Pursuant to Rule 477(a) under the General Rules and Regulations under the Securites Act of 1933, as amended (the "1933 Act"), submitted electronically via the EDGAR System, please consider this correspondence as an application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") for an order permitting Alliance Towers, Inc. (the "Registrant") to withdraw the Registration Statement on Form SB-2, as amended, filed by the Registrant on July 16th, 2004 (the "Registration Statement").
No securities were sold in connection with the Registration Statement. The withdrawal is being sought at the request of the SEC upon notification from the SEC that the Registrant's private placement must be completed and that a new registration statement should be filed with the SEC with respect to such offering. The Registrant respectfully requests that, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 477(a) under the 1933 Act, the SEC issue an order granting the desired withdrawal.

Take it for what it is worth something is happening with ALLC and just like BXTRR and WAVAP it has had movement before. Hello guys. Looks like not alot of action for CNES. you would of made money on my runner if you played it yesterday when i called it. I called it at .005 and today its high was .13 and its moving back up after the sell off. .005 to .13 is how much of a % change. lmao It did that in a day! CNES will never do that this year.

yeah guys this is definately a gapper. but what we need to realize is that this stock has great potentail just like bxtrr and wavap. the problem with wavap was that there were to many people getting scared and selling to early. you cannont blame them because they were up so much!
but what happens is that the momo gets so great once it passes like 400-600% and the MM have no shares left that it starts to seriously run because soooo many people are just saying "the hell with it" and wanting to just jump on for a ride! wavap never hit that point (it needed to hit like .035 to do that) but bxtrr sure did!!!

I got butterflies at bell. The reason why was because I expected to see sells but people held very strong. This should GAP in the AM around .003-.0035 I don't believe it will hit .08 but if it did OMG.. All we need to do is learn how to hold and how to keep runs going. Investing has been fun again the past two days. No longer do daytraders have to jump in at a stock that is at 75% and hopes it keeps going up so they can gain profit. If you play the companies I post you will notice that as long as it has volume and people don't bid hack it will go over 500% every single time. WAVAP got killed today because of the Bid hacking at 300%

I have been around a few so called groups and the ones I watched were of the frontload/dumpwhenpumped mentality and if you were not in the innermost circle you were lucky to get out alive. Yeah I was burned a few times. Enough that I tend to watch a few people at a time here and watch their picks or the people they follow and so far so good on most of them. Of course, the trial and error along the way has done some damage to my accounts but I am ready to fix that now!
So far any of Momos picks sustained profit levels and/or still climbed long enough for people to do come out ahead easily. The track record speaks for itself and I am staying in this one to watch it climb too!

Im hoping to regain a little of what I lost on WAVAP. Lets hope it gaps big and climbs high.
I am afraid though that after the short run WAVAP had today that this pick will fall even shorter due to people being scared of holding the bag. I read in the BXTRR thread where someone said that these "groups" or whatever you want to call it always start of strong but after a few picks people start bid hacking earlier and earlier until they fall apart.
I for one hope MoMo is able to keep the picks up for a while. Afterall there ALWAYS has to be a bag holder otherwise the stock would NEVER go up in price.

He means that american bulls . com just switched this stock from a "wait" to "buy-if" signal. This is determined through candlestick charting.

he is talking about a website that relies on candlestick patterns to produce a record of buys sells, sell-ifs and buy-ifs. Today the pattern of ALLC formed a bullish engulfing pattern. Since this is a bullish pattern thier system prob said to look to the signals tomorrow (high volume, gap up in the morn, etc.) for whether or not to buy. That is why it is called a Buy-If, as in buy-if conditions are correct. Honestly, thier signals are usually pretty good, but it still relies on the investors prowess in getting in and out of the market. And if you believe in those signals and our anticipation of a gap up in the morn and very high volume then i would jump on board this one, it looks to be good.

All of my picks have gapped. This stock will GAP to .0025-.03 with no problem. People know where this stock is and how easy it is to make money from this stock. Listen look at the buying patterns. If the ASK is hit she will run below a penny so fast that when it reaches .009 People are going to start to place sell orders. Why sell when the stock up? Don't sell because you want to get rich. Sell because you know its the right time and that if you do you sell you a postive that it will not go past your sell price. This will be fine tommorow and I expect more buys in the AM. All the sells have been picked up. 85% of them only 25% Are contoled by NITE PUGS has the rest but he is sitting at .009 So that right there should show you that they are waiting to stop us ay .009 If we break it the 52 week high will go down as well. Becaise if as a group we can run it from super sub penny all the way to .08c that is crazy! I am looking foward to a nice day tommorow and maybe we can follow the rules can keep the stock moving because if we sell the shares to ourself we are boosting the stock by buying and selling the same amount of shares we took from the float.

no one mentioned that they are goin to be getting approx 1600-2000 a month rent.on towers.that cost them 400 a month on average to lease.so figure revenues from towers approx 300k-500k a year with something like a 300-400% profit margin.towers are paid for thru stock issuance.look at the potential once they have like 50-70 towers.leases are for 10 years i belive most are cingular wireless and they are expanding big time in ga and south carolina were companies towers are.hmmm i like this stock more and more.now add the momo and we have a winner.

