U.S. Government Contract Awarded to World Am's Isotec Subsidiary Monday August 1, 9:30 am ET

According to the terms of the Share Exchange Agreement, the warrants and the preferred stock are to be issued upon the closing of this transaction (which is scheduled for August 5, 2005). As a result, a subsequent Form 8-K will report the issuance of these unregistered securities, as well as the change in control of the Company that will result from these issuances.

This compnay makes secure turnstiles with metal detectors AND BOMB DETECTING SENSORS.
They are installing these type systems at banks, airports AND SUBWAY's! (Think London bombing here!)
They received a contract for an anti tailgating sensor to detect a "shadow" vehicle entering into a facility! This is huge business for Ports and other Secure installations.

WESTMINSTER- Isotec Inc., a Westminster-based company that develops access-control security systems, continues to bring in new orders from customers ranging from banks to defense facilities to jewelry stores.
Isotec makes a passage structure with systems designed to prevent unauthorized assets from entering or exiting a facility.
The company's most popular portal is a two-lane system in which a person goes into an entrance, passes through a metal detector or other device and then is allowed through an inner door to the facility, said James Alexander, chief executive officer of World Am Inc., the holding company for Isotec.
Access can be set up for credential readers including biometrics like palm prints, fingerprints or keycards, he said.
"Going out, it's in reverse, and the door locks behind you before the outer door opens", he said. "We make various models, but the two-laners are used as entrances to banks. They replace their front doors. Many are bullet-resistant doors."
Isotec recently received a new weapons control system order from a San Francisco Bay area dealer for a California banking institution.
"Our dealer tells us they are presently working on six proposals for financial institutions that they believe should lead to orders for installation this year. The current order is for an upgraded two-lane model 9084 portal," said Paul Labarile, a spokesman for Isotec.
Founded in 1998, the company now has 15 employees, Alexander said. "We have always been a security company for access control. We make these entrances with various metal detection equipment or access control.
"We presently have 10 bank systems and two government proposals in process. Of the 10 bank systems proposed, we have already received five purchase orders and expect that the remaining five could be received within the next month," Alexander said.
"We also continue to seek to obtain new dealers in areas where Isotec is not presently represented," he said.
Union Bank, Wells Fargo Bank and the Federal Reserve Bank are Isotec customers.
"Surprisingly enough, since 9/11, we haven't seen what you'd expect in the growth of security,"Alexander said. "The government hasn't had the budget to do what they wanted to do. A new budget year could change that," he said.
Isotec develops and manufactures Automated Passage Control and security devices. Its systems are fabricated as passage monitors with two-door bi-directional or multi-lane structures with interlocking systems designed to prevent unauthorized assets from entering and exiting.
The systems feature a high-strength tubular aluminum structure with heavy-duty narrow stile doors and closer hardware. Locks, sensors, displays and control electronics are used to monitor all interlock functions.
According to the company's Web site, it reported 2003 revenues of $654,726. Its first-quarter 2004 sales, the latest figures available, totaled more than $137,201.
"We do a lot of business with some groups out of the Department of Energy, nuclear facilities and with the Air Force for weapons storage facilities. We also work with jewelry stores and many financial institutions. That seems to be standard," he said.
Isotec sells through dealers and distributors who market to the general public.
In the United States, the manufacturing of the portals is done in Westminster. The company also has a facility in China. "We have a facility in China in the process of completing a manufacturing and licensing agreement for distribution there," he said.
Alexander said the security portal industry is not that competitive. "There are about a half a dozen outfits out there, but we're one of the few that custom builds units for application. Others are standardized. We make the portals so the equipment fits with the facility's architecture," he said.
Alexander said he has owned several companies, including one founded in Boulder. He operated Energy Sciences Inc. from 1980 to 1986. "We were a premiere manufacturer and designer of windmills," he said. That company was sold in 1985.
Alexander worked for Rockwell International for several years at Cape Kennedy, Fla. He was strictly involved in the business side of operations and not development.
After selling Energy Sciences, he operated a couple of consulting firms advising small businesses.
Later, he was approached about starting a business customizing security portals and founded Isotec and its holding company, World Am Inc., in 1998.

The contract calls for a pilot system that can be utilized at multiple sites, helping to secure at-risk locations -- specifically the Isotec-designed Access Control/Weapons Detection system.
It employs the newly developed, patent pending, ATG200 Anti-Tailgating System, and is the company's first unit to be included in an Isotec custom designed government procurement.

