stock that used to trade at sub-penny prices, but currently trades above $1? Thats what this stock could be. However, you should not invest more than you are willing to lose--if you have more, you better sell it down to a comfortable level. This is a lottery ticket (though the odds are better than for an actually lottery).

I believe in this one thorn...and you are definitely right..I believe that this stock long term will hit the dollar range...realestate takes time to buy and sell so this is the time to get in....cant go lower and hold on.....

with the hurricanes over the gulf coast and housing shortages .....this stock could definitely go up in value....they buy properties in florida and could see a rise with displaced people....good chance to get in at a very low .0001......

Price is under 0.00005 (note the extra digit). We can't trade at that level nor see the extra digit, so it rounds down to 0.0000. [Razz]

Um, 21M is not high vol for this stock. 200M or higher would be significant vol. If I remember correctly, the float is around 800M.

Yes, well, don't expect much until next year (at the earliest). Real estate is a good investment, but it will take time and is not without risk. The hurricanes should help them out though.

I have offered my shares at 0.0001 for the last two months ...but no body has even bought a single share from me... I could wait on that stock but what I'm afraid of is the bankruptcy ...so what wouild u suggest guys...and do u think it will have a chance to pay us off at the end?

we are all waiting on this one....only creating a need to own will make this one go up....good company to own longterm.....people just need to feel good about buying into it.....the price turns people off unless the price starts to go up.....
