I'm with you. I bought in 2 weeks ago at .0275 and I'm in this one for the long haul. Give it a year for the automakers to get things rolling on the new requirements and this one should be back up over a dollar IMHO

Posted by Peaser01 on :

No doubt about that one. I think we'll see a steady climb from here on out. I'll be daytrading this on the Highs and lows as best I can. There's some big money waiting to be made here IMHO.

IN 1.90 in 01. Out 1.59. I see 5.00+ in 12-24 . Great looking chart forming.
Should rock when we day traders decide to make dollors instead of pennies.
A slow steady rise with a few doubles and triples on it's way to the moon,
we pray. Fasten you seat beat. Monday looking good from a strong Fri close.
Good luck and safe ride for all except shorts. Its your time to sweat blood.

Here is more fuel for the TIRE

Tire sensor among new auto safety steps

NewYork, NY, Apr. 15 (UPI) -- Expecting new federal safety rules for car and trucks, engineers are reported busily perfecting a tiny sensor to monitor tire pressure.

The new ruling is said to affect 17 million vehicles each year and represent a lucrative marketing opportunity for the manufacturers of micro-electro mechanical systems.

These systems have the skills and expertise to design a miniature tire-pressure system that is functional and, at the same time, able to withstand extreme temperature and vibrations.

According to Mechanical Engineering magazine, the pressure sensor contains several components in a single electronic package, including a temperature sensor, voltage sensor, accelerometer, micro-controller, antenna and battery.

The Downside. The RSI is 70+. We could be looking at a few down days to come. Be ready to sell and buy back in about 3-4 days at around .05 IMHO.

I'd hate for anyone in our Allstocks family to lose money when they don't have too

I agree that this is a good hold for the long run. I do see this dropping in the next few days though. I sold all my 200k shares and am looking to get back in around Friday to Monday with more shares. This is a chart play on my part. The chart I have provided below.

The RSI is pretty high, but the MACD is looking good....I am holding a bit longer looking for an out over .09 where I expect it will begin a short retreat/consolidation

i sold at .081 i'll get back in on the dip

Posted by Dannzon on :

You see, I am not a big believer in RSI for a stock that is trading on news....RSI is very indicative for momentum pennies etc, but when a stock has actual good news driving it, the RSI can be misleading ...IMO

Posted by Peaser01 on :

This is on the SHO list. Get ready for the dip to begin today as MM's will look to cover the short.

Posted by Dannzon on :

if they are forced to cover shorts, wouldn't that make the price rise ???

Posted by Dannzon on :

It's UP today... !!! aarrgghhh

I knew it I knew it I knew it !!!!

I hate it when I let others scare me away form my instincts....need to STOP allowing that....

I'm just glad that I bought back in today. It's getting pretty predictable. It may rest for another day or two now. I'm looking to buy more around .09-.095.

Smartire Systems Inc. (OTCBB:SMTR): Attractive

SMTR is up 45% today!
Can we say higher?

Did I say 45, now its up 51%.
Some PR today would give it a one two PUNCH!

I've got this in my individual account and my joint account with my girlfriend. In the joint, I'm averaged in at .034. I'm gonna get back my original investment today and then keep the "free" shares. I'm guessing within a couple years it'll get up to around $2. Maybe a buyout by 3M or something.
The existing contracts they've got (like the one with Hyundai) are really pretty promising. Only a matter of time before they secure the consumer market contract with them, and I agree that they'll get a deal with BMW as well.

I've been looking for a SMTR board since the Yahoo! one went down. Still dunno what happened with that.
Anyway, I'm guessing it should be pretty stable around .23-.25 in the short term (3-6 months), barring any news events. Maybe a spike down here and there to shake longterm holders out - but I won't be shaken!
Good luck all.

I got in today @ .18, and it has been holding over that point all day, so I would like to see this close over .19, would be nice, .20 would be even better. So, you guys are thinking .30 possibly by Friday? (sounds good to me)

Posted by Peaser01 on :

I am hoping for above .26 tomorrow. Then I think it may drop a little, and possibly regroup. I'm holding and hoping.

Do you guys think this is a good long term one?
I guess the dips and what not are good, but this company looks like it has a lot in store.

opinion, but you would soon be a million ahead if you would short most of

a winner.

Very good advice. The tread act is here now and the need for this product will ramp up big time.

SMTR will get their share of contracts. People may want to scalp a little but soon it will be to high for them to buy in great bulk. This is a company with over 18 years experience and former nasdaq stock..not your typical otb stock..

good luck to all. I have enjoyed your posts..please visit us at raging bull for more discusion on smtr........

Would be great to see another contract out...this is a company that appears to be making tremendous progress.

Looks like, as usual, it will open up.

One word, accumulate!

Posted by Peaser01 on :

Yepper! The next two days should be sweet I strongly believe. Thursday we'll probably drop 10 cents or so. Let's get ready to sell in a few days and buy more on Monday. SMTR has been overbought for 2 weeks now and it continues to climb despite it.

I think we'll see a high of .24 today and close the day around .22. Tomorrow I am hoping for a close around .27-.28. We'll have to wait and see what happens.

The trend is still up!!!

Hopr the free PR from NHTSA/RMA Pays off all year!

National Tire Safety Week (April 24 – 30, 2005)

During National Tire Safety Week and throughout the coming year, look for NHTSA’s “What’s Your PSI?” and the Rubber Manufacturers Association’s (RMA) “Be Tire Smart, Play Your PART” campaign materials at tire safety partner locations throughout the country.

NHTSA and RMA along with the National Automotive Dealers Association (NADA), the American Automobile Association (AAA), and American Car Care Centers (ACCC) are dedicated to helping motorists learn how important proper tire care is to vehicle safety.

Dipped below the 20 day moving average on Thursday, but Friday went right back over it like a hot knife through butter. The 20 day moving average did not act like a line of resistance.
Maybe Monday it will be a line of support.
