V-Net Launches e-Water at EXPO WEST Tradeshow
Wednesday March 23, 1:15 pm ET

BLUE ISLAND, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 2005--V-Net Beverage, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VNTB.PK - News) completed its first production run of e-Water(TM) on 17 March 2005. (View production video at www.enjoytherush.com) Samples of e-Water(TM) were thereupon rushed to Anaheim, California--in time for product launch at EXPO-WEST, the world's largest natural foods' tradeshow.

In attendance at EXPO (March 18-20) was V-Net's executive team, President Robert Corr and Vice President of Operations Alexander Coronado. Both executives marveled at the spectacular growth of the US$68 billion natural food and beverage industry, up 20% in three years, as evinced by numerous EXPO exhibitors. They also noted the mushrooming of small beverage companies that, like V-Net, are preparing for pitched battle with industry Titans over market share.

Corr said, "An executive review of over 10 new waters presented at EXPO-WEST yields more similarities than differences and highlights the uniqueness of e-Water(TM)--an invigorating blend of spring water, purified water, 70+ electrolytes and storied fulvic acid. e-Water(TM) stands out from the pack of these new waters. Most emulate Penta® water (a processed "structured" water; $1,000,000 est. monthly sales). Others tout the addition of common sodium or potassium salts. Rather than following the herd, V-Net has introduced what may be a new functional category of water in an exciting, shimmering, attention-grabbing bottle."

"Our e-Water(TM) has the most inclusive spectrum of ionic electrolytes and crucial trace elements of any bottled water on the market, to our knowledge," Corr declared. "The further addition of fulvic acid sets our e-Water(TM) in a class by itself. Fulvic acid transforms inorganic electrolytes into easily absorbable nutrients and brings water to life. More than this, those who sample e-Water(TM) often compare the taste to refreshing water from cascading mountain streams. It's alive."

Fulvic acid, derived from primeval humic ore, is an organic acid much studied and revered in the Orient. Ancient Chinese texts call it "wujinsan," or "golden medicine." Extensive research at major Chinese universities has demonstrated fulvic acid's renowned anti-inflammatory properties, among other benefits like heavy-metal chelation and "free-radical" removal.

Dr. Barry Sears, former research scientist at Boston University School of Medicine and MIT, is a leading authority on the inflammation response and a best-selling author. Founder of the Inflammation Research Foundation, Dr. Sears writes, "Silent inflammation is now known to be the underlying cause of heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer's and a wide variety of other chronic disease conditions." www.drsears.com.

The team of Corr and Coronado confirmed a West Coast bottling facility in Southern California to handle the blending and packaging of e-Water(TM). The 150,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art plant is prepared to produce and warehouse e-Water(TM) as retail channels open. Additional facilities in Colorado have been secured to meet further demand.

I saw this on the volume increase and the big white candle formed yesterday! The MACD is crossing over and it is coming out of oversold territory!

I think it is ready for a good double or triple play at least!

Its going great today with out the news!

AB listed it as a "Buy-IF" yesterday, and todays action is a confirmation of the uptrend...

V-NET BEVERAGE INC
Daily Commentary

Our system posted a BUY-IF today. The previous SELL recommendation that was confirmed was made on 04.27.2005 (15) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0020. Since then VNTB has fallen -35.00% .

The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Engulfing Pattern . This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend. However, its reliability is not very high and it requires confirmation.

V-Net Beverage Readies Early March Production Of e-Water
Wednesday February 23, 12:34 pm ET

BLUE ISLAND, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 2005--V-Net Beverage, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VNTB.PK - News) has scheduled a full-production run of new e-Water(TM) for the first week of March 2005 in Illinois. e-Water(TM) is a boldly innovative bottled water containing over 70 electrolytes activated with Fulvic acid. To facilitate national coverage, California production of e-Water(TM) will commence in April, with production in Florida planned for summer 2005.

