PHILADELPHIA, Jul 27, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Sure Trace Security Corporation (OTC:SSTY) has today announced that, it has entered into a binding agreement with Sensor Media Corporation (Sensor) through its subsidiaries, to utilize Sensor's licensed technology in China, Hong Kong and Macau. It has also been granted the sole option to acquire Sensor's three subsidiaries described below within 120 days of the execution of the agreement upon mutually acceptable terms.
Sensor has indicated that it owns the Intellectual Property rights to various technologies which include solar collection systems, fingerprint imaging systems, and TV back-Plane systems. These technologies are held through Sensor's subsidiaries -- SMC Solar, SMC Biometrics and SMC TV. Sensor has licensed worldwide exclusive manufacturing and distribution rights for these technologies and has granted exclusive sub-licenses to its three wholly owned subsidiaries.
Sensor's subsidiaries (SMC Solar; SMC Biometrics; and SMC TV) have, in turn, granted SSTY an exclusive sub-license to utilize, market and also sub-license these technologies within certain territories and on the terms described below:
SMC Solar: Exclusive rights in China, Hong Kong & Macau (for solar collection technology). (a)
SMC Biometrics: Exclusive rights in China, Hong Kong & Macau (for fingerprint imaging technology). (b)
SMC TV: Exclusive rights in China, Hong Kong & Macau (for TV back-Plane technology). (b)

Also, in response to inquiries from its shareholders SSTY wanted to clarify the details and chronology of the Globe Staff and Sensor acquisitions.
SSTY previously announced letters of intent with SMC Biometric and Globe Staff Consulting (GSC). Haven't done a lot of DD however much news has been flowing in and its just within weeks for the progress to show in there pps. I know the float is small and with some #'s released we could be back to penny land very quickly

News looks good and so does the company but notice one thing. MM were upticking the stock with even sells. SCHB and NITE were not even the major buyer or sellers of this stock. The way this stock was trading reminded me off NAS stocks. If you see those same MM buying big and selling small it will blow past .01 On the other hand if you see less MM lined up or alot of parital fills monday morning then alot of people will get murdered come monday.

I picked up shares at .0023 and sold those at the EOD and picked up some more for gap on moday at .0035 I have no idea what to expect and no one here could even take a guess. Either it will GAP up and run or GAP up and sell. Remember this is a pink sheet so anything can happen. I always told my friends that Pink sheets will show you major profit but the MM can change that in a heartbeat. Prime example egghead the pink sheet. She ran from .009 to .25 in one day. Guess where it opened at..... .03 Gapped down because the leading buyer didnt want to buy anymore.

What is wrong with that description of the pinks? I think it describes them to a T. Why is it that whenever someone comes along and RATIONALLY challenges a position, the opposing side almost always replies with isults and namecalling? Who is the basher here then? Pretty juvenile practice that.
Thank you Dingbat you took the words right out of mouth. Everyone looks at 1 day and believes it will keep going on and on for the next 3 years. Unless the same BUY to SELL ratio keeps happening this stock will fall right back down to the ground. The MM's on friday gave out alot of cash on friday on the bid side. Who know's what to expect come monday. All I know is this. When the daytraders try to sell out and if we see alot of 5k orders fill on the bid just know alot of people will be holding this for a long time. People take a chance with Pink sheets and if you have a stock where the MM are willing to fill a 10k in cash sell order you better take advantage of it that day. I'm saying this stock will not go up but why are you assuming they are short? Because the price went up so quickly. Look how much money was traded. What's the float and whats the O/S? MM might let her go to a certain price then put up a road block for days to come. All I am saying is becareful. Alot of the people who bought friday aren't planning to invest in this stock. They are going to wait for a gap and dump like they always do and you will see it come monday morning. I am not a paid basher but a concerned investor. I just want to make sure the rookies to get hurt by the pumps and the false PPS people give out because frankly no one can tell what the price of a stock will be at close. Much less 36 months from now.

Unless PR is released everyday this stock like many others will fall the next trading dayafter a big PR. Look at CYOS and all the other stocks that had news where countries overseas were involved. Only when PR was released would you see a spike in PPS. everyother day people sell out.

This is a great buying opportunity, can't expect to remain this high after over 1000% increase in less than 2 trading days. Profit takers and don't blame them. How low will it drop in the next week?
I would say watch it close because once the new TV demo goes LIVE and all those invitees and other corporations and governments see what product SSTY has, this will ten times it's price again. So watch it close and load yourself, this ride is far from over and expect it to hang around for a long time. Company has invested lots of money and has a promising future. So buying at .01 is a bargain, I don't know what you guys and gals think it's Christmas price would be, I would say it can easily be above a dime.

Pens.....I was the one who called this last Friday(22nd) but they locked my posting for some reason.
I am just to say the least "dumbfounded"!!!
They ran it 90% monday(and down to start)/ then another 110% tuesday(and back down to start) and then dropped it to .0014 before the big run started. I got out at .0032 becuase I have watched it for so long that it was the pattern and boy did that backfire!!
Other than that your guess is as good as mine. Look at HISC which I know both of us made plenty but I wasnt on it at the top levels cause it scared me, this is the same deal as it will run hard but how hard I wish we only knew.
One thing to keep in mind though, as long as I have watched it and played with it is that its drops really really fast and thats what I thought it was doing today and bailed at .015 after the morning by in. OOOPS

I think the halting of SSTY is a good thing, it's protecting our investment, before people buy more into it. If there's no real deal with China then we can kiss our money good bye.
If SEC confirms that the deal is legit, then we will see this baby rock, what else can we ask but the approval of SEC.
I think is not only that, but also any major deal by an American Corporation with such implications on security and technology must be approved by our congress. We are dealing here with China with technology that can be used against us also, so I think it may have some issue with our government stepping in.

I don't know about the law, but a) I have never seen it released before the date without a court order, and b) I couldn't imagine the SEC backing up on the date after announcing it. That would really present a challenge because investors would be relying on the 16th and could suffer heavily on an earlier release.

I doubt this investigation is the result of someone complaining to the SEC. Most likely it's because of several triggers like unusually high volume, price change, and it being on the pinks.

I was in a stock where the trading was halted because of pending news. I thought, Oh no, but when it started trading again it went up over 100% and the went up again and again for several days. Will see what happens here.

Yeah, one2, this is kind of a "forced" long... probably be the second-longest I have EVER kept an open position without at least a swing... can't seem to leave things alone. I am glad I only have 250k shares stuck. I would hate to be in for a million or more... I would run out of my supplies of Valium, Xanax, AND Ativan by the 16th.
But, like you said, it will be bank time then -- we either go to the window and collect our sure-bet bread, or we stand outside in the rain staring at a "closed" sign. The speculation on what will happen on the 16th will be all but over by the 15th, so let's keep our eyes on the news and hope for the best!
