Medical Services International Projects Million Dollar Profit in First Quarter
7/26/2005 6:00:31 AM

EDMONTON, Alberta, July 26, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Medical Services International Inc. (MSITF) projects that in its first fiscal quarter that it will exceed $1,000,000 US in profit. Based on existing contracts, current invoices and scheduled deliveries for its VScan products in the first quarter (July 05 to Sept 05) the Company is projecting that it will report a profit for the first quarter of $1,130,000 US on overall revenue of $2,440,000 US.

As the existing contracts extend through the second quarter and it is anticipated that the Company will obtain additional contracts, it is reasonable to expect that the Company will continue to maintain or slightly exceed its first quarter pace. The time, effort and expense that the Company incurred over the last three years getting its VScan products perfected and approved by regulatory authorities in different countries as well as setting up distribution networks is now beginning to pay off.

About VScan

The VScan rapid test kit is a single use, disposable, accurate, cost effective, easy to use, test for the screening of HIV1&2, Hepatitis B&C, Tuberculosis (TB), Dengue Fever, West Nile, Syphilis, Malaria and Prostate Cancer. The Kits cannot be sold in Canada.

For all of us who have been waiting, this is very good news. For those not in yet, the price is right for entry IMO.

.0016/.0017 b/a - up from .0013/.0015 Not a big move, but in the right direction. Lack of volume info during the day seems to keep traders away, but investors may be moving the PPS in the right direction. There are miles to go before we sleep if the company keeps performing this way.

Pinksheets shows no volume because of the "f" - foreign stock (Canada) - no volume figures during the day. Volume shows up about 6PM or so. The last b/a on pinksheets at 3:04 was .0018/.0019. Don't know where your .0014 is coming from, other than that was the close yesterday.

MSITF does not update volume until after hours. Not sure why it is!

They have a great product that I think should do really awesome in the marketplace, but until they give real time trade info... the stock is not going anywhere!!! MSITF was trading around .02 just 1 year ago, and they have had nothing but great news come out! There is just no investor interest because they do not have the trade info!

Yahoo is showing yesterday's close - not updating during the day, probably due to "f" designation on company stock symbol.

I have been waiting at less a year for this to move up. I keep my left eye on it. Seems like a great product and they always PR news of revenue but it just does not move enough. Today was a nice swing but since it is a Foreign stock it does not list any L2's or quotes until after hours. You have to buy and then set a sell limit and wait for it to hit. I would love to know what the O/S is.

The last time the outstanding was reported by the company was in March and it said about 2.1 billion. The last time it was reported on a board what the TA showed for outstanding shares was in May I believe and at that time the TA said something in the range of 2.9 billion. There will be no definitive confirmation of outstanding shares until audited financials appear, which the company says will be soon, but it has been saying that for months - the recent speculation is that the company will report sometime around Nov. when it can also report its Q1 2006 (July-Sept)results, which should be strong. Most people on various boards are using 3 billion as a rough estimate of outstanding shares, but that is just an estimate and not confirmed as accurate for any specific date. HOpe that helps.

.0018/.0019 not bad from yesterday's beginning at .0013/.0015. I hope the stock keeps rising steadily as more shipments are made and we get closer to the end of the quarter when better estimates of actual shipments, revenues and profits should be available.

By all accounts this company is marginally profitable. This Canadian firm trades at .0007 x .0008 and is at it's low for the year. Shares o/s are sketchy but were 1,257,894,519 in mid 2003. MSITF is similar to GLIF's announcement in that they are also into the Dengue Fever test kit arena, and we all know where GLIF went today. This looks like an interesting play at these prices. The Canadian aspect with no active market data until after hours seems to be holding this one up from advancing.

No financials since March 2004, but at .0008 it looks like a decent risk.

EDMONTON, Alberta, Oct 24, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Medical Services International Inc. (OTC: MSITF) wishes to announce that its Shanghai facility has had to increase its production capacity from 5.0 million VScan test kits per year to 6.5 million test kits per year.

Previously all of the VScan test kits produced in Shanghai were used to supply customers inside China. Over the last 45 days, the Company has received multiple large orders from countries in Southeast Asia that border or are close to China. The only way to accommodate these orders is to produce them in the Shanghai facility. Studies have shown that the increased production volumes in Shanghai will result in reduced labor costs per kit, reduced component and raw materials costs and reduced shipping costs. It is anticipated that by increasing production in Shanghai, the overall profit margins of the test kits from the Shanghai facility will increase by 13.2% or an overall reduction of production costs of $163,000 USD.

A little dilutive don't you think? R/S just waiting to happen. Been here, and out several time's, and don't want to take another hit. Look at the chart, unless something magical happens, this is going nowhere IMHO. Just my opinion, but do your DD before leaping into this one.