According to V-Net president Robert Corr, "We think it not an overstatement to say, 'V-Net has re-invented water.' Our e-Water(TM) has been in development for some time, and we are delighted to add this fabulous product to V-Net's stable of functional beverages--which includes Ginseng Rush, Ginseng Rush XXX and Rush Herbal Cola. With its super-refreshing taste, catchy name and unmatched array of bio-available nutrients, including critical trace minerals, consumers will find lots of good reasons to 'e-Vitalize' by stocking up on e-Water(TM)"

Corr noted that e-Water(TM) marks the debut of V-Net's first fully owned non-licensed beverage. "With the introduction of e-Water(TM) this Spring to be followed by a bevy of wholly-owned V-Net products, we anticipate greater margins and potential profits to redound to the company and its shareholders for 2005."

e-Water(TM) consists of a blend of spring water, 70-plus ionic electrolytes and Fulvic acid. A 20 fl.oz. bottle contains 9% of magnesium's R.D.A. Fulvic acid is an organic humic acid that plays a crucial role in the earth's plant and animal ecology by supplying key electrolytes to cells, scavenging "free radicals" and heavy metals, and restoring cellular electrical balance--among other studied benefits. Ancient Chinese medical texts from the Ming Dynasty describe fulvic acid as "wujinsan" or "golden medicine" It is known that vitalizing waters from streams and rivers running through forested land contain dissolved Fulvic acid.

V-Net will introduce e-Water(TM) at the upcoming Anaheim EXPO-WEST (March 18-20). The show attracts over 36,000 trade-only attendees from more than 80 countries. www.newhope.com/mainpage/press1.cfm

I play stocks like I play black jack... sit back, watch... then hit hard or not at all... sometimes they take my money off the table because they think I’m counting cards, but that cannot happen here. I have no clue about all the chart stuff. I’ll leave that to you guys. My way may not be all that scientific but I made a little over 300% on my money in 2004, which is the first year I invested at all. So far I am up a little over 35% for 2005. Not as high of a % as 2004 (so far), but it is a smaller % of a larger number.

Good luck to all [Smile]

V-NET BEVERAGE INC
Daily Commentary

Our system posted a BUY CONFIRMED today. The previous SELL recommendation that was confirmed was made on 04.27.2005 (15) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0020. Since then VNTB has gained 10.00% .

Were you eager to go long? Well, without doubt, it was the right time to do so. The BUY signal was finally confirmed, and most probably you have called your broker and placed your long orders with no hesitation.

Don't worry if you have missed this buying opportunity. The market may now give you a second chance. You may still find good prices for buying in the next session.

Market is about to pop!!!

MARCH 15, 2005

Flavoring the market
New Dasani and Aquafina extensions hit shelves as flavored waters pour in

The flavored water market continues to explode, as the top two bottled water marketers in the US introduce new entries into the segment within a segment.

Both Coca-Cola North America and Pepsi-Cola North America last month launched — almost simultaneously — extensions of their respective bottled water lines.

Coke's new offerings, Dasani Lemon and Dasani Raspberry, launched just as news of Pepsi's new additions, Aquafina Sparkling and FlavorSplash, reached the market. "We think [these flavors] will offer points of differentiation for a brand that's all about good-tasting hydration," says Coke spokesperson Ray Crockett.

The zero-calorie products are sweetened with Splenda- brand sucralose.

Pepsi's Aquafina Sparkling and FlavorSplash also are zero-calorie offerings. The latter product is available in three flavors, Raspberry, Citrus Blend and Wild Berry. The carbonated Aquafina Sparkling is available in unflavored, as well as Lemon-Lime and Berry flavors.

"People are now seeking variety in their waters, but they're still looking to avoid the calories," observes Pepsi North America spokesperson Nicole Bradley. "The flavored and sparkling segments have been key drivers of water growth over the past year and this is the ideal time to release the new products."

Independent beverage market analyst Manny Goldman agrees about the timing.

