Do most companies announce a move to another exchange (i.e the OTCBB) through a news release or some other media outlet or do some companies treat it as a quiet affair? Kinda strange that OXFV would not say anything publicly yet. Maybe they have a bigger announcement up their sleeves.

I was reading last night that when it had the high of the year, it's when all the rumors of this PR news started. Then the price drop like crazy, they announced it complete when the price was at the lowest, so I can only expetc it to go back to where it originally started when this merger/acquisition was first brought to the table.

I think of a huge drop off when the group leaves the play, which is not occuring now.
Even in the early trades huge amounts of money were played. I'm not the type that believe even groups would have more than 50-100k to throw at these things. You may know more about the topic though.
Lilpenny puts it as I see it. Aren't we all just one big group? The news is our flag at which stock to put money into. There will be bagholders on real plays just as there will be on group plays.
But as I see it, things have leveled off because the stock is up 400%. I'd be worried to put money in because I would have missed the run. I'm sure we'll see a late day run and possibly a gap in the morning for the new players. Matt

If the group had 100 people each with 1K they would have $100K.

Don't think I'm trying to insult you or anything MasterQuinn.
I tried getting into a group once and my experience is that they don't work. Trying to get 100 people, let alone 30-50, to play the stock correctly without getting greedy is next to impossible. Someone usually gets hurt in the process.
For example, just for kicks I threw a simple $40 at one group play just to see if I could turn that $40 into over $1000 by playing the group picks. That $40 is now worth $.42 with a total loss of 98%.

Okay, this conversation of group play or not, needs to stop.
This news had been expected since a while back, I spent three hours reading on OXFV and looking at the chart. Ever since the intention of an acquisition was announced a few weeks back this stock had plummeted.
How many have seen a stock go down despite big news? The reason is that MM's see a great profit in the future and bring that particular stock to it's knees waiting for those news to come out. This is the second time I have played a stock like what OXFV is doing today.
In reality I have been watching it, for example just now it was at .0066 it took 4.5 million to get back to .0071 two minutes later it took only 50,000 shares to bring it back to .0066 So you tell me would a group play do that?
I think MM's are not letting it go up now.
Bottom line it's your money and you can do what, if you have a profit take it and run, if you think .007 is a good price and that it can go to .032 then get in. Either way this is MY VEGAS room.

As I see it, the last three huge stocks that have ran were GZFX, WDAM, and now OXFV. All three had good news. This is all over the span of a week to two weeks. Has anyone had any success at getting in low enough to make at least 100-200% on all of them? Obviously I am excited to learn how to be able to play the large interest movers like these. Matt

Breaking news after and before market hours, buy it was closed by ADMINs
I spent three hours last night reading about OXFV looking at charts and trying to analyze the news and I sold other stocks to buy at .0023 Glad I did.
I'm determine to find me another runner for tomorrow.

How do you sell shares like these that are below $0.10 as stop or stop limit?
I am using eTrade and I can only sell at least 5 cents below current bid as stop or stop limit.
If I want to sell limit, I need to find an amount above current price.
How do YOU keep this kind of stock from slipping below a certain price in your portfolio when you are not in front of the screen all day?

Where I may sell, depending how things look, if doubtful for Monday I might sell ad make a good profit even if e-trade gives a 10 day restiction (90 day)

I'm back in......didn't think it would fall this low ,but put an order in at .0048 for the hell of it and got filled......I still have my same pedictions of maybe getting back to the 7's tops 8 we'll see

Will be interesting to see EOD action--we're seeing huge correction from unbelievable HUGE upward yesterday. Many weak hands here now but have fundamentals of this co. + merger changed!!? Just bought some more at .0054 and I can tell you manipulation games are happening big-time on this one. That ask was jumping around like mad...but I roped the prey. If you think the fundamentals are in place buy now because next week could be another surge to .01 + How much are these shares worth according to bullish techies out there and factoring in news of yesterday? Right now huge selloff and MM tactics are clouding bigger picture. It looks to me that MMs are loading up for some big action and profits next week.
