ICM Telecom CEO Updates Shareholders on Latest Operational Status Tuesday February 22, 10:30 am ET
RENO, Nev., Feb. 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- ICM Telecommunications Inc. (Other OTC:ICMH.PK - News) reported today that its President & CEO, Doug Hamby, has issued the company's latest operational report to shareholders. The full text of his message follows:

Dear Fellow Shareholders:
During the month of February, ICM Telecommunications, after overcoming several operating roadblocks common to any early stage company, particularly with a newly launched business plan, began selling its stored value debit cards. At this time, we expect that by month's end the company will have put in operation approximately 15,000 to 20,000 cards, at an average revenue level of $4 per card.
In addition to our domestic working relationship with Ohio-based Sutton Bank, the company earlier this month was proudly able to commence offering international VISA electronic cards through the Global Bank of Commerce, headquartered in Antigua, in the West Indies. To better differentiate our product lines, especially since we may invest in telecommunications-related projects in the future, we have chosen to identify our card offerings as ICM Network, and set up a separate web site at http://www.icmnetwork.com where consumers may access a broad range of services.
Approximately 20 Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) are helping us to penetrate stored value debit card markets internationally. The cards currently being issued are for users in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Philippines and China.
We anticipate revenues of $50,000 to $75,000 for the month of February 2005. Thereafter, we anticipate the March revenue level to approximate $150,000 to $200,000, and by April to be above $300,000 per month. This number should level out to some 50,000 cards per month issued, with residual income derived from the reloading of previously issued cards. A significant portion of new and re-occurring revenues will be reflected in our company's bottom line performance.
We sincerely appreciate the patience of shareholders as we work 24/7 to implement programs that hold the promise of significantly higher revenue levels on a monthly basis. During the fine-tuning periods the past six weeks, we are pleased to report that demand has remained constant, with no lost orders of any consequence, merely postponed.
Our sales partners believe in our program, and in the potential of ICM Network, to meet and exceed their needs, and we are especially grateful to our network of ISOs for their unflagging support of our exceptional product offerings in the debit card marketplace.

bxa now 14 x 16.. and volume is picking up right before the lunchtime slowdown.. this should really move after lunch!
I think this is at most a 1 day hold! It can easily make it to the mid 30's! I want to play it to buy a bunch more PLNI!

ICM Telecommunications Retains Stock Charter Group to Assist With Market Making and Stock Accumulation Strategies Monday November 22, 9:30 am ET

Stock charter Group also helped ATCT and they went from below 0.01 to over 0.06!

The chart looks great. the MACD just crossed today and will run for a couple of days. The CMF is positive, the Stochs and Rsi are diverging positive..
This one should see the mid 30's! Todays volume increse will set off some alarms and will bring some more action in tomorrow. This moves well on smaller volume so, tomorrow should be fun to watch!

Also note what happened the last time the pps crossed the 20dma (Middle Bolli band) back in early May....

The chart is looking good still! We closed abov the 20dma, the stochs are pointing up, the MACD has crossed and is pointing up!
I really want some news on revenue during the last quarter! If they reached what they expected / stated in an earlier PR, this will launch!

And here are my questions and his responses:
1) Have the revenues as stated in previous PR been realized?
A: There was a delay in their program because of requirements that VISA had changed in implementation of their product. This has been worked out and they are beginning their program now. Doug stated that they already have 2 BIG contracts just waiting and they will be releasing within the next two weeks. The original PR stated revenues for first half of this year, and in reality, it will be for July, August and September and the number will be greater than was stated.
2) When will the website be updated, and when might we see the next PR?
A: Doug is waiting on the developer to complete the update of the portal with the new information on their program. Again he expects that the website to be complete about the same time as the announcement of the 2 contracts... and those should be happening within the next 2 weeks.
3) I inquired about the relationship with ATCT.
A: They are working with ATCT on a few different programs. The main ones being the Debit card and the second is the VoIP systems. ATCT announced a VoIP relationship with another company, but they are for a smaller territory in Asia. ICMH expects to make an announcement about a current dealing that should complete in about 4-6 weeks with ATCT in the VoIP area.
4) I asked about financing for operations.
A: He indicated that they have private financing in place through restricted share placement. ICMH will begin the repurchase of that within 2-3 weeks and is hopeful to complete it within 6 weeks.

I forgot to add that Doug mentioned that he is expecting a similar pps as ATCT after they announce the contracts....
So are you holding it for a few weeks then FOT? I see zero volume today. I might as well hold for a little while as long as it is not going down.