"It's all an attempt to leverage what has become the most noteworthy trend in beverages in decades with the growth of plain old water," Goldman says. "It makes sense because how much does it cost to put a little flavor in? Not very much."

The new launches coincide with the release of a Beverage Marketing Corporation report analyzing the flavored water market, The Flavored Water Market: Boom or Bust? by the company's senior editor, Roger Dilworth. According to the report, annual flavored water sales could exceed US$600 million within the next few years. The study, the first in Beverage Marketing's Focus Report series, concedes that it's difficult to predict flavored water's trajectory precisely, as it is still a fledgling segment. The US$600 million figure is cited as the medium-growth scenario, whereas the high-end projection is in the neighborhood of US$800 million. The worst-case scenario for the segment is that it would spike for a couple of years and then decline.

For more information on the Focus Report series, go to www.beveragemarketing.com.

hmmmm, it would say it is not quite "pumpin" material...

It is publication that is focusing on the market itself, on facts not rumours. So, the pumping statement might be a overkill!

Yeah, explain this to me though. (I was playing army all day) My limit order was for .0018 (sell) got filled at .0022????!??? I mean, I'm not complaining, but it skipped over .0018, 19, 20, 21 and filled the sell at .0022. I don't know if I am lucky or there was a screw up on ameritrade's part.

Here's the reason I loaded my treasure chest with vntb shares today.

2) V-Net's commitment to genuine ginseng and honest marketing of this extraordinary herb is evinced by our publicized "Truth in Ginseng Challenge." At V-Net we use pure Wisconsin-grown American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius), in advertised quantities, in our beverages. Other brands tout ginseng on their labels. We are testing their claims by employing High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) on sample beverages. These tests will specify quantity, potency, species and origin of the ginseng they use, if any. We believe consumers should be alerted to brands with specious ginseng claims or little to no ginsenoside (ginseng's active ingredient).

Long revered in the Orient for its homeostatic and restorative properties, ginseng is just beginning to reveal its secrets to modern science. For example, in research conducted at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and funded by National Cancer Institute and U.S. Department of Defense, ginseng has demonstrated remarkable abilities to slow growth of cancer cells and defeat cancer-cell resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs.

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Jan 28, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- V-Net Beverage, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VNTB-News):

Dear Shareholders:

On 27 January 2004, I took charge of V-Net Beverage, Inc. as new president. Armed with over thirty years of experience in the natural beverage industry, I came to V-Net with the goal of transforming it into a profitable and respected company capable of delivering to consumers healthful and innovative products. In just one year, the company has made remarkable strides in positioning itself toward that end.

1) Our three popular selling products--Ginseng Rush(TM), Ginseng Rush XXX(TM) and Rush Herbal Cola(TM)--continue to obtain new placements in the marketplace. Thus, we expect a momentous 2005 as sales further accelerate.

Department of Defense, ginseng has demonstrated remarkable abilities to slow growth of cancer cells and defeat cancer-cell resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs.

http://news.siu.edu/news/January05/011105kj4109.html

The public's rush to ginseng is prompting V-Net to launch its own label of high-potency ginseng capsules and extract, all with 10% certified ginsenoside content, in the first quarter 2005.

3) We continue with development of Allimax Nutraceutical Water(TM) and endeavor to produce a completely stabilized drink. It is targeted for production first quarter 2005. As more studies confirm garlic's role in relieving cold symptoms and defeating a broad range of microbes, we are also pursuing other means to meet the demand for allicin, garlic's active ingredient. These include allicin capsules and allicin extract on our own label.

4) In 2004, we partnered with Fire Mountain Beverages (Pink Sheets: FRBV) to provide additional marketing and product distribution for V-Net's products on the west coast. FRBV currently sells flavored vitamin-water at thousands of locations. The arrangement will expand V-Net's marketing base for its specialty beverages, including allicin and electrolyte waters.

