I have been watching this site for 2 years now and it still boggles my mind. Most of the Picks FOT have are great ones that go through the roof, but they are not pump and dump plays where your going to bank that same day. Chill out and let the charts do their work....come back in a week with a big smile on your face then ask the father if you should get on your knees now or later...jk but good luck to all im in this as well.

it hassent moved much because it has been killed in the past i was following this stock for a while and just a week ago people where begging to get out of this stock at .0002 and none was bitting and most had to sell at .0001 or hold thats why those people who where left holding dont want to get stuck with more and they are selling the stock so they dont get stuck holding the bag idk to much about the stock or where its heading but thats why i think this stock is having trouble moving imho

I just figured since the volume is high every day, once we do get some decent PR news and nor R/S then I thinkit can fly, heck I'll take .005 with the shares I have at AVG of .00025

Jakeo and others, how long before BHWK makes a move, it took almost two months to move from 1-2 to 2-3. It's just your money, but since I sold my BHWK I have almost tripled my $900 dollars.
I also had been waiting for it to go up, needed some money to buy NWPO so I sold by 3 Mill at .0003 bought at .00025
Look at NWPO partners Look at SSTY set for Olympics 2008, more deals to be announced after this major wall.

i did call black hawk today, and spoke to a person, he said they were in the process of filing the 10Q this week for a acquisition, and that there will be PR out next week after all the paper work is done, also he said this acquisition will benifit black hawk, but could not talk about it til after the 10Q was filed, also mentioned the company does not want to put out PR that is of no value, also the O/S are 967mil and the float is 600mil, and they haven't been adding shares, and the company is solvent on suporting itself. i hope this helps, so i guess ill hold my shares for a few weeks and maybe buy more