I really like this stock for the integration of the new sensors (tomorrow's acquisition) into their entry portals. This technology could be very beneficial to high traffic entry points like Stadiums, airports, SUBWAYS.....

Look at the mirror trades there between MM's at the bid...
Lesson #1....the MM's will ALWAYS try and shake it down to collect cheaper shares to cover their shorts from the run up! They do it by selling at the bid between themselves and scaring people into selling.. at which point they drop the bid and people panic sell...

Im not to sure bout next week like FOT said they had there news releases this past monday for some reason it dident take off from the news idk it may do ok next week or it may slid a little lower it has a resistance at .016 but if it breaks that it may fall all the way back to .01 If you are looking for a good play next week look at ICMH big news comming monday or tuesday of next week is going o send the stock into the pennies but do you dd and do what you think is best GL

Identical pattern to JUne 27 and JULY 25th.... Same volume, MACD, RSI.... BTW vol was at the highest for this stock.

Look at the mirror trades there between MM's at the bid...
Lesson #1....the MM's will ALWAYS try and shake it down to collect cheaper shares to cover their shorts from the run up! They do it by selling at the bid between themselves and scaring people into selling.. at which point they drop the bid and people panic sell...
WDAM recovered right back up to where it started.. but it made my heart skip a couple beats in the meantime... it always does!

Alot of FOT picks go no where after he calls it. They usually tank after he calls it or they get halted. The only FO2 pick I can say I like is PLNI and that's having problems breaking .02 Alot of people are starting to notice that DD is over rated and it's basically a smoke screen for the pumpers and dumpers.. FO2 deals with promo's but alot of them turn out to be bad because the company is dumping shares while you guys buy or the company is Practicing illegal trading styles.

The wife and I went to Kailua Kona HI. on the proceeds. I called Tex and peaser from my 5 star hotel room.
I think FOT has another hard runner here..
There is some heavy weights from around allstocks in this thing, and thats a very good sign.
peaser is probably in the gulf stream fishing somewhere by now, or he would be in it as well.
But I am a day/swing trader and long for me, is a couple of weeks.

after you have been around awhile? you will see a pattern...the pattern? these companies are raising money...that's what the stock market is FOR..it wasn't created to make you rich... it was created to raise money for business...(alot of these busineses are only about selling stock unfortunately)
yes MOST of the penny stock are crap, and by penny? i mean under 10 dollars.... don't fall in love with these... play 'em...we are trying our best to point them out to you guys at the right time, and the only people that are right all the time are the market manipulators....

ICMH: Debit card company with News coming.. per the CEO whom I have called numerous times to verify. I am still holding all my shares, have not sold a single share yet!
PLNI: recycled plastic manufacturer that everyone here pretty much already knows about...
SLWF: WiFi company doing installs at hotels and other group meeting places... alerted at .015, went to .029, retraced to .008 and is now at .03+.... I saw the potential and sold half after the run when I posted and sold the other half last week at .032....
Sure, I will admit some picks have bombed, who's picks haven't.... I do MY best to provide specific reasons for my purchases, none of which are "because it has a low float"....some are based on what I think is pending good news, or if it is a chart play!
CRGOpromoter (I.e. MoMo) is looking to get a group to start playing some stocks, and he WILL make money doing it. He will post multi hundred % gains on his picks but will fail to post the % losers that he also selects!

Personaly, I like what FOT brings to the table. I have played a few of FOT's picks and some I have skipped. I do my own DD and make my own decision, so if it makes money, that's great but if it doesn't then that's the way it goes. I look at FOT's posts as additional DD that can help me make my mind up one way or the other. I don't see it as pump, I just see it as DD and I do with it what I may and hope you keep up the good work FOT, and thanks for all the hard work!

I don't usually like to hold micro penny stocks for more than a few days, but WDAM's potential is awesome. I don't think it will be bouncing below $0.02 for very much longer. The past 3 dips have been less and less severe.
This company's 2006 estimated profit is MORE THAN 12 TIMES GREATER than their 2005 estimated profit.

Don't know. I just saw a volume spike. That's all I look for. Usually when there is higher than average volume something is up. This wasn't a HUGE volume spike, but it was enough to get my attention.