5) V-Net has recognized an exciting opportunity in the herb-infused wine category. We have therefore purchased a 5% stake in California's Meritage Wine Brokerage, a thriving full-service importer & distributor of fine wines from around the world. In this way, V-Net establishes a foothold in the licensed and regulated U.S. wine market. V-Net, which supplies Meritage with botanicals for their herb-infused specialty wines, has an option to purchase an additional 35% of the wine brokerage.

6) V-Net has inked an agreement with Micro Labs (OTC-BB: MLAR), developer of a patented sublingual spray delivery system which promises 90% nutrient retention rate. Under the agreement, V-Net will develop and supply botanicals, like allicin and ginseng, to Micro Labs as new items in the sublingual spray product line.

7) We are forging an agreement with Gray's Brewing Co., Janesville, WI to develop jointly ROCK HARD RUSH(TM), a pleasant tasting ginseng- and botanical-infused malt beverage. This product is expected to compete toe-to-toe with Budweiser's B-E(TM) by Anheuser Busch.

8) V-Net has received broad USPTO Class-32 Trademark Application protection for its new e-Water(TM), a specialty water charged with 70-plus dissolved colloidal electrolytes, derived from a unique fulvic-acid enriched mineral source in Utah. Fulvic acid is an organic acid which binds to crucial trace-mineral ions and renders them bio-available. It also helps remove harmful heavy metals and "free radicals" from bodily systems, and balances and energizes cell life. We look forward to bringing this exciting item to market in the near term. We intend to expand upon our electrolyte 'e' line of beverages. e-Water(TM) is only our first entry in this genre.

9) V-Net is growing. We are adding staff to develop efficiencies in distribution and marketing systems and to strategically grow our brands. Our relationship with our master distributor has been strengthened over the last few months, and we are working to add new channels of distribution.

I extend my appreciation to our loyal shareholders for their support, and will make myself available, when possible, for your salient comments and suggestions.

Stay with us in 2005. It's going to be an exciting year for V-Net.

Posted by Aqualung on :

As much as I like the letter from Corr posted above, I agree with Sgt. The letter was January, news has to come out on a regular basis to create movement here.

Volume will create a healthy pps as long as it's a healthy company with solid products, as I believe V-NET is.

Aqualung,

I am glad the weak are selling so when the news if/finally comes vntb will fly! imho

I remember buying msep at .0078 then it tanked to .0019. I didn't sell, I just averaged down. Msep flew to 9 cents because most of the weak hands sold too early. I believe it will happen here too .imho Msep today closed @ .025 which is still much higher than my average price.

If vntb goes lower, you can bet I will be adding to my treasure chest. I doubt it will go lower. imho

Please do your dd before buying.

Keep in mind Joe this one was at .18 a few years ago. It could not sustain these levels and over the years has seen a huge loss in pps. Corr also pulled a reverse split last year and then printed around 800 million shares. Things like this cause investors [even penny investors] to lose all confidence no one holds for the long term instead just riding the short trips up and down causing the overall value to continue dropping. The ONLY thing that will turn this around and cause a steady increase out of the sub pennie[Like we have seen with Gtel and PLNI] is solid news of sales and or contracts or new ventures. Until this happens we will continue to see spikes in price only to see it erode as fast as it shot up.

It could wallow for a year but if the products is viable and progress is made it still go back up with a different set of longs holding and posting.

Sgt. Steiner,

I willing to take the risk and give vnbt chance to build a successful company. I am really interested in the ginseng.

Ginseng has demonstrated remarkable abilities to slow growth of cancer cells and defeat cancer-cell resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs.

The public's rush to ginseng is prompting V-Net to launch its own label of high-potency ginseng capsules and extract, all with 10% certified ginsenoside content, in the first quarter 2005.

Wouldn't it be wiser to invest in a company before the hype or news(if there is any). imho

I agree Gtel and PLNI are great companies but we know we have missed the boat on those companies.