MANAGEMENT'S PLAN OF OPERATIONS.
CURRENT BUSINESS PLAN
Our current purpose is to seek, investigate and, if such investigation warrants, acquire an interest in business opportunities presented to us by persons or firms who or which desire to seek the perceived advantages of a corporation which is registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. We do not restrict our search to any specific business; industry or geographical location and we may participate in a business venture of virtually any kind or nature.
We may seek a business opportunity with entities which have recently commenced operations, or which wish to utilize the public marketplace in order to raise additional capital in order to expand into new products or markets, to develop a new product or service or for other corporate purposes. We may acquire assets and establish wholly owned subsidiaries in various businesses or acquire existing businesses as subsidiaries.
As part of our investigation of potential merger candidates, our officers and directors will meet personally with management and key personnel, may visit and inspect material facilities, obtain independent analysis or verification of certain information provided, check references of management and key personnel and take other reasonable investigative measures, to the extent of our financial resources and management expertise. RECENT EVENTS
Effective January 3, 2005, we changed our name from Zannwell Inc. to The Blackhawk Fund and implemented a one for 800 reverse split of our common stock.
Effective January 4, 2005, we amended our articles of incorporation to authorize 4,000,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, and 50,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value $0.001 per share.
RESULTS OF OPERATIONS
CONTINUING OPERATIONS
REVENUE
THREE MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30, 2005 COMPARED TO THE THREE MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30,
2004.
Total net sales and revenues were at $8,533 for the three months ended June 30, 2005 compared to $0 for the prior period. Revenues in this period were derived from consulting fees.
General and administrative expenses for the three months ended June 30, 2005 compared to 2004 decreased by $290,437 to $85,574 from $376,011 in the prior period.
Operating loss decreased from a loss of $376,011 to a loss of $77,041 for the three months ended June 30, 2005.
Interest expense, net for the three months ended June 30, 2005 and 2004 was $0.
SIX MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30, 2005 COMPARED TO THE SIX MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30,
2004.
Total net sales and revenues were at $11,651 for the six months ended June 30, 2005 compared to $0 for the prior period. Revenues in this period were derived from consulting fees.
General and administrative expenses for the six months ended June 30, 2005 compared to 2004 increased by $4,278,963 to $4,684,213 from $405,250 in the prior period. The 2005 expenses include a $3,995,000 charge for compensation expense on 99,875,000 shares issued in conversion of Preferred A shares into Common shares and a $19,700 charge for 127,000,000 shares issued for services.
Operating loss increased from a loss of $696,069 to a loss of $4,672,562 for the six months ended June 30, 2005.
Interest expense, net for the six months ended June 30, 2005 was $0 as compared to the same period of $50.
LIQUIDITY AND CAPITAL RESOURCES
As of June 30, 2005, we had working capital of $36,073.
Cash used in investing activities: During the period there was an advance of $46,000 to Blackhawk's parent company pursuant to a "floating note."
Cash provided by financing activities included $292,813 from sales of stock, including stock option exercises and $4,863 from a related party.
COMPENSATION FOR OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS:
The officers have agreed that any and all salaries and/or other forms of compensation that have not been paid because of the Company's financial condition do not accrue. The officers have agreed to forego any and all amounts that might have come to them for past services rendered in its behalf.
CRITICAL ACCOUNTING POLICIES
The preparation of our consolidated financial statements in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States requires us to make estimates and judgments that affect our reported assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses, and the disclosure of contingent assets and liabilities. We base our estimates and judgments on historical experience and on various other assumptions we believe to be reasonable under the circumstances. Future events, however, may differ markedly from our current expectations and assumptions. While there are a number of significant accounting policies affecting our consolidated financial statements, we believe the following critical accounting policy involve the most complex, difficult and subjective estimates and judgments.
STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION
In December 2002, the FASB issued SFAS No. 148 - Accounting for Stock-Based Compensation - Transition and Disclosure. This statement amends SFAS No. 123 - Accounting for Stock-Based Compensation, providing alternative methods of voluntarily transitioning to the fair market value based method of accounting for stock based employee compensation. FAS 148 also requires disclosure of the method used to account for stock-based employee compensation and the effect of the method in both the annual and interim financial statements. The provisions of this statement related to transition methods are effective for fiscal years ending after December 15, 2002, while provisions related to disclosure requirements are effective in financial reports for interim periods beginning after December 31, 2002.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We elected to continue to account for stock-based compensation plans using the intrinsic value-based method of accounting prescribed by APB No. 25, Accounting for Stock Issued to Employees, and related interpretations. Under the provisions of APB No. 25, compensation expense is measured at the grant date for the difference between the fair value of the stock and the exercise price. RECENT ACCOUNTING PRONOUNCEMENTS
On December 16, 2004, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) published Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 123 (Revised 2004), Share-Based Payment (SFAS 123R). SFAS 123R requires that compensation cost related to share-based payment transactions be recognized in the financial statements. Share-based payment transactions within the scope of SFAS 123R include stock options, restricted stock plans, performance-based awards, stock appreciation rights, and employee share purchase plans. The provisions of SFAS 123R are effective as of the first interim period that begins after June 15, 2005. Accordingly, the Company will implement the revised standard in the third quarter of fiscal year 2005. Currently, the Company accounts for its share-based payment transactions under the provisions of APB 25, which does not necessarily require the recognition of compensation cost in the financial statements. Management is assessing the implications of this revised standard, which may materially impact the Company's results of operations in the third quarter of fiscal year 2005 and thereafter.

I would have to disagree trippy. If you go back and read the first page of this post, you will see that FOT posted this one as a chart play with suspiscion on news. He was clear in stating that it could run to .0006 and it did on the first run. He also posted his entry point (.0002). So he posted entry and exit points for all.
Also, if you look back at many of FOT's other posts, he posts more DD than most any other, and on the first page. If you look back at FOT's picks, I think you will see he actually has a great track record- unlike P&D'ers most of his stocks are currently near, or well above his profile price after weeks (difficult enough on large boards, let alone in pinkyland). Personally I have a high regard for FOT, as do many on the board.
Let's review some of his picks I recall and see :
PLNI- which he posted at .002. It ran to .02, and has been holding near .015 for over 2 months. GRYF- think this was posted at .0006 by FOT, and ran to .007, then slowly retraced to .0025, still well above the entry.
IGTN - initiated pick at .002 on july 21. It ran to .02, retraced slightly and is now at .012- still up 500% from the price when he first posted.
ICMH - called this at .0011 a couple of weeks ago. This ran to .0029 for a 165% gain, and is now at .002. Many are still expecting a big PR as well.
Granted, not all of FOT's penny picks have led to sustained gains of 500%, however:
IWWD - called at .0022, ran to .0049 for one day, and is now back to .0022 after 12 days.
WYSK - initiated pick at .048 on June 8, posted massive DD and thoughts, and called his exit range. It traded sideways for a few weeks then spiked to .11, retraced and is now sits at .04.
WDAM - first posted at .009, said news went under radar. Price topped .019, and reversed after a few days. Price is now at .009 after 10 days.