If it does gap , good luck trying to get in , most likely you'll get partial fills at yourlimit price and then they'll raise the ask , damn that's so frustrating when they do that , maybe it's my broker's fault Are there some that are more effective at getting your order filled for volatile stocks , let me know .
I know why people bid hack now , because once the bottom starts to drop out , you may not be able to get out , you'll be lucky if you get a partial sell . Say you put in a sell at the ask , .01 , and it gets there , they may not fill your order , then a bunch of sells go thru at the bid , and now the sky is falling , you're stuck . You can wait for it to rebound , which may not happen , or chase it down , to get rid of it . Once the mass exodus starts , most times these plays are toast , and most times peep dump before lunch and they won't jump back in again , so the stock is just about dead by 11 or 12 already .
Anyway , that's the most difficult thing for me recently with some of these plays , getting out , sometimes they won't buy them back , even if the rally is still going and buyers are coming in , there is no guarantee they will absorb all of them .
If i get one more partial buyback again , i'm going to lose it . Take the whole damn thing , already , aren't they supposed to at the advertised price if my order is in place at a particualr time , and it corresponds with the quoted price ?
Again though , could this be a prob with my broker , Etrade ?

It'll be interesting to see how this plays out. The MMs had no surprises waiting for them this morning - what they did know coming into today's session is that a LOT of people running or flipping this thing held over night. I doubt this thing is done, so don't let them shake you entirely, but I might sell (at the ask) what I was down for if you're in the green, ride your free ones and buy with other funds if this dip goes lower. I'd say right around .001-.0011 is a good entry point on the dip. She'll probably rebound to at least (conservatively) .0018....

Andrew, the only real problem is not knowing which is a good entry point. No one is entirely sure what the support level is b/c of all the selling going on. But hopefully, you're right and this most likely would be a good entry point.

I'm not taking sides with anybody,but to me MoMo has hit a home run in the last three picks. Guys, you have to remember these are penny stocks. With ALLC, coul've easily made some money from 13 to 18. Don't always shoot for the moon just because of what BXTRR did the first time around. Hopefully, this stock will turn it around for you guys. There's a good lesson here: factor in thing like bid hackers when you're deciding whether to hold, accumulate, or bail - too many people aren't considering antagonistic factors here, but are only looking to the sky for a 1000% gain. At the end of the day, its just you and your account balance - most people feel that more acutely than they do message board accountability or comraderie, so they're going to sell however they can when they feel the time is right (i.e., +$$$$), and it is always easier to get filled at the bid. Buying into something like this has to be a calculated risk - no one gets rich easily off these, unless their are some unabashed frontloaders (note: I'm not insinuating that here).

Whats 100 200 profit. Thats nothing my friend. If you arent making atleast 3k profit per pick then you are doing something wrong. OTCBB is a cake walk. You just need people who can listen. To many people look at the % change and get scared. Whats inportant is the level 2's and the amount of shares the MM are holding. 1,000% gain is really nothing if everyone does the right thing. You have to look at it in the eyes of the MM's If people are willing to sell at the BID you might as well keep dropping the BID so you can pick up shares cheaper. Then then when the sells stop the MM boost the price up both BID and ASK. Its US vs. the MM and people don't understand that. Look at BXTRR. it did so well because people were holding. Holding and selling at the ASK is the key. People would buy at .10 cents if no sells are coming in. But if you BID hack and dump 3m shares to NITE we have to make those shares back until we can move again. Its that simple. We are in a WAR with the MM and if you go to NASDAQ then go luck. This is the best place to make tons of money.

that was the problem though with allc. in my opinion there was way to many people in it at the start!what we have to do is just gap it up in the morning and get in early! IT HAS TO BE DONE LIKE BXTRR!have it all start off fresh at the start- gap it up (brings attention to it from all across the trading world) . and then buy in quickly (brings more attention) and then let her run by buying in even more(the other traders pick it up on their scans and buy in!)

I think the picks have been alright up til he went with ALLC. Even though they all didn't have much going for them other than the volume from the group. They all went well. But ALLC has a huge Float. Ok lets focus guys. The pick for after lunch has had some volume right after I called the company. Its moving rather easily and I dont know if its investors from the outside or people on the inside. We should do pretty well with this pick but I dont know who jumped in befor us. Weither its prublic or insider trading.

Don't follow this crook again. He just burned a bunch of you this morning. He bought yesterday afternoon and pumped 4 pages of posts last night and early this morning.

No group was behind BXTRR. News got out that it would be a hot play and thats why it jumped so much. On top of the fact that people were bid hacking and when the public seen that they did not want to jump in. I will start a new post about the new pick at 1:05pm on this section. Look out for it. Hopefully we can make this rise to high pennies. Because I have been looking at the buys and sells and it appears that NITE is short because he isnt even on the ask price. AsI type this its still moving up. I guess the company is in on this. Because I havent told anyone this pick yet. And its only since I called as the volume spiked.