Vintners Toast Ruling on Shipping Bans
Monday May 16, 8:07 pm ET
By Michelle Locke, Associated Press Writer
Vintners Say Supreme Court Wine Ruling Overturning Shipping Bans Should Help Profits Flow

NAPA, Calif. (AP) -- Vintners broke out the bubbly Monday and began taking calls from East Coast customers eager to order after the Supreme Court struck down bans on out-of-state wine shipments.

In Northern California, Iron Horse vineyard co-owner Joy Sterling said her phone started ringing at 7:30 a.m. as word of the ruling got out.

"What's exciting is that this evens the playing field," Sterling said.

Sterling can't fill those orders just yet.

Monday's ruling means legislatures in the 24 states barring out-of-state shipments will have to review their laws to make sure in- and out-of-state wineries are treated equally -- and states could simply decide to ban all shipments.

Still, vintners were hopeful the ruling would uncork new markets in an industry with an estimated $21.6 billion in sales annually.

The ruling may have the biggest impact on California, which produces 90 percent of the nation's wines. But with all 50 states producing wine in some quantities, it was expected to have a national impact as well.

"It will definitely expand sales opportunities and, just as importantly, expand the reputation of New York wines because now people around the country will finally be able to get them," said Jim Trezise, president of the New York Wine & Grape Foundation.

"It's going to be sort of a snowballing effect: Wine writers will write about our wines, consumers will try them, so the industry will make more of them and that will create more consumers on the other end."

In the 5-4 decision, the high court struck down shipping bans in Michigan and New York, saying it's unconstitutional for a state to allow in-state wineries to ship direct to consumers while stopping out-of-state wineries from doing the same thing.

Although states could respond with outright bans, Robert Koch, president of the San Francisco-based Wine Institute, pointed out that wineries in other states are not likely to favor shutting down all shipments.

At issue is the traditional system in which wineries ship to wholesalers who then ship to restaurants and retailers.

A decade ago, only a handful of states permitted wineries to ship directly to consumers. But the number crept into the mid-20s in recent years, creating a confusing system where some states allow all shipments, some only allow in-state and some ban shipments altogether.

Wholesalers had argued against direct shipping, saying it would trample state rights, cut tax revenues and give teens unprecedented access to alcohol.

Wholesalers weren't giving up the fight yet.

In a statement posted on the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America, Inc., Web site, president and CEO Juanita Duggan said the ruling gives states the option of "supporting face-to-face transactions by someone licensed to sell alcohol or opening up the floodgates."

Duggan said WSWA would support strengthening alcohol laws, arguing in-person ID checks are best.

Striking down the bans was expected to have the largest impact on small wineries who aren't big enough for national distribution -- and on the wine connoisseurs who love them.

"Those very small wineries -- that direct business is their lifeblood," said Kathleen Schumacher, president and CEO of New Vine Logistics, a Napa-based company that specializes in wine shipping.

New Vine shipped a million bottles last year and is on track to double that this year, with almost 30 percent of shipments going to New York wholesalers.

Schumacher was cautious about how Monday's ruling would play out but said if New York decides to allow out-of-state shipments "that would be an enormous impact for us. There's a lot of demand in New York."

The hodgepodge system of wine shipping laws has led to quite a few irritated Wine Country visitors.

"A lot of people aren't aware of it and come in here and they're like -- 'What do you mean, you can't ship wine to me!'" said Doug White, tasting room manager of the Vintner's Collective in downtown Napa, which features vintages from several small wineries.

In west-central New York's Finger Lakes, a largely unspoiled setting of lakes, hills and valleys with 92 wineries, most sales are made in tasting rooms. Just a few wineries have become big enough to easily hook up with distributors in other states.

Peter Saltonstall, who owns King Ferry Winery on the eastern slopes above Cayuga Lake, predicted more shipping could put the Finger Lakes "firmly on the wine map." He's already thinking about expanding.

"It's a great day," he said.

Associated Press Writer Ben Dobbin in Rochester, N.Y., contributed to this story.

BuyTex... I think that 0.03 is possible... it depends on volume! If it shows a strong open, then many daytraders will be jumping on board shooting this straight up.