I see him as a great "Father of allstocks" When he makes these picks....he's using chart analysis.....do you actually think all the volume on this stock here was from allstocks.... do you know of him anywhere else he tells his findings?; does he say this thing is going to a dollar?;just stating technical analysis and fundamentals. Granted I don't think he tells everyone sell...sell but no-one trading these pennys should try to make 100grand with $500 bucks ....take baby steps and sometimes you''ll get 20-30% profit and when you're lucky 1200% you should know when you should get out,what you're happy with. I guess under the discussed terms I am a fellow Washington Bagholder with you Highlander but I guess since I was in at .0001 and .0002 long before the FOT announcement I'm good either way. Have had many opportunities to sell this but hey, I've waited this long, I only have 2 million shares, why not just wait and see? As for FOT, I just don't understand why the negativity. NOBODY should be buying a stock just on somebody's say so on any thread or any chat. I myself have made money on 2 out of every 3 FOT picks that I have chosen to play. I have not played them all however, as I look into the research and check with other boards and threads to see if I like the play. I have been a bagholder on this since long ago and I guess the smart play would have been to dump at .0006 if I could get out of it but at this point, having written off the investment long ago, I'll wait and see if there is any news and if this puppy will run. I would have to disagree trippy. If you go back and read the first page of this post, you will see that FOT posted this one as a chart play with suspiscion on news. He was clear in stating that it could run to .0006 and it did on the first run. He also posted his entry point (.0002). So he posted entry and exit points for all.
Also, if you look back at many of FOT's other posts, he posts more DD than most any other, and on the first page. If you look back at FOT's picks, I think you will see he actually has a great track record- unlike P&D'ers most of his stocks are currently near, or well above his profile price after weeks (difficult enough on large boards, let alone in pinkyland). Personally I have a high regard for FOT, as do many on the board.
Let's review some of his picks I recall and see :
PLNI- which he posted at .002. It ran to .02, and has been holding near .015 for over 2 months. GRYF- think this was posted at .0006 by FOT, and ran to .007, then slowly retraced to .0025, still well above the entry.
IGTN - initiated pick at .002 on july 21. It ran to .02, retraced slightly and is now at .012- still up 500% from the price when he first posted.
ICMH - called this at .0011 a couple of weeks ago. This ran to .0029 for a 165% gain, and is now at .002. Many are still expecting a big PR as well.
Granted, not all of FOT's penny picks have led to sustained gains of 500%, however:
IWWD - called at .0022, ran to .0049 for one day, and is now back to .0022 after 12 days.
WYSK - initiated pick at .048 on June 8, posted massive DD and thoughts, and called his exit range. It traded sideways for a few weeks then spiked to .11, retraced and is now sits at .04.
WDAM - first posted at .009, said news went under radar. Price topped .019, and reversed after a few days. Price is now at .009 after 10 days.
What about AKOL and SLWF. Father of Two has called many many runs. SLWF was 3 weeks ago at .014 and it has topped .13. AKOL was .004 and it topped .08 in two weeks. Bashers need to get a job...lol obviously ya can't trade stocks worth a *(*&*(. lol

i dont think this is a shake, like i said yesterday -- it needed news to sustain the PPS, now i got caught holding the bags at .0006. this is exactly why people shouldn't chase a run, i got caught and now i can't sell because i refuse to take a massive loss. so from here, it's either gonna make me some money or it's all gone. i'm just not gonna look at my money being lost anymore today

this stock is another of those constant reverse splitters that change their name and symbol all the time....
not a good hold.... only a trade....

just like PCCR used to be PCCL PACL etc etc.
Check PCCR long term chart... if they even have one... that's how they disguise their 99.9999% decreases over time

Oh yeah... now I remember this is Palomar... one of their symbols was PLMI look at a level 2 on PLMI there... it's dead, but symbol still shows up at .0001 with no bid or ask and a change of minus .0999
