This POS is a pump & dump! lost over $100,000 on WYSAK. Idiot behind it is a fukin turbin named romie in vancouver, british columbia, running under the alias Fox IR http://www.foxir.com
call them up you'll see, they never answer phones or emails and if you do get a hold of them they never give you a straight answer. I've gone as far as visiting the WYSAK's listed head office in Seattle and guess what? it does not exist!! just like all the news they put out!!
Both the BCSC and SEC are investigating this group.
People STAY AWAY from this POS. Save your money. But if you want to trow it away try your local charity, you'll feel alot better about it.
Believe me when I say they have nothing! all the news is fake, made up. Try for yourself...call up any of the companies they have LOI or agreements to confirm...dead ends...

I am glad I did not buy any shares. I looked at their website and noticed no telephone number to contact them (only via email). Also lacking on the website background descriptions of CEO, Sr. VP, CFO, Board of Directors, etc. Who is running it??

I think he is full of shiit. I have done plenty of dd on this stock and there is no reason to think it is a scam. Many pinksheet stocks do not keep their information up to date, it doesn't mean they are scams.

I am not an insider, but yes I do own shares and therefore I don't like people trashing a stock I own, unless there is a good reason. Fox IR is a PR firm hired by WYSK, they ARE NOT THE SAME COMPANY. So many of the "news" agencies out there do drive the hype, I agree, but WYSK has not been "hyped" in a long time, and is at a good entry point now.
I understand you are frustrated because you lost your asss but please, don't confuse the facts.

Good news/Bad News - Good News - Wysak obviously does have the leases that they claim they have. See website for ewg.org. Bad News - The number of producing acres is zero. All their press releases refer to the numbers that are being produced in the entire area but not on their leases. That seems dishonest to me. - K

I really wanted to get into this one but rigzone.com has their number of employees at only 5, they are not a member of their local chamber of commerce and don't seem to have any presence anywhere except their own press releases. In other words, the other companies that they claim they do business with don't seem to be releasing the same info. Anybody have anything different?

I always try to do my own DD Jake. Do you have any sources that prove this company is legit? That they plan to do anything other than just purchase leases? I like this company on paper and was planning to purchase since the price has dropped but when I try to verify information, nothing seems to work out. All searches just come up with their own press releases. That makes me wary. Do you have any sources for other information or just the company's press releases.

Have you ever started a business of your own? It's very time consuming, and expensive. What you have here is a small group of oil guys trying to strike it!! You do not have to be a member of chamber of commerce? They are operating on a shoe string budget. If they never filed anything with SEC, why are they still trading, and how did they become able to trade? There's paperwork, dig deeper and STOP being critical, this is pennyland!!