I was amazed this morning that just a couple hundred thousand traded sent it up 25%! If we can get the same response at the open, then I would guess 0.03.

The last time this ran, it started at 0.013 and went to 0.079! so, anything is possible!

the chart looks good for a continuation upward. The activity toward the end of day today... big pps movement on low volume is a good sign.. it won't take much to move it higher. if it can get above 25, then it should sail up to the mid 30's!

hope that helps!

da-a-a-anggg, I thought it was gonna run today. Left a sell order a little below what I thought realistic after mulling FoT's good response yesterday. But I'm also happy for the rebound--maybe they really *did* decide to take advantage of the wine ruling...that'd be cool.

V-Net Beverage, Inc. Doubles Royalty Income and Announces West Coast Bottling of e-Water
5/26/2005 2:44:01 PM

V-Net Beverage, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VNTB.PK) has announced that it is ending its agreement with its master distributor Modern Products. V-Net has opted not to renew its agreement with Modern. Handling its own sales and marketing efforts for Ginseng Rush, Ginseng Rush XXX and Rush Cola, will double V-Net's licensing revenue on these products. In addition direct communication with the distributors will simplify its new product authorization.

V-Net has also announced a bottling agreement with Nationwide Beverage Bottling Inc. (NBVB.PK), Corona, CA to produce its new e-Water(TM) in 16.9 oz and 12 oz sizes. This new location will handle its ever-increasing West Coast distribution, by becoming a central distribution point for all its products. Utilizing this facility, V-Net will realize increased profitability by reducing its freight and production costs.

Robert Corr, President of V-Net was quoted, "Having all of our beverage products available at one location will eliminate the out of stock problems that have arisen at the retail outlets. Giving us more control of our product availability on the West Coast to keep our wholesalers and retailers fully stocked."

This press release contains statements, which may constitute "forward-looking statements" within the meaning of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended by Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Those statements include statements regarding the intent belief or current expectations of V-Net Beverages Inc., and members of their management as well as the assumptions of which such statements are based. V-Net Stocks West Coast Distribution Center
6/27/2005 10:01:14 AM
BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Jun 27, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- V-Net Beverage, Inc. (Pink Sheets: VNTB.PK). The announced termination of Modern Products as master distributor has opened new channels of communication with its distributors and retailers. These channels have cleared the way for V-Net to initiate new restocking programs with participating Safeway stores and other key retailers around the country. This new initiative is being well received by V-Net's ever increasing team of independent distributors now working directly and efficiently with company headquarters. The company continues to report strong market demand for its Ginseng Rush(TM) and "triple dose" Ginseng Rush XXX (TM).

Robert Corr, president of V-Net, stated, "We have now solved our West Coast distribution problems and product is now flowing to where it needs to go, on store shelves. We also expect heavy re-ordering to follow our restock initiative, especially as temperatures heat up across the U.S. The public's awareness of the benefits of ginseng has never been greater. Consequently, the demand for our potent ginseng beverages is increasing. After all, we offer a delicious, all natural soda containing Wisconsin-grown American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius) in certified quantities, few, if any, of our competitors can make that claim."

Corr added, "V-Net continues to work closely with its distributor base, which collectively, have a marketing reach stretching west of the Rockies, the Southwest as well as Florida and the Midwest. We are pleased to announce a large distributor is undertaking distribution of our beverages to the coveted Northeast U.S. market."

"Meanwhile," Corr continued, "we are greatly anticipating our West Coast production of e-Water(TM) (advanced electrolyte water with fulvic acid) scheduled for early July at our Corona, California bottler. This facility will also be utilized as a warehousing and West Coast distribution hub, for all V-Net products."

In late July, V-Net will sample and display its products at a Midwest regional distributors' trade-only, natural foods show in Indianapolis. The presence of 300 to 400 retailers at the show provides a superb opportunity to showcase the company's offerings.
