YSDO is creating a store that will have a selection of over 6,000 jewelry pieces. A consumer will be able to go online chose a piece, and the size automatically, then purchase the item and have it shipped directly to them. The selection will vary in price from $20 to several hundred dollars. The target market is people who would usually make their purchases at Sears, JC Pennys, Zales and other similar stores.
YSDO is very excited to be offering live auctions in the near future. A YSDO representative will be licensed with the state of FL and will conduct live auction that will be visible on the Internet. YSDO through its association with Hertz Jewelers will be offering a very exclusive collection of GIA Certified diamonds and colored stones in Yellow and Pink which are extremely rare and valued at over $25 million dollars. YSDO will also offer one of a kind, custom pieces of jewelry and art work.
TIC is currently working on spinning-off YSDO to the benefit of the shareholders 82 percent of the company would be spun-off to shareholders of record when a record date is set, and 18 percent would remain with TIC to help cover operating costs, pay-off debt and fund future business developments. YSDO is currently working on other features that will continue to separate it from the typical EBay store. I agree - Without volume I am down a bit. However, a small amount of volume should push this nice... They are all over the place with news, we will see what the day holds.
